Ive bought one plus had three replacements sent at a cost of 49$ plus 10$ each additional one all in the last 50 days! Now ive emailed two of there emails multiple times n it just keeps being sent back. Yes they have a warranty but its not worth it. My brother bought a ten dollar one off amazon n its been working for over two months so far. Do not use!
I bought this screen protector when I purchased my phone with the selling factor of "lifetime warranty" well that means one replacement and you have to pay $12 for shipping. It started chipping after only a couple months of use. Do not recommend.
Had this for less than 2 days and it does not stick well so first time I droped my phone, the glass protector broke and came off. Waste of money, would not reccomend at all.
I had Puregear's screen protector fail. Despite registering the product online and taking it to their authorized phone screen repair facility, they would not approve my claim. They are crooks!
TERRIBLE PRODUCT. PAID $65 FOR STEEL 360 SCREEN PROTECTOR AND 8 DAYS LATER THE SCREEN PROTECTOR STARTED CRACKING AND SPLINTERING GLASS AND I NEVER EVEN DROPPED THE PHONE. BOUGHT AT A VICTRA VERIZON STORE AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP. APPARENTLY THEY CANT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THIS PRODUCT. AND WHEN YOU CONTACT THE PURE GEAR THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND YOU MUST USE EMAIL. THEY WANT $12 FOR SHIPPING AFTER THEY SELL FAULTY PRODUCTS. FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE WHO SAYS THEY'LL REPLACE IT ONCE FOR FREE BUT I NEED TO PAY THE SHIPPING NEXT TIME. WAITING TO SEE IF I RECEIVE ANOTHER ONE AND IF IT LASTS. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. PIECE OF GARBAGE! VERY DISAPPOINTING WHEN YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY
Just tried to register the screen protector that I purchased, for the lifetime warranty and have been unable to even get the site up. Is anyone else having issues?
The first night I got my s9plus the screen protector fell off I tired taking it back to get my money back but they said I couldn't do that and that I needed to contact the manufacturer to get an replacement they also said it was only gonna cost 5 bucks. Well when I did my claim I seen I had to spend 10 bucks not 5 so I just paid it when I should of just went with another screen protector because the new one I just got cracked already just from it being in my pocket l. $#*! this product never buying from this company again
This is defiantly the worst protector I have had and the guy at the T-Mobile store told me it was the best, I am currently on my 3rd one as it does have a lifetime warranty so I just go to T-mobile and they give me another one for free, however its 3 times in less than 3 months, and I just dropped my phone again tonight at work and guess what... it popped off and broke again! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Samsung Galaxy S9 user.
I HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY, SENT COPY OF BILLS FOR PRODUCT DEFECTIVE, HAVE FOLLOWED UP AND STILL NOTHING FROM THEM. IT IS APRIL 2O20. I ORIGINALLY EMAILED AND FILLED OUT FORMS ONLINE OCTOBER 2019! I HAVE NEVER HAD A SCREEN PROTECTOR CHIP ON EVERY EDGE JUST FROM BEING IN MY POCKETBOOK. I HAVE NEVER DROPPED MY PHONE. THE SCREEN PROTECTORS THAT ARE CHEAPER HAVE LASTED LONGER. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!
I bought a new S8. Stopped and picked up Protect Screen at T-Mobile. They told me Pure-Gear has an awesome guarantee... etc. So I bought it, but before I install it I check them out on YouTube. Out of all the videos I see, not one showing how good it protects with a few unhappy customers that their screen is cracked and does not work and Pure-gear does not respond to warranty etc. I post a few comment about this on Pure-gear YouTube videos... etc. I get a response from all YT videos from Pure-gear stating if I have any warranty issues to contact them through Facebook. Now this just pissed me off! Why do I need to use my social media account for warranty issues? I check them out on the BBB... not one positive review... at the time there are 57 complaints and 1 neutral review and 12 negative reviews. I responded back on 5-6 videos on just how stupid it is for me to use my Facebook account for a warranty issue especially when having to register the product online... etc. I also informed them they need to honor their warranty and stated the BBB problems. My question now is... Why did they disable comments on all the video's I commented on? Anyway, I returned the product for a full refund! Sometimes when you're shopping we know nothing about the product... before you take it out of the box it pays to investigate!

