I had made a purchase from Macy's.com during Cyber Monday and hadn't received my cash back. I put in a ticket with eBates and, as usual, they credited my account immediately; however, it was for the current cash back rate and not the promotional rate that was offered at the time of my order. Within 24 hours I was contacted and after a few emails back and forth, they adjusted my account to reflect the higher cash back amount.

I think they cheat people out of what they say they're giving back. They say you have X amount of cash back, but they show you a check amount on a certain date and it will be much less than X amount and they tell you it rolls over, (the difference) but, I don't think it does.

I had quite a few transactions that didn't register cash back and emailed customer service. Not only did they give me cash back for those purchases, they even gave me cash back for transactions that wouldn't have applied originally. It was a very quick and easy process just through a couple of email exchanges. I am very pleased with Ebates and their customer service.

Customer service went above and beyond helping me with my issue! They were prompt in responding. I had issues with payments and they were able to access my account in order to confirm the issue. They offered to reissue payment.

Everybody loves cash back! Ebates offers cash back but just as important they ALWAYS give outstanding customer service. Shopping with Ebates is a happy and perfect shopping experience. The site is easy to navigate and you can find anything you want at the stores they have. It's a seamless and perfect shopping expearience everytime. You won't be disappointed!

While Ebates responded to my initial email quickly, it took my persistent emails to get a solution to my problem. I am fully satisfied with the outcome of my problem and will continue to use Ebates and suggest it to my friends..

Love this site! Love the Ebates toolbar that automatically alerts you and asks you if you want to activate Ebates and even lets you know what the discount shopping codes are for that site. I shop and earn extra dollars just for shopping where I would typically shop. Refer a friend and earn more dollars!

Excellent customer service, as soon as I apprised them that i had not yet received word from them to expect an almost $10 rebate from Macy*s, I received a reply, saying that they had contacted them on my behalf and already issued that rebate. On my behalf. Marty b.

I referred 3 friends last week and all have made qualifying purchases. Yesterday my account balance was 79.85( 75 for 3 friends and my cashback) and today I can see bonus is reduced to 29.85. When I see my referral status, 2 friends are moved back to signed state from qualified state. When I checked with my friends, even their joining bonus of $10 got removed suddenly. I recently tried to book a vacation through Ebates, however I had forgotten my password and after several failed attempts, I was unable to do so. I had to go ahead and book my vacation. I contacted customer service and explained my situation. They reset my password and went above and beyond to make sure I got my ebates cash back! WOW! I think they have great customer service! They stayed in constant contact with me and solved my situation in a timely manner! Thanks Ebates for a great experience!

I don't really use it because I don't really shop at the stores on the list. It takes a long time to get even $5.00. And it expires with in a month of earning it... it's just weird... and kind of like having a second job.

Love this site- I get money back quarterly for purchases I normally make online. If you do a lot of online shopping this site will earn you some cash back. Earn a percentage of you purchase back each quarter, then they send you a check!

I needed help with getting a coupon to work and Ebates responded quickly and with helpful information to my email request that allowed me to use the coupon. I appreciate the assistance and the quick response.

Read the rip off reports before you use this site! I purchased through there site and they say I did not. I should have read there reviews before I used them. Many complaints from many people. RIP OFF!

Button reminds me to get cash back when I shop on my computer, app is great for cash back on Lyft (just a little but it adds up). Searching for products is actually pretty good, helps me find the lowest price with cash back, especially if you have the SKU handy.

I had trouble finding whether I had cashed my "Big Fat Check" and Member Services was extremely responsive, even finding a copy of the cashed check, front and back, and providing it to me within hours - and on the weekend. That was exceptional service!

I received an email from Rakuten advising me of a good deal at one of my favorite stores. I made a purchase and received a 6% rebate on this purchase which I made because of the notification from Rakuten.

All I can say is WOW! Thank you, I did not expect that. I am very excited to promote Ebates to as many people as I can. I also want to say that your customer service is excellent. I did not expect responses in the middle of the night. Your company is GREAT!. 10 Stars.

This does not require me to actually go to their website and choose a company to buy from. If I visit a site they offer rebates on it automatically pops up. You do have to understand that if you go out and do not purchase anything and then sign back in to purchase items you have placed in your cart, that it may not record that purchase. I have been getting rebates from this site for over 10yrs.

I called customer service to check on an order I placed the day before and I have a discount code to apply. On hold for 10 minutes and took the option for Rakuten to call back. Rakuten did not call back until 2 days later which the coupon already expired. Was not able to use the coupon due to poor response time. Wish you guys could improve the callback time to less than 48 hours

I purchased a laptop from Dell via Rakuten cash back referral website in November and didn't see the cash back recorded in my Rakuten account after a week. I contacted Rakuten and immediately received a response. Rakuten researched the missing cash back and credited the missing cash back. Customer service and email response are quick and on point. Just be patient. I trusted Ebates and trust Rakuten even more after it took over Ebates.

Just worked through an issue with ebates and it was resolved quickly and correctly. Such a great website. I do not know why everyone does not use it. I have been a member for years and have never had a problem until this month and it wasn't "a problem" just an issue and it was resolved quickly with great communications. No wonder they are still around!

Huge disappointment. Rakuten tempt everyone with their referral programs, but all that is a bad joke. I referred my wife and they have revoked the bonuses and blocked the accounts stating that they were made by same person. I can understand that they need to protect themselves from multiaccounts frauds. Problem is that they did not even gave me a chance to prove that account was made by my wife and customer service was completely ignorant and unpleasant. On top of that they gave a point from terms and conditions that they can remove the bonus at anytime for any reason or no reason! This is just ridiculous. Do not use the service just to spare yourself nerves and dissapintment.
