Ive bought one plus had three replacements sent at a cost of 49$ plus 10$ each additional one all in the last 50 days! Now ive emailed two of there emails multiple times n it just keeps being sent back. Yes they have a warranty but its not worth it. My brother bought a ten dollar one off amazon n its been working for over two months so far. Do not use!
I bought this screen protector when I purchased my phone with the selling factor of "lifetime warranty" well that means one replacement and you have to pay $12 for shipping. It started chipping after only a couple months of use. Do not recommend.
Don't waste your money. I purchased a puregear screen protector for $50 when I got my new phone at the Verizon store. Within a week one of the corners started coming away from the phone. I went back to Verizon and they were out of stock and told me to come back when they were in stock... or I could contact the manufacturer for a replacement. I contacted Puregear for the replacement and they wanted $12 for shipping. I decided to wait. I've been back to Verizon twice and they are still out of stock. By my third visit Verizon says I have to get the replacement from the manufacturer. In the meantime the screen protector has come away further and one of the edges has chipped... I can only imagine that happened when it was in my purse. If the screen protector cannot withstand my purse what is the point of having it. And to pay $12 more based on my exor a piece of crap Why would I pay $12 more for another piece of crap
Tip for consumers:
Don't pay retail prices

If you happen to buy one of their products, good luck with getting a timely response if you submit a Warranty Claim by email! I certainly will not be buying any of their products in the future. If you want further proof of their poor level of standing behind their products and lack of Customer response, read their review by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Verizon sold me a pure gear screen protector with lifetime replacement for $64.99, when I went to replace my broken screen protector at Verizon I was told I had to go online to order it. Once online they tell you there is a $12.95 shipping charge! The item is WEIGHTLESS and does not cost $12.95 to ship. I went on Amazon and bought a pack of 3 screen protectors for $8.99 with free shipping.
DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS, These are no better than Amazon and Verison will not give you a refund.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY THE LIFE TIME REPLACEMENT SCREEN PROTECTOR!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT

I have a pixel 7 pro and have had to replace the original one and now the other one is cracked. I have had pure gear on another phone with the same problem. I WILL never buy another product from puregear. Trying to get a warranty replacement was mind boggling to say the least. NEVER AGAIN.
Do Not waste your money on the Puregear Screen Saver! I bought this Puregear screen protector for %55 with my new Iphone 11 I also bought the heavy duty case all to protect my phone I had the first one install al Verizon where I bought the phone in Oct 2020. The screen protector started bubbling at the edges not long after I got it and by Jan 2021 it was almost half way across the top of the screen. I contacted Puregear as it had a lifetime warranty and they did replace it BUT I had to pay $12 shipping. Now the second one has done the same thing I contacted them and they did send another one but it is defective also bubbled from the start. I ordered a tempered glass screen saver from ebay for $5 and it installed great no bubbles.
I was sucked in to buying the Pure Gear screen protectors from my local AT&T store for 4 iPhones I purchased from them. So far I had to replace 4 screen protectors because they crack for no reason. AT&T told me Pure Gear had a lifetime warranty, but they didn't tell me Pure Gear was going to charge me a $9.95 handling fee every time I needed one replaced. I wish I would have read these reviews first. These screen protectors are ABSOULUTE JUNK! I hate being ripped off, and that's how I feel. I can't believe Pure Gear hasn't had a class action suit filed against them. Or maybe they have?
Cracked very easily. Don't waste your time getting a replacement. Found a 2-pack of better quality screen protector on amazon for the same price it costs to ship this piece of junk back.
Screen protector cracked within a month… and their "free" replacement costs $12 in S&H when local Cellular Sales replaces and installs for $10. Won't ever buy Pure Gear again. It's pure trash.
DO NOT purchase their products! I was one of the many naive buyers to believe AT&T employee would wisely advise me on accessories only to find out that I purchased an over priced crappy product from a company that does not stand behind their products. I paid $39.00 for each screen protector which was damaged after only 4 days of usage and keep in mind, my previous one lasted 7 SEVEN years without a single scratch! It takes over ONE HOUR to register their product on line prior to filing a complain AND THEY REQUEST extra $10 for shipping costs! It costs only $9 to purchase another product with free shipping from anywhere else so I rather not even go through the time consuming of pursuing anything further with this company. There are many complaints already filed against this company with the BBB so I think is best to stay away from Pure Gear until they recognize and better up themselves.
Note: It is hard to see the evidence on pic attached due to glare
Bought a liquid glass for a samsung s 10 plus today just the process to register this crap is a torture so F. O. And stick your $100 wherever you want!
I bought 2 of these seven protectors for our Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus, from our local AT&T store. Immediately, the finger print scanner wouldn't work. I figured it needed to adhere to the screen, so we waited 4 days (plenty of time). Still never worked. Called Pure Gear customer service. I had to show proof of purchase (obviously) and they would send out 2 new replacements, as they think the got a bad batch. OK... Replacement comes in. But for wrong device. I've been calling them for over a week and emailed them many times. No reply. Other than registering on their web site.
In the meantime, we kept the original (non-working fingerprint) protector on till we got the replacement. Writing a day, we got cracks on Both, even though they never dropped. I works never but from these people again! STAY Away! I didn't add any pictures, as it was on the phone for as long as I could stand it, then I removed them and threw Them out.
I've been trying to call and email them, but no one replied or returned and phone calls.
Its the worst quality that I have ever seen. The screen protector chipped within 2 months! And when I wanted to claim a replacement it asked me $11.95 for shipping! Such a waste of money :(
I bought my screen protector for my new phone from Verizon. I sent in the warranty. It cracked 4 months later and I tried to reach the company for 6 weeks with no response. I filled out in for on line to have them contact me 8 times and left messages 10 times. I can't believe this company can even stay in business I pain 44.99 for absolutely NOTHING! NEVER EVER BUT ANYTHING FROME THIS PLACE! I tried complaining to Verizon because I feel they should stand behind products they sell in their store and they could care less.
When I paid close to 90 bucks for a lifetime warranty, I assumed Pure-gear would be a bit more helpful locating my name or email in their system (because I'd lost my warranty info and never asked anything about shipping!) Instead, I received a boiler-plate response from Alexis Medina which did not even address my question (below.) It's a scam. Stay away.

