Ive bought one plus had three replacements sent at a cost of 49$ plus 10$ each additional one all in the last 50 days! Now ive emailed two of there emails multiple times n it just keeps being sent back. Yes they have a warranty but its not worth it. My brother bought a ten dollar one off amazon n its been working for over two months so far. Do not use!
I bought this screen protector when I purchased my phone with the selling factor of "lifetime warranty" well that means one replacement and you have to pay $12 for shipping. It started chipping after only a couple months of use. Do not recommend.
Like another customer said i would give it 0 stars if it was an option. I bought the hd tempered glass per a verizon employees recommendation. Now i see i have to pay 10 bucks to have them honor their warranty. I bought the screen protector because i was told that if the screen cracked i would be refunded up to 100$ to pay for my phone. Read the warranty its in there stated as such
Don't buy this screen protector because after 12 hours it gets a Crack on the screen and it takes them 7 to 10 days to think if they should send you a new one and you have to pay for the shipping which is 11.95 and I bought the screen Protector at Verizon for 60 dollars and I have to pay for the shipping and we emailed support and we haven't gotten a response.

Screen protector cracked within a month and after going back to the Verizon store and having them help me file a claim, pay the $10 shipping, and with a promise from Puregear a 7-10 turnaround, Ive heard nothing. I have emailed several times with no response. Found the number *******327.
At more than $1000. 00 dollars of out-of-pocket cost, I am very careful with my iPhone 12. In less than a year, the Puregear glass screen protector developed hairline cracks. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this product and recommend that you select another vendor for a iPhone screen protector.
This is the first screen protector I have ever owned that chipped and it did so within 4 months. When I filed for a warranty replacement I found out that it was going to cost $11.95 for Standard (7-10 Business Days) shipping. I checked the actual cost to mail it and it is only $4.06. Instead of Pure Gear's scam warranty I bought a 2 pack of Supershieldz for $5.99. I've used them before and never had them chip.
What a joke. I bought my screen protector from Tmobile because I was guaranteed replacement if the protector broke. Almost a month later, Tmobile is still trying to find out why I cannot get my replacement and when they might be available. Puregear won't even return Tmobile's emails. What a waste of money.
I emailed them in October. They replied in december asking for my shipping information. It is now almost march and they have yet to reply with tracking information. Not worth it. Go with another company.
I bought the screen protector along side buying my phone, over a month later I dropped it on my bed and it cracked, I wasted 60 bucks on it. I searched up the name for the protector and found a lot of bad reviews on it. So Don't buy it.
I requested a replacement screen protector over 2 months ago, still have not recieved 1 of the 3 they supposedly sent me. But, they did take the money from my account the next day for the shipping charge... Do not buy from them...
This company's screen protector is a total rip-off. Mine broke. Pure Gear only responded to me when I posted a negative comment on Facebook. When they finally did, the replacement screen they sent me was the wrong size.
I bought the screen protectors for myself and my kids' phones and I've already broken three of them! For the price they're super expensive and break super easy. One drop and bam! Broken! The replacement guarantee means I have to buy another one and then send them a receipt and they reimburse me via PayPal such a scam!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t purchase!
Unfortunately I didn't see these reviews before the rep at tmobile recommended this screen protector. Dropped at the gym a week after I got it. Email the company at customer support with copy of invoice. No response. From the look of these other reviews I'm assuming I never will.
I went to a verizon store in big spring texas to replace my screen protector. It was 15 minutes till close they out it on and I got outside. I left and that's when I noticed it had like a bubble on bottom of screen not allowing me to unlock my phone. Took phone case off and when I did the whole protector came off with it the store refused to replace it unless I registered with this pure gear place. Cool. I register and what not 4 weeks ago. Have not got a registration number back or a response and I've emailed multiple times asking about when I'll be approved or how long it takes to be approved cause I didnt just spend $50 to have it fall off 15 minutes later.
Rip off
This product is a scam. You pay a premium for a product because of what appears to be a great replacement warranty. Then when you go to replace the product under warranty they hit you with nearly $10 for shipping and handling. What a rip off. You know their cost on the product and shipping is now where close to that $10 price tag. In reality you're paying for the product twice. If they were really standing behind their product it should be more like $3 for postage.
