Rakuten team are the best service I've come across in the US. We are refugees from Ukraine and we are very grateful to Rakuten for such joy as excellent service, impeccable work, patience, respect for the client and professionalism. They never pay what you actually earned. I have yet to have a single transaction pay what was advertised. Even after purchases have been verified they just delete the payout for no reason. 100% scam!
I had an issue with one of my purchases, didn't get my cash back. I emailed ebates and ask them the reason why I didn't get it. I am a online shopper and this is by far the best customer service I've come across with! They emailed back to me and took care of my issue like in no time! Besides making your shopping even a better experience giving you $$ back, it is a trusty company! I definitely recommend it!

I have used Ebates since their inception and was a FatWallet user previously. I have found them to be fair and responsible. Recently, I clicked through and made a number of purchases on Ebay and although cash didn't post, after a number of emails Ebates deposited the money into my account even though Ebay changed the terms of which department and percentages I should receive.
Ebates is a great way to get free cash when buying online...

I enrolled in Rakuten back in 2001 when it was known as Ebates. To date, I have "earned" over $2200 in cash back. I do the majority of my shopping online and nearly every site at which I shop is listed. On the very rare occasion that a rebate hasn't been posted, I contact Rakuten and immediately receive my credit.
I have recommended them to all of my friends and relatives.

A few days after I booked a hotel with Expedia I realized that they were one of the "stores" listed on Ebates. I sent an email to the customer service department and then a copy of my confirmation. Within hours they credited my account with the appropriate amount of cash back for my purchase even though I didn't "click" through their site.

I am probably a medium online shopper <only due to lack of money!> but I always go through ebates to find the stores I want. Even if I only get a 1% cash back, it adds up quickly. And the customer service totally rock. The few times I had questions, they were answered quickly and politely. If you do any online shopping it would be silly not to go through the ebates link!

Purchased a nearly $500 coat on Saks and was supposed to get 12% back. Saks did not immediately give the credit. EBates customer service followed up several times to let me know they were working on it. After more than 30 days and still awaiting a response from Saks, eBates awarded me the rebate. Stellar customer service!

I have used other rebate sites happily and recently signed up for Ebates. The experience has been nothing but a pleasure, easy to use links and wonderful and quick customer service when I recently had a glitch with my web browser. Ebates is a fantastic site! Even when I have had an issue with the system not catching an order I placed through their site, they have corrected it without any issues. They are wonderful, and in the top tier of customer service!

My first time, with debates my son told me about them ( Much applause for Lee Williams, and the crowd goes wild) So I went cruising through ebay clicking along, then came the part I dread password which I of course had forgotten... as is always the case. I have had a stroke. So I went ahead and cashed out it occurred to me upon leaving ebay that I had neglected to do anything about debates or my son, (I mean surely he deserved something for turning me into debates. SO, I wrote debates and explained the whole thing to them, they "fixed my trouble and rewarded Lee. So with my fought for dime and i logged off satisfied and the continuation of Lee's future Sainthood the crowd again goes wild " I logged off much the wiser about eBates my stress level abated. Thanks to the fine people at eBates. The end ad they say in fairytale land.

Love this site. Pops up automatically so that I don't need to search for savings - they find me! Makes it very easy to save and get that refund check - and it is at so many companies where I already shop! The best!

My computer crashed and I was not able to get my ebates for many purchases. I ordered from Walmart online from a local library. It is very limited as to what you are allowed to do. When I purchased a new computer, I lost all my data and able to get the proper paperwork you seemed to have wanted. I sent in order #'s along with my totals but someone wanted actually emails that Walmart had sent me with even more info. All of which I was not able to provide. This doesn't seem fair.

I absolutely LOVE Ebates and don't understand why more people don't take advantage of this great service. All rebates are fair and clear. Anytime that I have had a question, it is addressed promptly and professionally. There is a clear list of all sites that have been visited and if a company fails to approve your rebate, it is easy to search for. All my inquiries are answered with 2 hours. I love this service esp. Since I am an internet shopper!

A bonus rebate on something you would buy anyway? How can you lose? Plus I had a little problem with a rebate and customer service responded right away and was very helpful.
My suggestion is to install the ebates browser extension, that way you'll never miss a rebate on any site you go to.

I have previously enjoyed Ebates, but my number one complaint is that purchases are never credited to your account without having to fill out a form and contact customer service for each and every purchase. I constantly check my Ebates account after making purchases on Amazon, and they are never credited. I have had two fill out a form every single time I want to receive the proper credit for purchase. Ebates, you seriously need to improve your program because you're only going to lose customers this way. Get it together!

This website is great! I receive a cash back check every few months from my purchases. Never noticed a difference in the price when using this website. At least for the stores I visit this never happened(Macy's, gap, old navy, julep, Aldo, The bay and several other of this type). The customer service responds very quickly to every question. Overall, a five star website and service.

I really enjoy the deals and cash back from this site. Whenever I'm waiting for something to go on sale it's usually Rakuten that ends up discounting the item first so I give them my business. The cash back is just icing on the cake.

Ebates.com cheated me out of a big transaction (It doesn't seem to have problems with small transactions! Hmmm...). I made sure a followed all the rules, activates ebates.com, checked out, made sure I did not use any other discounts, etc. and yet, they did not give me my 4.75% back! Disappointed!

I was buying stuff at old navy online. I had already been in the store, waited on line 40 minutes just to find out the 30% discount was only online and useless in the store. Came home, duplicated the stuff I just bought and put it in my shopping cart-and was about to check out online, when ebates flashes in with a comment that they found a coupon for 40% and switched it automatically for me! (so very nice and economical) I had never seen them do that before, because I utilize every coupon I can find, but they found a better one and substituted it-giving me an additional 10% off-very, very, effective-thank you!

Whenever I have a question or if a credit doesn't come through for some reason, customer service responds and resolves very promptly. Recently Gayle came to my rescue and was very courteous and professional. Ebates is a great way to do some Christmas shopping and receive cash back!

I guess if you like shoes and purses it works for you, but those of us who shop in stores and places such as Walmart, Amazon, Lowes and such, find out real quick that many items don't qualify for the ebates money back.
After spending close to a thousand dollars in the very places I mentioned, I had a grand total of 40 cents to my name in Ebates. Frankly not worth my time to log into Ebates.
