Ive bought one plus had three replacements sent at a cost of 49$ plus 10$ each additional one all in the last 50 days! Now ive emailed two of there emails multiple times n it just keeps being sent back. Yes they have a warranty but its not worth it. My brother bought a ten dollar one off amazon n its been working for over two months so far. Do not use!
I bought this screen protector when I purchased my phone with the selling factor of "lifetime warranty" well that means one replacement and you have to pay $12 for shipping. It started chipping after only a couple months of use. Do not recommend.
Bought this crappy screen protector from a Verizon store that wasn't a corporate store they installed it and it had bubbles when she installed it they said if they don't go away by tomorrow bring it back we can put another one on free but when I got home it broke so when I went back to the store they said I had to use my warranty then they want you to pay another 12.99 for shipping total scam why couldn't you just go back to store they have tons of them never again
So I bought this product from the bell store the day I bought my phone. In 2 years I have had it replaced 4 times under the warranty, which did cost $11 ish dollars for shipping which was a bit high for what iyou are getting. I just went to go through the process for a 5th time and it is now $21.95 usd shipping for a screen protector to ship it across canada. So I will have paid $66 for warrantied screen protectors after I originally paid $50 for a lifetime warranty. The last one only lasted a week before it just fell off randomly after following the instructions very carefully. Would not waste you money on this one.

They don't give you money back; they want to send you a replacement of the same poor quality screen protector. In 6 months, we have had 4 cracked screens. We have been extra careful with our Samsung S23 phones and yet the least little thing will crack the screen. And to add insult to injury, they want you to pay a $12.95 handling fee. We cut our losses by not filing a claim.

Paid 50 at Verizon for this screen protector being promised they come with a warranty that if it breaks or anything it would be replaced…. Total scam when I filed a claim online how I understood there directions/ instructions online to so. I was sent an email that reimbursement was not covered.

We purchased two screen protectors. Within that week both were severely cracked with normal use. My husband paid the shipping ($12) for their warranty replacement, and that broke as well within another week. I emailed customer service with photos, receipts and more and asked for a refund. They refused. Do not buy this overpriced and unfit for purpose item.

Do not buy

Customer service is non existent had to put in a warranty claim in ( that was like pulling teeth) The second one is lifting up on a side and corner. I tried calling their 800 number passing the option to leave my name and each time it kept ringing and then disconnected. I called back the third time and left my name... did they call you. They didn't call me. Then I send in an email... Still waiting... Ok, so I think you are getting the idea now.
I see this as a subscription scam. The first product you buy is $45 but then it will crack within two months I guarantee it. Then they say no problem you just have to send them $8.95 US and they will replace it for you. No questions asked as many times as you want. So I am sure it cost them less than a dollar to make. So they are still making $7.95 every time you 'buy' a new one. The worst scam ever, the cheapest product ever. This company should go under immediately. Imagine all this plastic being thrown away just so that this company can promote itself as a warranty provider!
After the first week of having one of their $50 screen protectors on my phone I noticed there were a few cracks. (and I'm a sure I never dropped it) Then find out their warranty is total bull$#*!. Honestly Walmart's screen protectors are better and definitely way cheaper.
I made the mistake of letting Verizon put this on my phone. Had no idea how expensive it was until it was time to pay. Pay over half the warranty of $100 for a screen protector that breaks within a week of buying. The lifetime replacements cost $12 in S&H each time you need a new one, which creeps you closer to that $100 you get if your phone screen breaks. Considering that won't even pay half the cost of replacing a screen, it's not worth it, especially when the protector breaks if you breathe on it wrong. After two breaking back to back, I went on Amazon and bought a pack of 3 that are almost as easy to put on the phone and last longer. And if they break, it's only about $4 lost each time. Avoid this brand at all costs!
Tip for consumers:
When getting a new phone and the rep asks if you want them to install a screen protector, so no. Or ask what kind first and how much it costs!

