They boast a 25% cashback if I buy something from Temu, which I did. I was sure the system activated this cashback just before purchase. However, they never sent me this cashback, despite my multiple attempts to claim it. First they tried to play stupid by simply repeating the info I already submitted a few times, then they didn't even bother to reply in the end. I will let both Temu and other customers know how dishonest and unreliable they are.
My account was missing a 20% refund from a shopping trip last month. When I questioned the missing refund the ebates response was timely and courteous, The refund was applied to my account the same day.
I made two purchases on Open Sky one on Dec 9th and Dec 12th and have not seen any purchases. I called and got a run around and the Tracking number is no good. I have the USPS looking for it and can not find it. They are saying that it never ship. I hope Ebates look into this company before other people get screwed over like me. The gifts were for my wife from the kids now I have to try to find something else 3 days before Xmas.

I signed up so I could purchase an item, which by clicking on one of there advertisements didnt take me to the correct item. After trying to find the item for 10 minutes I was able to put it in my cart and pay for the item with paypal. Then not long after I received a email saying they could not verfiy my paypal information, mind you this is the same paypal account I have been using for almost 10 years not with multiple vendors, websites, and sending money to people.
At that point it was not worth the added frustration to call them to rectify the issue. I paid $29 more for the same item from an online retailer that took me less than 60 seconds to complete the transaction. Not worth the time or spam from this retailer.

On Jan. 17,2014 I purchased a "new" Panasonic DLP TV, (actually a 2005 model), for a little over $100. I received an immediate email confirmation of the order, acknowledging the receipt of payment, and confirming shipping of the TV. I did not receive a TV, but instead received a lamp assembly for the TV. I have called the seller three times and left two messages about this, but no reply has been received.
I am not a happy camper! I did not receive Seeing of a4 or anything else regarding a $10 gift God. I was under the impression that I would receive a $10 gift card when I joined which is only a week or so ago. I have not received any $10 gift card you ever heard anything about it in my emails from them It appears that I have money in my account but nothing regarding gift card and I would have snapped up an Amazon card Immediately.
I did not receive my first check dated November 2014 and requested that this check be cancelled and reissued.
I then received my second check dated February 2015 which I deposited and informed ebates and requested an update on the November check.
Ebates emailed me and indicated that both checks were voided in which I replied and asked that the first check be voided only as I deposited the second check.
Within minutes they rectified the issue and reopened the second check.

I have been using the website for years and recently installed the plug in for the Edge Browser.
The only complaint I have is knowing if I am still set to save or not when using the plug in. Sometimes if I have a lot of shopping to do, or have to login to a site, the savings is not obvious if it is turned on or not.
The Customer Care team is awesome. I washed and dried my check with my laundry and it was torn in 4 pieces. The Ebates Cust. Care team informed that a new check would be issued on the 9th of the month. I asked for the address to send the torn check and was informed they did not need it. Wow! Ebates ROCKS.

I ordered a laptop on hp.com where ebates says 8% cash back. Waited for a week to get the amount added to ebates cash it is not added. When contacted they simply said order is not placed from ebates. I belive they pay only amount less then $10.
Expected amount is $104 but no response.
In early 2000, I began using Ebates, which later turned into Rakuten. I LOVE their service, and whenever a CashBack deal hasn't been honored yet by a store, Rakuten immediately adds the funds to my account the moment I submit the online "Missing Cash Back" form. I take screenshots on my phone to keep a record of every purchase that has a Rakuten deal. This way I see the payment info and the CashBack deal discount percentage, which makes it easy to track via the Rakuten account dashboard. Some of the savings are significant, and the smaller savings add up too. Any kind of CashBack is always welcome! I have nothing but praise for Rakuten and introduced it to my friend a couple of years ago. She's always amazed, how much CashBack she earns. Thank you, Rakuten - we appreciate your great service! :)
I have used Ebates multiple times and have always been well pleased. I recently had to reach out to them and they were more than willing to help and go out of their way. They responded very soon and were more than accommodating. Will definitely continuing using them and will most definitely refer friends/family to them!
Many times I do not get credit for what I have bought. If you want them to find out why be prepared to dig back months lookin for the online sales that did not pay you for. Once I pay for an item and it is delivered I forget about it. If their system is so good they should have all the info. Why is it up to me to keep track of their business. I quit dealing with them for the puny check they send. Most of the times it is about 30 percent of what it should be. This is very aggravating.
It's very easy to go to the Rakuten website, find the site I want to purchase from, and place the order. After that, in a little while, I get a check from Rakuten that covers all my purchases through them during the past 3 months. Couldn't be better.
I had a terrible experience at ebates, I start making my purchases before discover www.befrugal.com, that offer better cash back rate for 75 % of stores, for me the best cash back site. When the payment date was aproaching Ebates decided to desactivate my account and keep my accrued money, I dont recommend this site.
Just last week, I questioned whether I received my last check due back in May. I contacted Ebates and asked them to look into it for me. I got my first reply from them about 2 hours later saying they were contacting that particular department and would be right back with me. The next morning I received another email saying they were checking into it. That afternoon they sent another reply that I had deposited it on a certain date. I checked that out and they were right. I hadn't checked back far enough! That was PROMPT service. Thank you Ebates!
A couple of nights ago I was shopping online & thought that I had Ebates enabled for my purchase. It was a big Ebate, so I was extra happy! Turned out that somewhere along the line I messed up and didn't get that Ebate — but when I let them know & provided proof that I'd bought the product, they gave me the credit!

The customer service is unparalleled! Even though they hadn't received my order information from the store I shopped at and even though I didn't have the confirmation email, they still gave me Ebates cash while they investigated the problem! The response is immediate and the staff is courteous and will go above and beyond to help fix your problem! They really are the best!
I ordered a product from Buy.com. It was subcontracted to another web company, sfplanet.com. The product was sent to the wrong address. When I discovered what happened and notified both companies, nothing has been done about it.
Don't use their site. When you use its things freeze and crash. Also they don't always give you your money when you shop through them. Then I will send in a request because they didn't credit me and then they will send me a 3 parargraph long email saying how they can't credit me because my order number is real (even though I take it directly from my confirmation page) and how I don't know how to use the site. Blah blah blah crap. Basically they don't want to credit you. Not sure the point of their site. And the customer service representatives are VERY rude.
Rachael (whom I believe I've emailed with before) is truly a problem solver and she does it with a pleasant tone (not easy in the written word). If I were you, I would hang onto this one; if I owned a company I would want her working for me.
