Punk Case

So I work in the at world and bought a iPhone 13 and got this case. I've dropped it several times, in a dirty environment 90% of the time. Take phone out to Cory it and phone looks brand new every time! This case keeps dust out like a pro! Highly recommend!

Order two cases from 'punkcase NZ' and it took over 6 weeks for them to arrive! On arrival only one case was there. Tred to contact to ask about missing case, received an automated message with no ability to respond. Quite possibly the worst company I have dealt with in a long while.

I've had a very similar experience to another review here. Ordered two cases and only one was received. Contacted punk case and got some confused messages that didn't give me a lot of confidence but ultimately was promised the missing item would be sent. Four weeks after that it still hadn't arrived so I opened a dispute via PayPal. The initial response was "wait", I pointed out that they stuffed up my order once already and hadn't provided a tracking number for the replacement item so I wasn't confident they had actually sent it and low and behold a refund was sent.

Don't deal with these people. Their website is deceptive, it's not clear where the company is, and they are really hard to communicate with.

Save ya money and go for something else. I received my case and was damaged the plastic film covering finger sensor is as about the same as glad wrap. They have offered to replace it if I send it back but this leaves my phone unprotected and dont have another case.it took about 4 weeks to arrive and is already showing th signs of its poor quality. The front is starting to scratch badly and the logo on the back has rubbed off i wouldent buy from them again and definitely don't want another one go life proof yes there pricy but they really last well. Absolute rubbish stay away from these cases and company.

When I purchased a punkbox case for my phone the customer service was great. The case worked good for about four months, but one day I noticed the back was cracked send therefore no longer waterproof. The had never been dropped. I was disappointed with the product failure after such a short time. I contacted Punkbox, and again the customer service was good. I was instructed to mail it back with my original order number. I was told yes we warranty our cases and will send out a replacement. It has been over two months going on three and no response from Punkbox. I sent a follow up email a couple weeks ago, which has also not been responded to. What happened to the great customer service? Very disappointed.

Loyalty user since my iPhone 11 Pro Max to now my new iPhone 13 pro max. Convenient as a purse and protected gear for the phone. Willy definitely reorder again next phone. As for the purchase process, everything was perfect, no delays, everything was delivered on time

No issues at all, the case came the exact day as it was said in my order. And there was a chance to track it byu the way, but i didn't do it. Thank you.

The EXEC series cases are the BEST! Love these cases so much! They are durable and offer great protection for your phones! Plus they come in a variety of colors and designs. I especially love the credit card feature.

I have been looking for a light weight cover with good protection for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. After several covers, I was hesitant to waste more money. If it was ultra protective, it was too heavy for my wrist to endure long talks on the phone. 5 minutes tops. If it was light weight, I was afraid of dropping my phone. This would have been my last purchase. I am glad I made this purchase, the process was easy and smooth. It fits perfectly around my iPhone like a glove. It looks like it has good protection overall. I am satisfied.

Used the equivalent versions for past iPhones. I do not use wireless charging so losing that with the thickness of the case wasn't an issue. This one will actually hold 2 bank cards + 1 thinner id-type card. It does a great job or protecting the phone. When I removed the prior one off my iPhone XR, the phone was like new. Just needed a quick wipe down for the dust. For the price, this is a great solution.

I order a blue case with kick stand for my Galaxy Note 9 directly from the PunkCase site. After weeks and weeks of waiting, I received a black case, without kick stand. I never bother to unwrap it to see if it even fit because I intended to return it. I emailed customer service and, after several days wait, was told that they regretted having made the mistake and would either offer me a 20% discount on something I didn't want or give me a refund if I paid for the cost of return. I found either offer to be outrageous. Then it occurred to me that the scam might be to send cheap unordered product and then offer a discount and keep the balance or make return too costly to be reasonable. Total scam. Stay away at all a costs.

One tough case this is my 3rd case of this kind and I never killed a phone. The case served me well. The order process and the shipping were fast, definitely worth waiting. Only reason I bought new cases was due to phone upgrades. I recommend this case to anyone.

This is a top of the line iPhone 12 case at a reasonable price. Made in the the USA! Love the grippy texture. Perfect combination of smoothness and grip. Love it! Although it has a slim design, it will adequately protect your phone. Can't get any better than this. Easy to install.

Customer service is terrible. The first time I ordered from punkcase they sent me the wrong case and offered me 20% off for receiving the wrong colour.

My second order for 2 cases with the new phones and boom again the wrong cases again with 20% off b. S and now its been ongoing battle to get the cases I ordered. I'll be calling mastercard as I'm tired of this and I will stop the payment.

I ordered a case from this site a few months ago. It was a good case, until the rubber plugs to cover the headphone jack, charging port and stylus all broke off. I ordered a new one 3 weeks ago without the rubber and they somehow lost it. I got ahold of customer service and they sent me a replacement one. It just came in and it's the wrong style of case that I ordered. Not satisfied with Punkcase and definitely will not order again.

After trying several different cases I settled on this case. It is a soft case with a good texture. It does not have a screen protector but does have a slight lip that will keep your phone screen off a table. The case is easy to put on the phone and take off. The case also allows for wireless charging and is slim enough it fits in car phone holders. Great case.
