They boast a 25% cashback if I buy something from Temu, which I did. I was sure the system activated this cashback just before purchase. However, they never sent me this cashback, despite my multiple attempts to claim it. First they tried to play stupid by simply repeating the info I already submitted a few times, then they didn't even bother to reply in the end. I will let both Temu and other customers know how dishonest and unreliable they are.
Love getting money back for shopping where I normally would. Been using this site for years. They have also been very good about resolving any disputes or concerns I may have about a particular purchase. Recommend this site highly!
Like getting cash back for the items I buy. Just wish all the stores I shop at were participating. Also, sometimes the store's cash back terms are too detailed and restrictive for me to take advantage of their offers.
After not receiving my rebate check, I contacted customer service to inquire about my payment. Alexis contacted me within a few hours to inquire about my mailing address. After confirming my address, she emailed me again to apologize for the delay and to say a new check was being sent. I consider this great customer service. Something lacking in so many businesses today.
I purchased a flight to Italy and I was under the impression I would get back 7% it was not the fact. It was 1.50 not happy I didn't read the fine print an felt like I was miss led. Then they said I'd get a check 11-15-2015. Just checked again now its changed to 2-2016. I wrote them And I won't do business with them again. Karen Hurd
For whatever reason, one of the ebates did not post to my account. I was worried that I would just lose out on this credit. When I alerted ebates about this, however, they were very quick in correcting the situation, and immediately posted a credit to my account, even before the Store that I had purchased the merchandise from had posted it. They were extremely helpful and very nice about assisting me with my problem. Thank you eBates! Krystal was wonderful and quickly credited my account.
When it came time for them to pay out, I received nothing. Attempts to contact Ebates customer service to find out where my check is turned out to be fruitless. I also wanted to ask them about the drastic increase in spam which coincides with my signup date. But without any customer support, all these disturbing issues go unanswered. Based on my experience I believe ebates is, at best, poorly run. At worst, it's an outright phishing scam.
Terrible customer service! They won't honor your business or treat you as a valued customer. Tried to purchase an item which was canceled and later offered to buy with a higher price than what i paid for originally. Very dissatisfied as it was a complete waist of my time. Also, there's a catch with their rewards point that you must spend buyin from them, its just Not Worth it. You better spend your money from a reputable store..
I so wish I would have known about Ebates sooner! I probably Would have been on tv!. Besides getting money back from your shopping trips, the representatives at Ebates are willing to listen and get back to you very quickly. This is the first time that I communicated with an Ebates representative and I am very pleased with the way the representative handled my question. I had a question about if I would receive cash back on a purchased I made at a Lowes store and not online. The Ebates Rep explained why I would not. Remember Ebates is a online Service so in order for them to know how much you need to get back in cash you need to order and pay online. Let me tell you they are the greatest!

I had a problem with one of my purchases not showing up on my ebates account, and emailed my problem to ebates. I was stunned to get a live, human fast response and quick resolution! Seriously, I didn't know great customer service still existed!
I always check to see if a company I want to buy from is on Rakuten's first! It's a no brainer to use Rakuten when shopping! I've earned well over $500 just by stopping by their website before making a purchase on another site. They then share that commission with their members, as Cash Back. It's FREE... and that's why this is a no brainer!
I had an expired Big Fat Check and asked if I could still cash it. Not only is Ebates going to reissue it, they found two more checks that I hadn't cashed which they are going to reissue also. Over the top customer service!
Overall had a good experience on Rakuten, however the first phone I purchased from their 3rd party vendor was defective and required a return and purchase of a second one, which is why I didn't provide a 5 star review. The return process was easy to complete.
I had 3 purchases from the same retailer that I had not gotten credit for. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They immediately responded and told me the information that they needed to investigate. I sent it to them and within 24 hours my account had been credited for all 3 purchases. Problem resolved in a helpful, efficient manner. I have been a very satisfied Ebates customer and it was nice to experience how friendly and helpful their customer service is when it is needed!
I moved and changed my email address but was unable to make the change in my profile because the confirmation email would go to my old email which is no longer in service. I sent an email to customer support and Keisha took care of my changes promptly and cheerfully. She even emailed me back to say if I wanted to give her my new mailing address she would also change that for me. Way to go!
I always forget to log into my ebates account before shopping and when I called Ebates to speak to a representative, they never fail to accomodate me! As a courtesy, they would update my account to reflect on my previous purchases (thank you, Mark!). They have one of the top notch customer service.
I've been a member for over 19 years! With my next Fat Check, I'll have earned over $1500! They've never sold my information and I don't get a ton of junk mail from them. If I notice I didn't get a rebate from them they have always been prompt to get it done. I have the "Button" on my laptop to help ensure I never miss a chance for an Ebate. I am totally happy with Rakuten, formerly Ebates. (I prefer the name Ebates, but I'll adapt eventually)

To give you one of many examples of my interactions with Ebates Customer service, I have a misplaced check that happened to be expired when I found it. I contacted Ebates for any chance to get the check reissued. Within hours I got a reply from them with the great news that they will reissue the check, For services like this one is why I continue to tell people what they are missing if they have not signed yet to this wonderful website EBATES.

Ebates customer service is exceptional! Whenever there is an issue with a caah back amount, they are on it! They always accomodate the customer. A few times a company that I ordered from reported the wrong amount so would send a copy of my orders, they immediately credit me and work it out with the company. They are always very friendly and responsive, which I appreciate! Been working with Stephanie lately - she is awesome!
We made a purchase through Ebates that did not show up in our account. The customer service team at Ebates used the purchase information to follow up with the vendor. Even though it took a few weeks to resolve it, we did get credited for our purchase. The customer service team were courteous and professional at gathering the necessary information and getting our issue resolved.