I have called at least 7x and left messages and they never returned my calls. I also left emails and the response was someone would return my calls the day. I'm still waiting weeks later. At&t and other phone companies should definitely not be selling
Any of their products.
I bought a screen protector for my phone which I was happy with. This screen protector was $50 and it said I could get a replacement if I pay for shipping. So I paid for the shipping and it's been 10 days. I just got my tracking number and only because I complained so much. I had no updated status and every time I would get on the chat with Pierre here which is the only way to communicate with they would always tell me that it was in the process. No customer service ever went above and beyond to look further into why I had not been given a different shipping status since day of purchase. Very disappointed with the customer service reps there
If you think you have a year warranty, you're WRONG. This company does everything in their power to make sure you will not get your money back. My phone cracked and I was told all I needed was a code that is on the back of the package to get my warranty. This was false as the company began asking me for a receipt for "proof or purchase" like I don't have the package I BOUGHT right in front of me. Ridiculous. Save yourself the money and do not spend a dime on any of these products.
I wish I had gone to this site first. I have a new Samsung S10 and took what the Verizon dealer gave me for screen protection. When I went to register with Pure Gear, (which should have be completed at POS) to get the super-duper warranty I was asked for all kinds of information and photos/scans of receipts, the box, etc. Again, why can't this be done by the vendor. They already have all of the info. Also, why does a screen protector need to know info like how much memory does my phone have? Could it be they want to sell the info? I am a retired exec with experience at three tech start ups. I found that a company's business practices model (how easy is it to do business with) is as important as its tech. This company is doomed.
If I could give this company a negative star I would. I bought my screen protector and a week or so later tried to register my warranty. First of all it takes a good 30 minutes to research what they want and to get it all loaded. After loading and trying to add it all went away which meant I had to try again, opps same results. Do you think I could get anyone on the phone-that's a joke. After a few months my phone dropped less than 1 foot and cracked, then again less than 6" and cracked what a piece of crap with NO WARRANTY. I won't be replacing my screen protector with this product, sure which I'd seen these reviews prior to buying. BOO Verizon for carrying this crap.
What's the point pay for something that dont work and there willing to give u 100 dollars for a screen that cost 300 dont waste your time dropped my note 9 screen broke easily and all the bs for 100 bucks note worth it dont buy this product
Glass broke within hours of leaving Verizon store. Verizon said 'Sorry. Contact PureGear' Sent my $10 in for replacement. They send me the $40 product when my warranty was on the $60 one. Sent them a complaint, asking for my $20 or the right protector. Weeks later I get a message saying they were sorry... replacement was in the mail. I've never seen it.
I've now had two screen savers. First one lasted a year, second one got a big nick and a scratch in two months. My previous one (different brand) lasted about five years. The "registration" for the warranty is a crock and next to impossible to do correctly. Bye, Bye, Pure-Gear!

I forgot I had purchased the screen protector for my Samsung Note 8 2 years ago and gave up after many attempts. I just purchased a tablet from Verizon and the my memory was just bolted. It's impossible to register the product. This is a scam! We need to go after Verizon!
I purchased the HD screen protector and the first one chipped in about two weeks. I did have It registered and got a replacement In about ten days, but shipping was 11.00 dollars. I put the new one on and it chipped in 4 days. I have not dropped the phone or abused it in any way. This is a waste of money!
... it's because I'm completely unhappy with something. OK that's not true - I actually write them when I'm super-happy too. But in this case, Pure-gear has really disappointed.
I bought two Steel 360 protectors for my LG V30 phone and my son's. Within 2 days, mine cracked without having been dropped. OK - maybe it's a bad piece; that happens. And, to PureGear's credit, I got this one replaced at no charge.
But then mine cracked again after a short (2 foot) fall onto a wood floor. Hm. OK - it was a fall, but geez - how tough is this "steel" protector? Well, time to pay the $10 penalty.
Last week my son showed me his cracked protector. "Any falls/drops?" I asked him? "Nope!" came the expected reply.
So I will now have paid $20 more than the original cost for these and it has only been 5 months. This doesn't bode well. If we get a fourth break, I'm going to have to return to Zagg, which seems to have been protecting my daughter's phone very nicely for years.