My first crack was legit, I did drop my phone on a rock. It took a while to get the warranty fulfilled, they kept sending the wrong product. Eventually the correct protector was sent. I have had to get new ones frequently (paying $15 S&H each time) and they randomly crack without trauma!?!? Shame on me for continuing this charade. I think I may have put my 4th one on yesterday and woke up to cracks today. I thought I paid a lot for the initial protector so I though it was worth it. I now see I can purchase replacements cheaper than the S&H fee. But why would I? This product is pure crap!
I bought a new phone and decided to purchase a screen protector, after a week... two cracks appeared, "HOW?" I never dropped my phone.
This company invest more in box quality not what in the box.
The " Limited lifetime warranty. +... fees apply" Unacceptable.
DO NOT BUY
Fingerprint sensors are worthless for the Samsung note 10+. What a scam... Doesn't work from day 1 on at&t installed product... And they make you spend 2 hours on bogus warranty emails, chats, and return bs and pay to have another delivered. Worst customer service ever.
I just wanted to say your screen protector sucks. Costs 50 bucks. Fell off my phone without breaking. Got the g8 thin q one- dude at the Verizon store said they would replace it once for free- lies. For 50 dollars I'd expect better quality.
Light weight car keys landed on glass protector chiped edge which has now cracked from small chip all across protector. Did not even last a week on brand new samsung galaxy ultra 22.
Expensive and would be a further $11 shipping to see if warranty any good. I don't recommend this product.
I bought a charger in October 2018. Just a month after the charger stopped working properly. Since then I've been trying to replace it cause of live time warranty. Paid for delivery that still not happened. Chip stuff for quite expensive price.
The product chipped and cracked within first week. They do not sent warranty replacement.
Paid shipping charges filled out claim form and after 15 emails with no phone calls
Picked up at all I went to pay pal to get shipping charges back This has been months
Of aggravation
Purchased the expensive pure-gear HD tempered glass screen protector for my new Galaxy Note 9. That evening within the hour after installing the glass started cracking both sides. My phone was never dropped and also had outer box case on it. Having trouble getting replaced at no cost to me. A month later still not replaced.

I have to admit I was extremely skeptical after reading the reviews here, but I submitted my warranty claim for my HD glass cover earlier this week. The message on their site said there may be delays due to Corona, so I figured there was a chance I had just donated my money to them. I was pleasantly surprised when they emailed me the next day and confirmed receipt, and sent me my new cover in 4 days. Very impressed, big kudos to PureGear.
I originally purchased the screen protector for my new s20+ from Bell for $50. The hole cut out that glues to the screen is terribly designed and unglues with in a week leaving a foggy imprint... just bad... real bad... how ever it gets worse... somehow the screen cracked in my pocket and then cracked even more when I applied littl pressure... I contact the company to get a replacement and they charge me $17
USD! YES USD to ship from Ontario to BC... don't waste your money...
Unfortunately my phone was on top of my car and fell off when I was driving. A tractor-trailer ran over it and when I went to look at damage I couldn't believe it. The phone itself was not workable probably due to the weight of the tractor-trailer however when I took off the screen protector the phone was in immaculate shape. The screen protector not so much. But it definitely did its job. Not a scratch on the phone. Well worth the money for the screen protector and will always use this product for future phones!
I was sold a Pure Gear screen protector when I got my new phone, Samsung S23 ultra. The screen proctor is on the expensive side, but I purchased it because I was told it has a lifetime warranty. If it breaks you get a new one. They forgot to mention the shipping fees. When I found out it was $8.50 for shipping, it was annoying but not the end of the world. I went to order a replacement last week because the screen protector was cracked. The cost is $21.95USD for SHIPPING. By the time you add exchange rate and maybe tax, it will be between $25 and $30 for shipping. That's close to the cost of the screen protector and you have to wait at lest 10 days to get it.
When I contacted the company to question the excessive cost of shipping, they said it was because they didn't have a distributor in Canada. Thanking me for understanding!
I'm going back to the store to let them know of my experience so they don't keep promoting this.
My issue is not with the product but with the company. If you sell a product in Canada, then you need to make the replacement available at a reasonable cost, not at nearly the cost of the original purchase. I can get 2 screen proctors from a different company for the cost of their shipping.
Stores are promoting this screen protector thinking it's a good deal. It isn't at all!
It works and you can access it remotely as advertised but it is not a hotspot for they lied about that feature and it cant be done according to my providers tech support. But it does have remote access and you can get messages about the state of your vehicle from anywhere as they advertised. BUT THAT HOTSPOT LIE IS JUST A LIE
