Appalling treatment. Tried to pass off every reasonable enquiry with automated responses. I was told the defective product I received was due to wear and tear when I sent them photographs of it on the day of receipt. Total and utter con, go elsewhere.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.
I have been waiting for a refund since November 2021 and I still havent received it.
Either my emails get ignored, or customer service tells me they are passing my case onto refunds department.
They then tell me they have issued my refund and to wait 5-10 days.
They then tell me its been sent and to contact my bank.
This happens over and over again, multiple times.
This is now 5 months later and still no refund.
This company has a Canadian website but ships from the US and is not upfront about this. I was charged $26 in duty for two cases by customs. When I received the cases they were the wrong colour- white instead of black/green. These of for two guys working in construction- white is not an option. When I contacted them they said to sent them back (I guess I am to pay for shipping) and they will send out two of the correct cases. I would assume I will have to pay for duty again. Why am I paying for their mistake? And if I request a refund I am out the duty I had to pay. This entire situation is infuriating.
I ordered from punkcase seven weeks ago despite emailing numerous times my phone case has not arrived. The tracking number is also invalid. They have not replied to my refund requests. In my opinion this is a scam site.
Ordered 2 cases. A samsung S20 in teal and a samsung S8 in purple. Order arrived a week later than indicated making it a 2 week delivery instead of one. The S20 arrived in purple and the S8 was white. The plastic screen protector looks hokie and not to the standard we expected. I won't order from punk case again. We are going to use them because I don't want to go through the hassle of a return since their shipping took so long and we need to protect our phones. Hopefully the cases will. Dissatisfied!
Terrible customer service and quality control.
I purchased a IPhone 7+ phone cover for my daughter as she was paranoid about smashing it. It took 4 weeks to arrive and it was the incorrect one.
After trying to contact them through 3 or 4 different channels they finally replied after a week. After numerous emails they expected me to send back the incorrect case they had sent at my expense before they would send the phone case that I paid for. This would be a 7 week turnaround at the pace they work at. Still waiting on a reply after I told them this would not be good enough.
Beware... Do NOT buy. Terrible customer service. I'm pretty sure its a 16 year old working from his Mum and Dad's basement due to the lack of understanding of customer service and terrible responses. It's a shame because the cases seem decent quality.
They seem to filter out and delete bad reviews on there Facebook page, I think you can tell by the amount of angry Emoji faces.
Ordered a case, took 6 weeks to arrive to NZ. It arrived snapped in half and covered in weird black plastic shavings. Emailed customer service who said they would send out a replacement which I said no to due to the extreme length of time it took to get to me, requested a refund. No response to any of my emails since requesting a refund. AVOID!
I recently purchased the waterproof case for the iphone 13 pro. It is lightweight. Fits perfectly, quick to assemble with your phone inside. The sound is awesome. I purchased a second one as a back up. I work in construction and usually go through 3-4 phone cases a year, due to my line of work. I will see if I need that back up case, I am thinking I won't.
I ordered my case when I got a new phone. Waited and waited and waited for it. About 2 months tbh. I emailed customer service. They asked questions, one with every email I sent, and never contacted me with any kind of resolution. Then, another month later, the case shows up. Wrong color, but I could get over that. The charging piece inside the case breaks within 24 hrs. Never again.
Worst company ever
I bought twice from them & both times they send me the wrong items. First time they send me the wrong item after 2 month & gave me 10% discount which i accepted to avoid another wait. Second time also received the wrong item after more than 2 months, but this time i refused the discount & asked for a full refund. After 3 months now i did not get the refund nor the exchange for the right item.
My advice don't buy from them.
Hello guys, just received this S21 ultra case, really like the look and feel of this case! It's sleek and slim but still seems durable. And this case adopts great material that does not collect lint, the translucent matte fingerprint resistant back is also appreciated, cause I dont like the look of cases with greasy smears all over them. The shipping wan not perfect but it was worth waiting. I have made an order and the case arrived in 5 days.
Wish I had taken the time to read their reviews. It would have saved me a headache. They are notorious for sending the consumer the wrong item. Then they aren't even sorry or sympathetic about it. It's simply return the item at your own shipping cost and then they'll refund you. But in my case if I had done that then I wouldn't have the item or money to purchase another one from elsewhere in time for Christmas as this was a Xmas gift for someone. They offered me 20% discount if I just kept the item. However they never did give me 20% the purchase item back as they said they would. Worst company ever. Now I see why their ratings are so low. Like I said wish I would have checked their ratings or reviews before ordering from them. If you're reading this and thinking of buying from them don't. You can go anywhere else and get it and it's worth paying a little bit more just to know you're gonna get what you are wanting to/ intending to buy.
I have ordered it a week ago and the delivery was made in time. This is a good case for working out doors. Easy to hold. Easy to put in and pull out of a pocket. I don't have to worry about the protection if i drop it. The price is reasonable and i didn't have a chance to test their customer service, but i am sure that it is a regular service as other services from case sellers. Everything was good form me with this company.
Bought a charging case, after charging it, and trying many times to troubleshoot it, it was clear it was broken. Tried many times to email them, only getting unrelated auto-responses about shipping. Tried the chat feature on the website, no response. Tried that everyday for about 3 days, and it finally answered again, with the same response about shipping. When you call the customer service number, it doesn't even tell you what company you're calling, and after about 15 seconds of hold music, it either hangs up on you, or says the voice-mail box is full. I just wanted a replacement on the broken product you send me, does a single person even work this company?
Do not be fooled into buying one. Their website markets this product as being waterproof and drop-proof. My case cost me $50, but it feels like a cheap chinese knockoff. Having used it for a week, I can tell you, the case is unusable, the buttons do not work. Their customerservice emails do not respond to your emails either.
Haven't recieved tracking info, cannot contact customer service, refusing to refund money cannot tell me where my case is mail box is full when calling customer service. $80 with shipping and I have been waiting for 4 weeks for my case this company is a scam

Please be advised it is not worth wasting your money on their products.
What's the point of spending money on something you like and then not receiving what you ordered and in fact receiving a totally different product of their choice, which is of very cheap quality and missing parts.
I have sent numerous emails and haven't received any response from this fraudulent company.
In the end, I requested from my bank to chargeback to them and got my money back.
I ordered a phone case from punkcase and they sent me the wrong one no big deal. Email them and they say return it so I did. Been over a month of emails and only getting their auto answer email about how to ship it back. Called the post office to verify it was dropped off and they said it was. Tried calling and keep getting different voicemails and mail box full, been over a month with them having the phone case back and not sending out correct case or refund. Don't do business with these crooks They will take your money and only play games.
I wanted a case with screen protector and good all around protection and that's what Punk Case give me. Water proof and drop protection. The reason they have bad reviews is because you have to follow the directions because it's a very good case.
First case sent wrong color took over a week to get a response want me to send it back they dont care about their customers. Order another case around the same time for iphone 13 they send me a case for a Galaxy phone still no response from them over a week i will cut my losses and take my business to a company that cares about their customers hard lesson learned.
Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