I paid 65.00 for this junk screen protector for my S22 Ultra on 7/8/22 on 7/28/22 I did drop my phone and it busted the protector. I've had many screen protectors over the years and never busted the screen protector. Yes it did protect my phones screen but damn this thing shattered on a bull$hit drop. Well I used the warranty and you have to pay 11.95 in shipping just to get a new one. So received the new one around 8/12/22 and today the 24th I notice a edge shattered. I haven't dropped my phone at all and have been extra cautious because clearly these screen protectors are garbage. Don't recommend they're GARBAGE especially when these a$$holes are charging money for shipping and we're getting stiffed because these screen protectors are $hit. I've gotten better screen protectors off Amazon for next to nothing. I'm done not paying another 11.95 for $hit. Stay clear of puregear 360 steel overpriced garbage.

I filed a claim for a broken screen cover, got an email saying claim was approved with claim number. 2 weeks later no new screen cover. I have called and been on hold indefinitely, left phone messages and emailed about 4 times. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER!
On-line product registration does not work. Phone call hold for 15 minutes then was told to call back. Par for the course with California fruit loops.
My wife and I purchased these screen protectors at our Sprint retailer when we got our new phones. When I read the instructions on the packaging it stated we did not need to register our product and to simply reach out to them for a warranty claim within one year of purchase.
My wife's phone screen cracked and I reached out to customer support. I was quickly told that if I did not register my product that there was nothing they could to help me. As I was formulating my response and feedback for their customer service department my chat window was "closed due to inactivity". That was infuriating. It deleted my entire message and I was not able to recover it.
If you happen to buy this product, search for the web site in TINY TINY font and do everything you can to register your protector IMMEDIATELY.
Terrible customer service. Quality of screen protector is mildly better than one purchased on amazon for $7.00. The ONLY reason we bought these was because our Sprint store had a deal for activation credit if we purchased them.
I recommend avoiding this company. Spend your money elsewhere.
Tip for consumers:
Look for another dealer of phone accessories. Or, register products IMMEDIATELY! No matter what the packaging suggests.

Had to get a replacement and was charged almost $12 for standard 5-7 Day shipping.
And good luck making a claim for a broken screen on your phone.
I'll never buy any of their products again.

They make it really difficult to file a claim. Can't get to the form even though I am already registered and already filed a claim. Screen protector sucks. Verizon does push this company - buy beware
The product cracked in the first week. I tried for weeks to get a customer service agent to respond to warranty. Don't waste your time or money, choose something else.
One of the worst companies to deal with. Bought 6 phones with cases and screen protectors. Our gut feeling was initially to wait and get the tempered glass from somewhere else but the retailer talked us into Pure Gear because of their "pledge" and lifetime warranty. Tried to register warranties, a step you are required to do, out of 6 only 2 were honored and the rest were told they don't qualify. Upon contacting support to find out what is wrong finally received a computer generated response 10 days later stating the same thing I was inquiring about. Do not believe what anyone says trying to sell you the product. AND as if that wasn't enough 1 of the screen protectors has never adhered correctly to a brand new phone with no dust/finger prints/anything on screen, another screen protector has already cracked when the phone has never been mishandled in any way and 3 more have begun peeling away from phone face. Save yourself money and buy Zagg if you want the lifetime warranty/peace of mind or buy an inexpensive glass from somewhere else (at least you are not out a ton of money if it cracks/peels).
Tip for consumers:
Research products and companies before you buy. Especially when you expect them to protect high dollar electronics

Bought HD glass and Steel 360. Definitely going to go somewhere else or back to Zagg.
