I tried to update my email address and completely messed it all and was unable to get into my account. I emailed ebates and explained my problem. They responded right away and took care of what I couldn't do. They were very professional and efficient. It was nice to have such great customer service because lately some companies just don't seem to care about the customers at all.

I love using Ebates. Their customer service skills are amazing. They show they appreciate their customers by keeping the customer's experience in the forefront. Ebates has resolved all my questions and concerns in a quick and agreeable manner. Thank you Ebates for saving me money and making my experience enjoyable!

I'm sick of this site and won't be using it any more! I referred my brother, because the sign up bonus looked great. He signed up, made a purchase and then we both received $10.00. Today I logged in to refer one more friend of mine and the bonus had disappeared! My brother logged in too and his was gone too! It's only a waste of time and I will not be referring anyone else to this website! It's rediculous!

I have just signed up for Ebates but so far so good! I have also gotten 3 friends to sign up so hopefully I will get the bonus cash offered! I know they have already placed orders so we will see what happens! I also had great service from their customer support!

Ebates will not credit you back for most of your purchases blaming it on the merchant not getting back to them and pretending they do not see a copy of your order until the merchant decides to share with them.

Its hard to believe that you can get paid for shopping. Ebates is real not a scam. They actually pay you for shopping through their site. Refer a friend (they have to shop too) and the check is even bigger! Im happy! Thank you Ebates!

I started out having a bad experience, but quickly ebates made it a positive one. I bought a deal through groupon…and groupon transferred met to ticket master where i actually purchased the deal. So with so many different sites and now actually purchasing this deal on a third party site. I was unable to get my cash back. This was a big purchase for me (over $400) and groupon cash back was at 6%. I emailed ebates…we went back and forth a couple times. And they gave me my credit! I think this was something that hasn't happened before. But they went ahead and gave me my cash back! Great customer service!

Love Ebates! I get paid to shop on my favorites sites. But more than that is the customer service. I recently had a question regarding the Big Fat Checks. I had a response within 30 minutes. And, it was a response that was very clear and easy to understand.

I love e-bates... wish I remember to use it more often as it is easy as a simple search and click, then I get discounts on my on line shopping. No hoops to just through, just click, open a ticket, shop, and get a check in the mail every quarter. Great Site

I have had a couple of issues with shopping trips not showing up on my account and both times customer service has resolved the issue promptly. Please note I have been using Ebates for years and 99.9% of the time there are no issues. I have had a wonderful results with Ebates for a long time. Highly recommend!

I loved ebates when I first started it and I got so excited when I would see the money in my account accumulate. Customer service was always so quick to respond and help me, but when this last payment on 2/15 was never sent to me, I contacted multiple people about why it wasn't deposited and all of them said they would transfer my question to someone who could help me. It has been a week and I have heard nothing from anybody. I tried contacting a couple customer service agents again and still haven't heard back from anybody. I am trying to be patient but I am getting frustrated. Seems fishy. Very upsetting.

Alexis has been a very quick and proactive representative for Ebates, though my situation has not been rectified as of this writing by Orbitz for my booking with them via Ebates, I have high hopes of success. Hopefully, Orbitz will cooperate fully per their contract with Ebates and my ebates reward will come to fruition. Thank you Geri

I just started using Ebates this week. I don't know why I havent in the past; I use All these stores.
Sure enough, on one of my larger orders, the credit from Ebates didnt show up. I sent an email off. Within 24 hours I got an email back, asking for a copy if my order. I emailed it back. Within "MINUTES" it was addressed and credited to my account. I cant think of anytime I have had to call customer service and had an issue resolved within minutes. I am Impressed.

I noticed that 2 of my recent purchases had not recorded with Ebates. I contacted customer relations and within hours the situation was cleared and credit for the purchases was credited to my account. The resolution was extremely swift and fair. Thank you for your help. I will continue to use Ebates whenever possible.

Love EBates! Using it for all of my online holiday shopping and racking up with double cash backs and a little here and a little there. So easy to use and already received my first Big Fat Check after only using for a few months. Recommended to all of my family and friends. Thanks for the free money!

I am new to this, and I placed an order and used an outside Promo code. I waited for my credit to show up in my Ebates account but it never did. I emailed Customer Service to see where my credit was. Heather K replied and explained that I should only use codes from Ebates in order to get the sale credit to my account. Yet, she credited my account anyway. Thanks so much Heather! You and your company know the meaning of customer service. I won't make that mistake again.

Friends and family joined eBates via Tell-A-Friend emails I sent. Somehow they weren't linked to my account. A wonderful customer representative quickly and efficiently resolved the matter and we are all now regular eBate shoppers! Many thanks!

You can get rebates for shopping at places like Macy's, JC Penney, Amazon, Expedia, Jet, Kohl's, etc. You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain by checking it out!

I have been using Rakuten/Ebates for several years. The only problems I've had is with travel arrangements, mostly because I make them far ahead of the travel date and the shopping trips drop off the site. I print copies of the confirmations until the cash is awarded. I would highly recommend using this site for anyone.

Purchased 2 tablets but neither displayed as registered for cashback. Notified Rakuten on incident, and while the whole process took few weeks, it's resolved professionally. RK agent Ted was super polite and efficient and further adjusted the cashback percentage discrepancy within 24h after notification. I like to stress the importance on this very positive service, in order to encourage the continuation of such rare client service commitment. Simply amazing e-service that you seldom see/find these days. A+++ score! Also note that I have done numerous transactions with RK and so far 100% satisfaction. Since Ebates is available few years ago, I started using for all my internet shopping. The rebate rates are much better than other sites and the customer service is just top-notch. With Ebate VISA card, I get lots of cashback year around. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from Ebates. Not only did they resolve my issue, THEY were the ones the follow up to be sure it was resolved. You never see that level of customer service anymore and I am very very impressed. I will continue to be a loyal Ebates user!

The representative from Ebates Nicole was lovely to deal with fixing the issue I had with an incorrect amount (less than purchase prices) on three of my recent transactions.