Dont bother with these expensive "warranty items" the registration process alone costs more in time than the product and it breaks with the slightest dropo. Buy a bunch on amazon... easier...
It was sold as a strong protector with lifetime warranty. It is a scam. I paid $40 for mine and two weeks later it was broken. I tried to execute the warranty and they asked for $10 for shipping and handling. I paid the $10, and I got the wrong protector. I called and sent e-mails and after weeks trying I finally had someone who sent me the wrong protector again! After 20 e-mails back and forth I went back to the store and the AT&T store manager told me they have had the same issue so many times that they stop selling that brand! DO NOT BUY PURE GEAR PLEASE! With my previous iPhone I had a $10 protector from Amazon and lasted 3 years and still intact! I FEEL THEY STOLE MY MONEY!
These people put a product on the market, make all kinda claims. I paid $60. Bucks for my screen protector and warranty, filled a claim because the product came off, all I get is crickets.
I bought a New Samsung S10+ about 3 weeks ago and the salesman at AT&T told me to go with your product. Your product doesn't do what it says it does. I have the Liquid Glass protector on my phone and it is supposed to be scratch resistant. I put my phone in my pocket where nothing could scratch it and when I pulled out my phone, there were scratches and markings all over the screen. I went back to AT&T and the employee put two new applications on top of the older one at no cost but the scratches looked like they were wiped away but weren't. I am very unhappy about this and now my screen is $#*!ED UP. My screen looks like someone took a wood chipper to it and it IS NOT SCRATCH RESISTANT. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
I splurged and bought the puregear tempered glass for i-Phone 11 WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY. The sales rep convinced me when he said lifetime replacement of the tempered glass if it breaks and up to $100 if the phone itself cracks - sounds great right? Until you try to get the replacement. Puregear then wants to charge you an additional $11.95 for shipping and handling. Well - had I known that was the case I never would have bought the more expensive tempered glass. I would simply replace the tempered glass at a store with the lesser priced product.
I also purchased an i-phone charging wire which stopped working after 5 months. Again, they want shipping and handling. I purchased the more expensive products to avoid such a situation. I sent three emails to customer service and not one reply - but when I did a live chat - she actually knew and saw my emails - but no one had the courtesy to reply to my email?! Puregear's customer service needs to think outside the box and try to make their customers happy, although I don't think they know how. I will never purchase one of their products again and neither should you. There are plenty of other choices/alternatives.
Broke one week after putting it on after I set it down on the counter so I got another one and it broke again after falling off my bed. Not very good quality
Tip for consumers:
Your products are overpriced and not good quality

I'm not sure what is worse their products or customer service. The lifetime warranty means absolutely nothing when you're having to replace the screen protector every other week and are charged $10 for shipping. And by the way, they will not put multiple protectors in one package.
When trying to reach someone, anyone... good luck! It wasn't until I mentioned the BBB that I got a response from them.
HORRIBLE PRODUCT & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT waste your money
Id give them no star, zero, zilch, nadda.
It has been since june and here it is sept 15,2020 and have not recieved my screen protector. Company uses covid as an excuse, but most online companies were still open and managed to work it out fast.
Obviously this is an upper management problem. Tell your phone company that you refuse to use puregear for any claims and need to fix it with another insurance or pay you to fix or buy a screen saver.
3mths and still have not recieved the creeb saver. Wow... not even a message in three mths. Finally emailed me after 3 dam mths im just $#*!ing pissed off at this sorry company..
Puregear Liquid glass is absolute garbage! I dropped my phone and my screen was not able to be saved. Because I had to get a replacement phone Puregear would not honor the claim I put in to cover my phone replacement.
Their product failed miserably!
DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PUREGEAR they only "cover repairs"!

On the sixteenth day this screen protector started to peel back and air was getting underneath. I "worked" the air bubbles towards the edges as instructed and the protector cracked along edge. I returned to the store I purchased the product and was told I had to make a claim because after fourteen days it can't be brought back to the store! A difference of two days! To make matters worse I have to pay to have my new one sent to me. It is sold as A LIFETIME WARRANTY. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Pure-bs-Gear
Inferior product with low customer service, replacement at Verizon store cost $ 20.00 online $10.00 product cost to much to begin with, don't throw good money after bad
I bought a screen protector 3 weeks ago when I got my new iPhone 11promax and the AT&T store installed it. Now it is pealing off in the top corner and they told me to go see AT&/T they were responsible since they installed it for me. AT&T says that PureGear is responsible, I wonder who is going to pay any damage to my screen if I drop the phone? I want buy or recommend this company to anyone.
The first time my phone was dropped it cracked in 2 places. I tried to contact Pure Gear by phone and by website. Never recieved any return calls or response from the website. Tried several times.
I purchased 2 pure. Gear portable chargers. Neither of the chargers will work. I tried every able possible but neither charger will charge, not even once.
Paid shipping for a replacement screen protector. Waited 16 days. Nothing arrived. I've emailed 3 times and no one will return my calls. $#*! this company.
Soon after I purchased a PureGear wall charger & cable for my new Galaxy phone at my local TSS store, I noticed the connector at one end of the cable was cracking. (The cable was NOT subject to any abuse.) TSS said I had to contact PureGear directly for a replacement, so I filed a warranty claim & submitted all the necessary documentation & a detailed description, including a photo of the defective connector.
PureGear sent just the wall charger, which is NOT the item that needed to be replaced. (Btw, PureGear's S&H charge is criminally exorbitant.)
I immediately contacted them to explain the screw-up. After I confirmed (again) that the cable was for an android phone, they agreed to send the correct item, but only after implying that somehow I did not
Follow proper procedure (which I did all along) & never acknowledging that they were at fault. Instead, they made it clear they were only doing this as a "onetime courtesy". Their attitude was basically I should be grateful for the favor & for them not charging me that exorbitant S&H charge again.
Final insult: The new cable they sent is still not the correct one. But I have no intention of further imposing on their "generosity" -- or ever buying a PureGear product again.
