Please use other services with faster wifi qlink is a scam and fraud customer services are wait time is over 20 to 40 minutes before anyone answer and they do not solve problems for you they make it worse

The worst customer service ever. I waited for 2 hours and 6 minutes but no one picked up the phone so I decided to disconnect! The funny anytime I call them their answering machine mentions" We are experiencing a high volume of calls but your call is important to us! Someone will be with you shortly! (If you care you need to hire more agents)!

I waited One hour and forty minutes and never got a Answer!They sent me a new SIM card but I never got it it was Stolen I live in a public housing blog and there is 500 apartment here they sent my package by Amazon delivery and they left it in from my door! When they should have just mailed it to Me!so now my phone doesn't work and can't get a hold of some Body! My Email is *******@yahoo.com and the device phone number is*******945

This company is ridiculous, you CANNNOT get ahold of them! I've sent them 8 messages, requested 9 call backs and spent 22 hours on hold trying to get my number transferred from them to another company. The last call is pictured 3+ hours and was hung up on! I'm beyond livid they are incompetent and the service is sub par at best. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This company can NEVER IMPROVE
This company can NEVER IMPROVE! It says their customer service ( on phone) is opened on Sunday until 6:00 pm, but there is no way in hell you will get a live representative! I waited for an hour and 20 min ( ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES) and got NO ONE! I'm having massive problems with a 3rd line added to my account from thin air, and my 2nd line is NOT WORKING AT ALL!
I'm trying to get those jokers to help me for the past TWO WEEKS. I got one clown on the line and asked help with one problem, then I proceeded to ask her to help me with the above problem …. Guess what? SHE TOLD ME SHE CANNOT HELP ME BECAUSE I HAVE TO HANG UP AND CALL AGAIN 🤯🤯 This moron told me she cannot help me with more than one problem at a time and I have to call back and wait again in que …. Where do you get those people from?!?!

My S.S. Disability check was stolen with use of my Q link phone according to the banks print out. Even though I have never done any banking on my phone. I only use the phone to call people.

Ruined a $800 phone
July 24, 2024

Absolutely the worst cell service ever. They put a block on your phone with out your permission so that you cannot use it with any other service. Unlimited data with end about 3 days after the first of the month. I would have to call them four or five times a month to get my data service restarted. The Voice service didn't work more often than it did work. Didn't work at all for the last 6 weeks I was on their service.

When I canceled their service I found out they had put a block on my phone so ever cell Services can't use my phone. When I called customer service they tried to get that off my phone. Then they told me there was some kind of error and they couldn't remove the block from my phone.

When I got upset that they had just ruined an $800 phone they started denying they put the block on my phone. Ask your local phone carrier they know about Q Link Wireless block and how it ruins the phone for any other.

This should be absolutely Criminal...

They call it lifeline. They absolutely need to change that. I qualified for benefits. My mom suggested a way she could save money was me switching phone service. Qlink is so sad. Slow to even sign in to games took over 10 minutes to update my phone took a half hour. After about 5 days woke up & there was no Internet connection at all. I still to this day have no explanation. I tried to call customer service I got hung up on 24 times. I sure hope they're at least being investigated. This "service" is pathetic & appalling

This is by far the worse service ever known to exist!
Terrible everything, nothing is okay. Their phones are trash! So I purchased an upgraded phone. Trash. I had to stop using their services I swear I woulda likely had a stroke if I continued with them. The phones and tablets are so slow and coverage is spotty it requires alot of patience would make my blood boil sometimes I was heated like on the regular! This service to me is LESS THAN NOTHING! Think about what I just said...less than nothing.in my book that's worthless!

Do not use this company. They have false advertisement they say unlimited data. That's a lie you use hotspot you pay for it. It doesn't work for maybe only a day or two the Internet sucks. It's slow. If you need your phone Internet for your job do not switch over. It is not unlimited data. It is the 17th and now I have no way of working until the first you call them. There's nothing they could do. I've paid five dollars. I've paid $10 I've paid one dollar I paid three dollars and look I still have no Internet and now I cannot work until the first I should've never switched over to this company. It's false advertisement. It's a lie, do not use this company

I should have stay with air talk wireless. There amazing.

The worst
March 28, 2024

Qlink is the worst phone carrier out there. I decided to switch my phone service to qlink and on March 7 2024 I received the sim and installed in my phone. When I called to activate they said I had already used all my high speed data for the month from March 1 to March 5th even though I had not even received the sim until March 7th. I had to purchase a seperate plan to get me through the month and than on March 24 they shut my service off without warning. Needless to say I switched carriers.

As Good As Any of the Major Carriers

Simply put, my service with Q-Link is no different than if I were using T-Mobile or AT&T etc. In fact, I like it much better because I don't have to walk into a retail store and get attacked by sales reps who are pushed to lie to customers by attaching insurance on to their plans (T-Mobile...this is exactly what all your reps do now since you gotta pay for buying Sprint! I don't like that terrible culture!). Q-Link leaves me alone and gives great service

*******465 it's amazing how far these foreigners will go to cover up the truth with their own lies then they get an attitude and keep transferring your call when you catch them being deceiving all they had to do is replace a phone I paid for and never received, keep the $20 I'm going to tell everyone I know how you kept this elderly man on the phone well over three and a half-hours

I very much appreciate a true gift of a service that actually works. I was better off scrounging change for prepaid cards than the aggravation, anxiety and anger this has to offer. It's NOT better than nothing! It sucks!

Very easy and streamlined

Thank you for all of your assistance helping me set up my new phone plan! No more monthly cell phone bills^_^ I had the Mint Mobile 12 month (1 year) plan which was in its final month, so that's why I had to switch as soon as I could. I'm very satisfied with the service, thank you again

The fact that we are in a time in our country where gas prices are through the roof and food expenses as well as rent. This program is a breath of fresh air for anyone just getting by or barely getting by, as a newly single woman i had to rebuild and start over, i'm so thankful

This company is so shady that it has already had federal raids by law enforcement on their offices, look up Asad Issa, the owner of this company on the internet, it looks like he should be on an episode of American Greed. Called up just to get info on their company for lifeline because assurance had phones on backorder. Told me they needed info to see what I qualified for in my state because each state was different. But what they were actually doing is fraudulently stealing my information and then switching me to their company without my permission. When I found out, they don't provide phones I told the Representative I wasn't interested in going with them, but she had already gotten enough information to steal my account and put it with their company. I filed a complaint with the FCC, FBI, Florida Attorney General's office and even called the brevard county sheriffs after I found out all the deceptive crap they've been raided for already

Dont expect much from this "Free" phone service
December 28, 2022

I received my phone yesterday but did NOT get a SIM card so it's useless. Not to mention I was charged $70 for this "free phone" which is made out of the thinnest plastic ever. I've been trying to set up the basics on the phone so far, but its so slow and keeps freezing, this is ridiculous. I received the tablet today, haven't opened it yet but I'm not expecting much.
