In early 2000, I began using Ebates, which later turned into Rakuten. I LOVE their service, and whenever a CashBack deal hasn't been honored yet by a store, Rakuten immediately adds the funds to my account the moment I submit the online "Missing Cash Back" form. I take screenshots on my phone to keep a record of every purchase that has a Rakuten deal. This way I see the payment info and the CashBack deal discount percentage, which makes it easy to track via the Rakuten account dashboard. Some of the savings are significant, and the smaller savings add up too. Any kind of CashBack is always welcome! I have nothing but praise for Rakuten and introduced it to my friend a couple of years ago. She's always amazed, how much CashBack she earns. Thank you, Rakuten - we appreciate your great service! :)

After cashing out my first twenty-bucks all I'm receiving now is a penny. Surveys are either full/closed and say finished or if you're lucky to complete one it'll say allow up to 8wks for credit after enough responses have been reached. These surveys are shared by others and are not exclusive to just one so that's why they are full. Here's a penny for one star.

I've used this app for over a year now. When things post automatically it's great. When they say 'pending' you know it'll be a problem. I've had multiple purchases not show up and I've even emailed five separate times over a month period about one order and have yet to receive a response. They simply don't care.

They gave me all rebates upon request or automatically!
I have earned $820 plus via Rakuten since April, 2019.

Purchased 2 tablets but neither displayed as registered for cashback. Notified Rakuten on incident, and while the whole process took few weeks, it's resolved professionally. RK agent Ted was super polite and efficient and further adjusted the cashback percentage discrepancy within 24h after notification. I like to stress the importance on this very positive service, in order to encourage the continuation of such rare client service commitment. Simply amazing e-service that you seldom see/find these days. A+++ score! Also note that I have done numerous transactions with RK and so far 100% satisfaction. My review about this company is simple after a couple months using it now they stop paying me for all the transactions made on eBay saying that those doesn't qualify, But they are still making profit when you purchase using this app, I contact customer support and they send me an email explaining that all the porches either reported to them but I didn't get any cash back because supposedly the transactions were not qualified.

I made a purchase through rakuten and I didn't get my cash back. It's so annoying to jump through hoops by using this crummy, unintuitive platform only to never receive my cash back. We can't combine rakuten with other promos--why bother using this service for saving money if it won't guarantee the best price?

This business is a joke, It fires people left and right and changes its mind on what projects should be prioritized. It promotes unqualified and inexperienced people. The work culture is awful! Its sad and was the worst place I have ever worked! Sad sad sad

I have been waiting for my rebate for over 3 months and looks like i have to wait another 3 months. It is bull, I tried getting ahold of yhere customer service a few ti es and nothing. Finally someone got back trying to tell me that my name and address was not in my acct. That is bull I put it and saved it. If it was not there then it was there site not working. Wast of time they do not send any money out at all. I give all info amd still waiting for them to send me the rebate of $130. Maybe it is is $20 they send it. But they keep making up excuses why I have not got mine

Love getting cash back for items I'm buying anyway. Rakuten is super easy to use. Plus the customer service is amazing.

There are lots of people who don't trust such com[panies which offer cash back for your purchases, and truthfully, I also was the same kind of person, who don't trust such companies. However, recently my friend told me that he managed to save good sums of money monthly due to such services. I have decided to explore the information about this in the internet and accidentally met this company. I started to think that it would be a great experience, I didn't lose anything as well as I have an opportunity to get part of money back. Basically, I now work with this service and it's a great experience.

Is ver easyJet to use. I fino the stores faster and the thing I Love more than Other one is the cash back... they really paid you! Ilove it

I have been using Rakuten for a few years now and it has been great. I have gotten paid for cashback offers through their website with no issues. However this past Nov 2021 I found that Rakuten isn't as great as they claim and do not always honor their deals. I bought an iPad and an Apple watch through AT&T adding two new lines of service and two products. The cashback offer was you had to be a new customer to AT&t or add a new line of service. Well at the time I added 2 new lines of service and after the sell was given over $ 150 dollars of cashback, which is what was offered through the deal. I did not use a promo code, return the items or use a discount code. I followed the link through Rakuten's website and the cashback was put in my account a few hours after the sale. Fast-forward 1 month after the sale, Rakuten decides to remove the cashback offer from my account and simply stated AT&T decided the offer was not valid, say "We checked on your AT&T Wireless order and it looks like your Cash Back amount was adjusted because part of your order isn't eligible for Cash Back.
Here are some reasons why this happens:
Part of the order was returned, exchanged, canceled, or price matched. -
The order contained an excluded item. You can find exclusions for AT&T Wireless listed on their store page: https://www.rakuten.com/attwireless.com
A non-Rakuten coupon was used. To be safe, stick to codes provided by Rakuten.
We know it's frustrating when you don't earn the Cash Back you expected."

None of their excuses applied to my order. I have tried numerous times to ask Rakuten to explain their reason for removing the cashback since one of their reasons applied to my order. They have stopped communicating with me? I think once they get the sale from you, they take back their offer.

LIES, BAD SERVICE, WILL STOP USING RAKUTEN! BEWARE!

I had trouble finding whether I had cashed my "Big Fat Check" and Member Services was extremely responsive, even finding a copy of the cashed check, front and back, and providing it to me within hours - and on the weekend. That was exceptional service!

I purchased a laptop from Dell via Rakuten cash back referral website in November and didn't see the cash back recorded in my Rakuten account after a week. I contacted Rakuten and immediately received a response. Rakuten researched the missing cash back and credited the missing cash back. Customer service and email response are quick and on point. Just be patient. I trusted Ebates and trust Rakuten even more after it took over Ebates.

I have been using this since before it was Rakuten. I have never experienced any problems. I also have the credit card so my cash back is even more!

A Rakuten agent recently went above and beyond normal duties to help me with a problem that I caused myself. My mistake could have cost me a lot of money. The matter was taken care of quickly, and my rebate check will be much bigger than I thought. Thank you, Rakuten, for your great customer service.

I always try to buy some things in order to have a cashback. However, not every shop provides me with this feature and I always have to apply to special services which provide me with cashback. I've already tired of the service which I got used to used for getting my cashback, thus I had to change it. I applied to this company and I searched for a hour in order to understand the mechanics of getting cashback here and find stores, which provide me with cahsback. I'm really delighted by the communication with this service, it offers great cashback.
