Ive bought one plus had three replacements sent at a cost of 49$ plus 10$ each additional one all in the last 50 days! Now ive emailed two of there emails multiple times n it just keeps being sent back. Yes they have a warranty but its not worth it. My brother bought a ten dollar one off amazon n its been working for over two months so far. Do not use!
I bought this screen protector when I purchased my phone with the selling factor of "lifetime warranty" well that means one replacement and you have to pay $12 for shipping. It started chipping after only a couple months of use. Do not recommend.
Purchased phone and HD glass screen protector Oct. 2019. Screen began cracking in February. Finally so bad I submitted a warranty claim on 5/1/2020. No word from PureGear. Sent an inquiry as to status on 6/3/2020. Still no word. They have my $11 shipping fee and have never sent a replacement screen.
Update: An update to my original review. I eventually heard from PureGear and they did send a replacement screen. Prior to receiving the replacement, Verizon put a new screen protector on my phone, a Samsung S10+. It cracked within a few weeks. When the warranty replacement arrived, Verizon installed that one for me. It cracked within a month. So my original rating of 1 star stands. Customer service eventually came thru but the product does not hold up on my model of phone.
My first cover fell off after 5 days when I took my phone out of my pocket and cracked. Had to pay the shipping, not pleased about that new one is on 2 days and falls off into my lap when I picked it up off the table. F you pure fear. Your product is absolute garbage. I just superglued the crap to my otter box and I just lodged a complaint with Verizon for carrying your inferiorly poor quality products in their stores. Maybe if we all complain to the stores they won't carry this junk anymore.
Tip for consumers:
Dont buy this crap.

I bought 4 Pure Gear HD Tempered Glass from the Bell store when purchasing four new phones. All four cracked in 4 -5 months. I contacted Pure Gear customer service who said it would $9.95 shipping cost for each. I went and replaced mine at Itech (Yorkdale & Fairview who replace on the spot). I replied asking to put three in the same envelope and charge for one shipping $9.95, they refused so everyone needs to know.
Buyer beware of them being inflexible.
I filled out a warranty claim form over 2 weeks ago, and still haven't gotten my replacement. They didn't hesitate to take the money out of my account right away though. I went on their website to see if I could find a customer service number, and there isn't one! The only options they give you is to send them a message or an email. Well they are both pointless, because they won't respond to either one. I agree with some of the other reviewers, that I should have came on this page first. I will never order from them again! It's a huge ripoff. The products are kind of pricey, and they guarantee at least a one year warranty on them, but it seems impossible to get in contact with anyone to get your replacement. It's also rediculous that you have to pay the $10 shipping fee. I hope this company goes down the drain.
This company should be banned. They sell junk and create a warranty registration that cannot be completed to get the warranty in place.
Obviously no integrity at all. Then try to contact them on the telephone Bahahahahah
If you buy anything from PureGear after reading these comments, shame on you
The name of this outfit should be PureCRAP. They are simply pathetic on all counts. The products are junk, the website is an exercise in frustration, and the customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced in my life. Never again will I deal with these guys, and neither will anyone that I talk to about my experience.
I bought their phone cover 3 months ago and it jus cracked from the side. I was told by someone that it comes with the warranty and you can return the defected item and get new one when i went on the website i saw that theres charging $15 for handling and shipping charges like seriously! You can get a new cover for like $20 and for a claim they are charging this much amound. How pathetic! Never ever buy from this company!
I purchased Pure Gear's screen cover through Verizon 4 years ago. I was able to get 1 replacement glass cover for my phone and then they canceled the "unlimited replacement" policy that they had. When I got my most recent phone I was told I could purchase the screen cover and a replacement would be $10. I went into Verizon a few months ago and they had to order it online since they did not have any in store (my phone is too old apparently). My order went through, money was taken, a month went by and NO REPLACEMENT came. I was then sent an email stating they could not replace it. After asking for a refund for the $40 original product I purchased with the instructions of a $10 replacement I have heard nothing. Worst service ever.
Complete scam of a company. Don't waste your money.

Screen Protector for cell phone
The company states they have a pure pledge guarantee on their products but when you try to collect they don't honor the warranty. My phone screen cracked with their protector on it. I had it repaired and they required me to submit pics of before snd after sling with a receipt then denied it saying that the guarantee didn't cover the screen. So what's the point of the guarantee.
I haven't purchased this item after learning that this warranty they claim is not even a warranty. A warranty is that everything would be covered. But they ask for money for delivery charges. So they are lying and this is technically illegal. Also, the product is not actual tempered glass. Many of them are not. If you want a real warranty Belkin is the way to go. You won't pay for shipping at all. And you don't have to answer or show them any pictures of your cracked screen.

