I have just received the best cutomer service I have ever received! I had an issue so I sent a message on Sunday morning figuring I would get a jump on the monday rush. Well... I received a response, on a Sunday, just a few hours after my message. Problem solved and all communications completed by Monday afternoon. This morning I received a follow-up email and a thank you for being such a loyal customer.
Who does this anymore? Rakuten... that's who.
Oh... got $100 cash back on my new cell phone by the way. NICE!

The Customer Services goes above and beyond, every time, to ensure the Customer/Consumer is happy. For example, I had issues with my Chrome Extension button that led to two missed Cash Back opportunities. In one day I had three inquiries: two about the missed cash back, one about the extension. I was having trouble activating Ebates for a vacation i was purchasing through Expedia. I emailed Ebates and got an almost immediate response and request for information about my purchase. Once sent, my issue was resolved within 24 hours and i was able to receive the ebate for my Expedia purchase.

I used to love ebates and used it all the time. The stores I shopped with frequently were no longer on Ebates and then others decreased their cash back or put other restrictions in place which was making it a lot harder to earn cash back. I also find shopping through their app SUPER glitchy, there are a few stores where I just cant checkout but if I log in through the ebates website it works. Weird. For me, due to some stores dropping off of ebates and others decreasing their cash back incentive it isnt as wonderful as it used to be.

I moved. My check was mailed. When I hadn't received my check I contacted ebates. They immediately responded. Customer service at ebates is grade A, superior! Thank you ebates for paying me to shop & going above & beyond.

The best site to save while you buy all the things you want. I am glad to have found this site where I can save 15% cashback on most of my purchases on top of the credit card offers I receive. Because of this, I am able to shop as much as I want in a budget.
This thanksgiving I saved $300 on purchases of $1500 that is close to a free iPad.

This is the second time (out of many positive Ebates experiences) I've had to contact Ebates because of a merchant that inadvertently didn't issue a rebate. Ebates customer service has once again responded to my inquiry with fast and efficient service and resolved my problem in a VERY timely manner with very little effort on my part.

Through Ebates I shopped a retailer and filler my cart withgoodies. I forgot about it and a day later completed the purchase after en email from the retailer- my account wasn't credited with the sale bough I'd originally gone through ebates. A quick correspondence with the service team and they were able to credit the account. So easy! Thank you!

I love this app best thing I have ever downloaded to help me save even more while simply doing my chores such as shopping, I call it a chore I hate shopping but Ebates always makes it better when I am getting money back for something I hate doing. Thank you Ebates!

I am on a fixed income, and that does not go far these days. Any time that I can save some money, it is a great experience for me. Ratkuten is that rewarding experience as it is always there for me. I do not have to do anything spectacular for it to work for me, and yet, it is still there working for me. I love getting messages telling me that I have saved again, and it all adds up fast.

I've had an issue with my order made through Macy's. Macy's made an error with my order and then also refused to honor the Ebates percentage back. I reached out to Ebates regarding this matter since I had all proof (confirmation/cancellation emails). Macy's continued to refuse to honor the Ebates percentage back, but Ebates' representatives honored it for me instead. I've been using Ebates for several years and have been recommending their services to friends and families. My most recent experience with Ebates was excellent and I will continue using services with them.

The microphone button was not working from the start. So the seller sent a replacement. After 2 weeks, the microphone itself stopped working. Wouldn't mind buying from this buyer but definitely not buying this product from them again.

I had an issue with my purchase. I filled out a form and Ebates got back to me immediately to help me rectify the situation. Even though at first it didn't turn out the way I wanted, they continued to work with me and eventually solved the issue to my satisfaction. I love, love, love using this service. The last big fat check I got was actually boosted because I chose to receive it on an Egift card. This was the first time this was offered and I thought it was wonderful.

I love this site so much! All you do is go the ebates website or app and click on the department store or boutique you want to shop from and your redirected to that site to shop. Ebates logs your visit from them and depending on how much the percentage is store gives back, you get that money credited to your account and receive an actual check delivered quarterly. I usually get about $20-$30 back but I did refer a friend and got a $25 credit this check so I received a $65 check. It's not a huge amount of money, but why not get money back for shopping you're already spending your money on? They have over 2,000 stores that participate in the program and have started giving cash back for in store purchases. I haven't used this feature yet because I don't like storing my debit card on a bunch of sites. But I may end up trying it eventually. You can get a $10 bonus when signing up through an invite. Good luck getting your cash back on expensive items I bought( 3) $50 dollar gold bullions before I bought them I went to the Ebates page and it said up to 2% cash back on Collectibles Sales & Events expires 3/31/2018 I bought the items on 3/30/2018, I clicked on shop now and was sent directly to the eBays page I clicked on collectibles and sales and bought the 3 items but I never received the 2% cash back of $82.56. I sent them an email and explained my situation and their reply was they don't pay on paper money and coins that I was confused it is very clear that gold bullions are uncirculated collectibles. Mr. Ted L. One of the supervisors sent me an email stating I was confused and offered to give me a $10 credit on my next purchase. They are dishonest scammers

It was so good and soooo easy to signup, pick the company I want to purchase from, click the button, continue shopping to finally receive my cashback reward.

I have used many of the cashback sites before and ebates is the best one I have used. Their cash back % is not always the best but their customer service has been the best. I recommended them and the brower toolbar.

Rakuten (formerly known as Ebates) is the best solution for getting cash back on stuff you're already going to buy online. I use the browser extension so saving money and earning cash back is a no brainer and really easy. When I'm on a website, like Macys.com, the Rakuten browser extension will alert me when there is cash back available. And when I'm checking out, Rakuten will find me coupons to save even more. I've even discovered new stores because of it like Moosejaw and SteepAndCheap. In the past couple of years, I've already earned over $500 cash back. Cha-Ching!

I have been using ebates for some time and honestly, when I shop online, I tend to forget to go through ebates, but lately I have been using them ALOT! I had a couple problems with stores not sending my info to them, but ebates fixed it and fast! They also gave me suggestions as to why they weren't showing and one of them fixed my problem. (ad block) They were so fast and courteous! Especially now during the Holiday shopping season!

I ordered what was clearly indicated as "Brand New" headphones. What I got was used headphones along with the previous owner's earwax still in the headphones. Ewww!
I ordered from them because they were a "trusted Google site." Stay away from these guys!

I contacted both the Rakuten and the seller. No response.

After closing an email account I needed to have my email address updated -- I sent a nice to customer care, they responded that evening and my email address updated early the next day -- best response I've see from an online vendor!
