Punk Case

Purchased a pink and blue phone case for Samsung Galaxy. Waited quite a while for delivery, only to be sent the wrong ones. Emailed customer service, to be told they were out of the ones I ordered. So they just sent me something I didn't order with no communication if I wanted it!? Customer service emails are rude, no name on them and have said to return them, and once they receive them ( postage from Australia to USA) then they will refund. I don't even like my chances of this. They also fall under the name of Avatar cases so don't be fooled like me. I had issues with punk case last time sending me incorrect order, so I thought I was buying from another company this time. I only realised it was the same when it showed up on my bank account.

They sent me the wrong item and I emailed them hoping to get the situation solved, and they told me that I needed proof of purchase, which I provided, than I asked for a shipping label to return the item back and get what I ordered and they told me they would take 20% off the item they sent me. Which isn't gonna work… and than I told them to send me a shipping label so I could return the item and they won't respond to my emails, no shipping label has been sent. And I've emailed them over ten times to get a response. And nothing. Poor customers service, and very unprofessional. They can't even fix there own mistake! Will never ordered from this company again. Wasted so much time just to get what I ordered. Now I'm stuck with a case I can't use!

I have chosen this primarily for a good grip. And it has that feature. It's attractive and fits my iPhone perfectly. The price is reasonable, the products are always of a high quality and have a high protection rate. This is my 3rd case from them, if I do say so myself. The shipping was 7 days, everything was cool, thank you!

This case is easy to hold. Feels quite sturdy in your hand and has prevented me from dropping it so many times. My hand strength isn't so great so the grooves grip on the sides really has come in handy. I've dropped my phone a few times (by bumping it off the table) but the case has kept the phone safe and free from damage. It's a good looking case too. The space design is bright and clear. Overall excellent purchase.

My initial order came fairly quickly, but it didn't fit my phone. I contacted them and they said to return it and they'd ship a replacement. So I returned it at my own expense and they said they shipped a replacement and gave me a DHL tracking number when I asked for it. But after 3 weeks, the tracking status never changed and then it disappeared from the DHL tracking site altogether. Now they no longer respond to any messages and their phone automatically disconnects when you call.

This is my case of choice. It's waterproof, a hard case, and really protects my phone. I have bought this case for my 2 previous phones. It protected them so well that they look like new even 4 years later! I had an S8 phone that I only just replaced. It still looks new thanks to punk case. I dropped that phone so many times with no damage.

This was my 3rd order. First two went fine. This one should have shipped a month ago but the Tracking Number shows no information. When I email the company all I get is canned responses, "We normally ship the next business day depending on the availability of the product. We will email you the tracking number once it ships. Standard shipping can be anywhere between 5-8 business days and expedited shipping is 2-3 business days." There is no specific, personal response to my 2 emails. Punkcase may not be an out-and-out scam but they don't seem interested in resolving issues based on my experience and reading some of the reviews.

I ordered two products from this company but they only sent one. They are impossible to deal with as all they do is send generic responses back from their contact us email. I am having to go through visa to report it as a scam and get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs!

Was sent the wrong colour and wrong size of phone case that cost £25. When I emailed they were unhelpful and uninterested in fixing. Offered a 20% refund for a case that was completely useless to me. Same covers on ebay/amazon for a fraction of the price.

This company has the worst customer service! They do not answer the phone (and if you are lucky enough to get a message, they do not identify themselves) and the answering machine is full. They do not reply or respond to email. They sent me the wrong case. I asked for a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement for my cost to return the item to them due to their mistake. They completely ignored my requests. Do NOT be mislead by this horrible company! Completely shady! Buyers BEWARE!

I will never know. The one I ordered never made it from carrier to carrier. They use DHL that is the start of the problem.
They told me they would refund my money after 3 weeks I am still waiting.
Take your own chance with this company in my opinion. I will not be using them again.

I love this case, so thin but protection right where you need it. The camera area has a raised lip and there is a thin raised lip around the glass. The material is non slip and easy to hold in your hand. It's great looking and stylish. The delivery was on time, the whole process took like a week to get the case. Good job, thank you!

The case never arrived after 3 weeks. Still trying to get my money back. They also keep deleting the negative reviews I leave on their website. Seems like a scam tbh. I think they got mostly fake reviews on their site.

I love this case. I used to use a silicon card holder sticker on the back of my phone case. I didn't like how it looked so I looked for a phone case like this. I read reviews and instantly got it. It's easy to hold, easy to take card out and put in, and it holds four cards (which is the exact amount i needed). If your deciding between this and another case, get this one. You will be thankful. It was totally worth the purchase. I haven't used a different phone case in a long tine.

I've had my metal Punk Case for almost 4 years now, and it still holds up. Sure it's heavy, but it's a solid guarantee that your phone will remain undamaged. Definitely toddler-proof too! I've had to replace a couple of screws, but that's why PunkCase sends you extras. Bottom line, it's worth it.

I've had numerous cellphone cases over the years, but this one, is one of the best. The material used is not too soft, but tacky enough and the raised edges both front and back provide excellent protection without being too bulky. The notched finger locations make it easy to hold.

I purchased this case for my new s20 ultra. Within 1 week of owning it, it fell off the couch and onto the carpet and cracked the screen. Then the screws loosening off within the month. Quality what a crock, I don't think so!