Purchased for $49.99 & installed by Verizon on March 24,2023 when I purchased a Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G. Today, April 3,10 days later, it popped off of my phone as I swipped too unlock my phone. Verizon gladly offered to replace it... for $10. After expressing my dissatisfaction the salesperson gave me a 'one time free replacement.' He never offered to reinstall it which I believe he could have done. No way this glass should have popped off my phone. Do not recommend this product.

Puregear Steel 360 Glass screen protector
Bought screen saver at At&T. Cracked after a few months. Went online and filled out form for replacement. My credit card was charged and now it's been 2 months and i still haven't received. Called company several times and left messages no response. Emailed several times no response.
I returned mine after giving it about to a week. The fingerprint sensor was very temperamental... Sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. I thought maybe it was worth it in exchange for having such a sturdy protector and a lifetime warranty. Well after a week dust started to gather under the glass and I happened to come upon horrible reviews on their warranty. According to the BBB they have had 340 complaints in the last 3 years, 241 of which are warranty related.
Russell Cellular convinced me this was a great screen protector. I paid $40 for it and it cracked and peeled off my phone the very next day. Do not purchase this. They claim they will replace it but you have to pay $10 to get it shipped. It is not even worth the $10 and you may never get it send to you.
Supposedly there is a warranty for their screen protector. When you request a replacement, they charge you a $10 shipping fee. I paid $40 for this screen protector which weights nothing to ship. On Amazon I can purchase the same screen protector for $11, so how can you claim that this product is warranty?
Have had two other screen protectors pop off and break when the protector hit the ground, I guess the phone was saved but it's a pure hassle trying to get puregear to do any warranty. I had to pay a surcharge and get my phone carrier to warranty protector. I will never buy their products again. The uploaded pic is from today when I dropped the phone on linoleum... the protector popped off.
I ordered a screen protector on April 11th because it wasn't available in the store. It is now almost a month later. Still nothing. If you email them it's practically a robot response days later. This company should be out of business. Why do you pay for a warranty if it's the biggest inconvenience ever receiving the product?!
I bought a Pure-gear tempered glass screen protector from Verizon and it was expensive. I had Verizon install it too. The first time I dropped my phone the screen on my Samsung Note 8 cracked and I had to replace it for $360. I also had an expensive case I bought at Verizon on it. I don't recommend Verizon for selling me junk or Pure Gear for their tempered glass screen protectors that do not work.
My screen cracked. With a spint store putting it on the phone i submitted a claim and they gave me a run around so i ended up paying for the repair and they did nothing but want me to buy a new liquid glass lol
Don't fall for it. I had a phone that landed on a rock. The screen cracked. The crack was bad enough that I had to replace my phone. Because i had to REPLACE the $800 phone vs. $100 screen, they would NOT honor the warranty of $100! This is a bad product and a joke of a warranty. Don't waste you time... go back to trusted brands like Otterbox, etc.
I didn't even drop my phone, it was in my purse and I go to get my phone and I see that the screen protector cracked. How is this going to protect my phone screen if it cracks at the slightest bump? I also scratched the screen protector somehow and it grew into a giant crack that runs across my whole screen. Within the first night of having it it had already cracked. Save your money, don't buy this POS
This one cracked a day after putting it on, very carefully I might add. No injury, trauma or rough treatment of any kind. Each time I pay the shipping fee and each time it breaks within a month of use. I am at 100 dollars so far and I will stop getting a new one sent as there is no point. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Don't buy any of this products. I bought a glass screen protector and the next day, this broke only I touch the phone with a bottle that is ridiculous! I've been trying to register the product to claim the warranty because they said that is lifetime warranty but they didn't answer my email and when I call, they never answer the phone this is a scam I paid
$65 for that. Verizon and Puregear has to be suited! They are robbing people...
I am very disappointed with this company. Be advised that this company is open for business to sale their products but are closed when it comes to claims. It is disgusting that they are using the current Corona Virus Pandemic as an excuse to be closed for claims while other company are honoring their claims with employees that are working from home. I will never purchase anything else from them again and I strongly recommend anyone else do the same.
I purchased a screen protector from them through AT&T and 3 months later the screen glass protector cracked i tried to reach out to them and as of now still haven't heard from them they do not have a phone number (which is very odd) so i will never buy this product again.
