DODGY- DON'T DO IT!

Don't do it! They will take your money and not supply the case! No communication, just nothing. Paid $100 for 3 x cases, received only only one case. Despite countless emails, I have never received them.

Worst customer service

Was sent the Wrong item 3 times. And had to return it at my expense. Still have not recieved my Paid for item.

Do NOT buy from this retailer unless you want to get ripped off. They don't offer any refunds either.

HORRIBLE customer service, no response via email/phone. Got a tracking number, but no case. All I got was an "en route" status. Left several messages, and sent several emails. Do not waste your time, as far as I'm concerned this is a bogus site, and the people behind will take your money, without any hesitation. Hopefully I can get my money back.

SCAMMERS
May 13, 2022

Takes weeks to receive case from abroad.
Then, they send the wrong case (cheaper one, different colour).
You email them.
They offer "20% off" or refund if you send it back.
No return shipping offered.
They said
"Write a note with order number, put it with case back in packaging, write return to sender on it to send it back to usa". Umm really? It was posted from Germany.
Reviews suggest they do this ALL the time.
Also, the punkcases website has only 5* reviews. It does not show my review, suggesting they block bad reviews, and make up good ones.
Keep your money. AVOID

Bad service 5/3/20 ord green-wrong color sent-returned(my cost)-6/10/20 said would send-still nothing Rec'd as of 6/25/20-a lot of double talk but no case-they now have returned case, my payment for green case & I nothing

First car I bought had a corner failure in its first week. After weeks of waiting for it warranty replacement the second one fail in the same spot.
Will never again waste my money on a punk case product.

Fine case

Is there an option for 6 stars? Seriously. I've always been apprehensive when I'm on the Verizon store messing with an upgrade, and deals like this are why. Compared to the $60 Otterbox, this little guy knocks it out of the park. I'll be returning the Otterbox without a split second hesitation. No, this was not a free item review, I paid for it, And I'd buy it again.

Worst service, do not use.

I ordered a flip case online from these guys, unknowingly it was shipped from the US and took several weeks to arrive - this would not have been much of an issue but when the wrong case (complete different to what I had ordered arrived I was not best pleased.

I emailed the company and all they offered me was 20 percent off the case I had received. Extremely bad customer service. Because there are in the states its not even worth me sending it back with postage. When I asked them they simply told me to put in an envelope and return to sender. Have done this and can guarantee I wont ever see my money back.

Do not purchase anything from this company unless you want to risk looking your money

The product was sent back on 26 February 2021, kept chasing them for refund for weeks, on 17 June they said refund has been issued, on 12 July they said it's in my bank account. Today is 5 October and zero money from them, nothing at all. I keep emailing them from time to time reminding them of my refund request and usually start my email with "Hey thieves". Last email was today, bty they stopped writing back long time ago.
Beware, the product is absolutely worthless, some cheap plastic shaped of mobile cover. If that's what you want, I can say you will find similar quality on the streets of your city for a tenth of their price. AVOID

Garbage

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased 2 cases from them and was told shipping would take about a week. 3 weeks later we received one case and it was the wrong one. When asked about fixing the situation, I was told it would take an additional 2-3 weeks. So after waiting for almost a month, the customer service response was to refund for the one case. I could have done this all 3 weeks ago. Not to mention that the product itself is cheaply made. Garbage. Dont waste your time or money. Plenty of other cases out there.

Quite possibly the worst customer service in history. I ordered a white phone case and was sent a black one instead. All SEVEN of my emails requesting a refund were responded to in a nonsensical manner which didn't address my issue at all. I think it's a deliberate ploy to drive me insane. Ps. Delivery took ages too hence not wanting a replacement. Punk Case AU is NOT in Australia.

Item hasn't arrived

Firstly I thought I had ordered from a UK based company as it stated it would be delivered within 3-5 working days. Then I check the tracking and it's coming from the US. Over 2 weeks later and the item still hasn't arrived at the DHL distribution centre in the US. I'm sorry but it doesn't take that long to get items sent to DHL for shipping. I'm now thinking that this is a scam company. I'm going to try and get a refund but I'm not holding my breath. Please don't make my mistake and do not order from this company.

Do not buy from these people! The product is inferior and does not fulfill it's promise. Didn't even last a month and cracks developed. I was instructed to return the product and a replacement would be issued. It's now 6 months later and I'm still getting the run around.
So I've essentially paid for a product that I don't even have - tantamount to theft. You're better off buying from someone reputable - steer clear of these clowns.

I am a retired Marine on a fixed income and don't have a lot of extra money to throw around. The advertisement made this product seem like a good idea. However, was I mistaken!
Ordered a case for my I phone after reading about them on Facebook. Received the wrong size case. Emailed them 4 times, phoned them in New York 5 times leaving messages about how to get the old case returned and a correct size case shipped No answer to emails or phone calls. On March 6 2022 I returned the case along with a letter stating that either send me the correct case or refund my money. The only response I received was 2 generic emails stating that they were "looking into it" and one stating return to us. This I did in March and still no case or refund. Tried to charge back the cost through Discover Card but so far haven't gotten any help from them and its now September.

Sent me the wrong color. Case is defective.

Terrible service. I received the wrong case. It is damaged. There is a dent / crack in the screen protector.

Even besides all of that. The case makes the cameras look like garbage.

They want me to pay to send it back. I ordered teal. Clearly this is light blue.

Love these cases

Love these cases! I got one for my iPhone 10 about 1.5 years ago, still looks great and protected my phone well. My husband ordered the same style for his new phone and loves it! THis is a reliable vendor, i am always pleased to buy from them. The web site is easy to navigate and the whole buying process is fast. Would definitely recommend.

My husband ordered a case, we received wrong color and size. I spent money sending the case back and am still waiting for correct case. Can't speak with anyone when called and it is hard to get replies. We were sent a tracking number but nothing has been given to carrier for 6 days now. I email and wait.
