Rakuten team are the best service I've come across in the US. We are refugees from Ukraine and we are very grateful to Rakuten for such joy as excellent service, impeccable work, patience, respect for the client and professionalism. They never pay what you actually earned. I have yet to have a single transaction pay what was advertised. Even after purchases have been verified they just delete the payout for no reason. 100% scam!

Even though it shows that Rakuten is activated, not all my purchases have shown up. Therefore, I'm not receiving the cash back bonus on all my purchases.

I just got credited with something from a year ago which is very strange but at least I got it! Sometimes I have to resubmit my purchases. It is usually a good site.

I had a problem with a purchase where the Cash Back went from 4% to 8% as I was shopping. When I explained the problem, they gave me the difference. They were very attentive and quick to respond.

At first I liked Rakuten, I shopped from Microsoft, Macys, IHrebs and other stores. But when I earned $ 240, they blocked my account and the account of my friends, whom I reffered Rakuten. They just got % from the store where I made the purchase and canceled all our membership. And didn't send anything!

I signed up about a year ago, I have received a few cash back checks awesome. The crappy part is you have to stay on top of it, of everything! I actually take screen shots on my phone from time to time of my money back. A few times my cash back amount would change? Humm, so I would go and see my purchase amount and it would be off a few cents on the ebates site. Just a few cents here and there so I figured whatever. Then there's keeping up with making sure they actually pay you! You submit an email and the credit usually comes(I've also had to fight for it a time or two). They will NOT email you back if you have questions on their "promotional" things they run. They somewhat explain, but not really. And then there is the tell-a-friend! My favorite- you can email, message and Facebook that referral link until you're blue in the face. The ONLY way I have ever received credit was because MY family signed up and made purchases so I KNEW I should have received credit. Just another thing you have to email and $#*! about. Am I still using ebates- yup but I'll make sure I get everything promised..

I was hospitalized right after New Year's and thought that my husband accidentally recycled my November "Big Fat Check" check, in his effort to survive the onslaught of medical bills.
After searching for the check, unsuccessfully, for weeks, I finally wrote to Ebates to explain the circumstances and to request a replacement check.
Within 2 hours of emailing Ebates, they had located records to demonstrate that the check had, in fact, been negotiated. They also provided me the date and check number for my records.
I had needlessly agonized over potentially losing a check when I should have immediately contacted Ebates to explain the circumstances.
Ebates was accessible, prompt, gracious, helpful and the Customer Care Representative treated me with the respect of a fellow human being.
I am both pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of the quality of the assistance I received from Ebates Customer Care. I will never again hesitate to ask for the assistance of Ebates Customer Care in the future.

They make money by scamming people, and keeping their cash back! Pay close attention, they will NOT give you cash back on every purchase, more people sign up for their services, the more cash back EBATES makes you may make cash back for short period but it goes down hill pretty quickly, EBATES need to be sued for the scam they are running. And so many FAKE positive reviews, get rid of EBATES, they are just using you to make them millions...
