I have been a member since 2012 and I have to say that Ebates has the best customer service of ANY company I have ever dealt with. Every question I have is answered promptly, efficiently and with great courtesy. I am so pleased to be a customer and I share my experience with every person I can.

My daughter recommended I join EBates and I am happy I did. Recently when I was making a purchase I forgot to register it on EBates so I contacted Customer Service@ Ebates. They were able to track my purchase and applied the appropriate amount to my 'cash back' account. Terrific! Thank you EBates.

Stay away from Ebates, rather go with Great Canadian Rebates or Shop.com. They're legit and get your cashbacks fast and automatic. Ebates customer service is HORRIBLE and cashback cheques always arrive late.

I am fairly new to Ebates, and thought I had went to a specific website via Ebates to place my order. As soon as I had completed my order, I realized that I had not went in via Ebates. I quickly emailed customer service and Daniela promptly explained that she could make an exception with the email confirmation of my order and took care of this in a matter of minutes. That is an excellent example of remarkable customer service, and I will not make the same mistake again. Rakuten's cash back rewards are ALMOST perfect except for the fact that I NEVER receive my reward for my hotel stay. I always have to contact them and it's still a bit of a hassle. That's really the only problem I've ever had.

I bought a really cheap ASUS tablet from Rakuten. It was much cheaper than the one I was going to get at Best Buy. The tablet came without trouble so I can't comment on Rakuten's return policy but I did receive it promptly.

This is not about just one experience - every single time I have dealt with Ebates CS Department, I have been nothing but please. As a retail store manager, I always appreciate and try to acknowledge outstanding customer service, and Ebates has been spot on in the 4 months I've used their site!

I attempted to place an order with Groupon but had problems and long story short customer service placed the order for me. I wasnt sure that I got credited with Ebates for 2 items. I spoke to Alexis Rowald at Ebates customer services she was great. She checked things and then helped walk me thru so we could check it. Everything was all set. Alexis was a great representative for your customer service and made me feel glad to be a customer and that your company cared what happened to me and my issue. LOVE EBATES EVEN MORE

EBATES is a wonderful way to get paid for shopping! Then you can shop some more! EBATES has never failed to respond in an extremely fast cordial way. When I ordered and thought I was in the EBATES app but realized in a few days I wasn't they made it good anyway. You can shop at Walmart Kmart Sears eBay Amazon almost anywhere and get paid to shop! Try it! Tell them I sent you then I will make more! Then refer your friends and you will too!

When my rebate was not credited to my acct, I requested they research it. Even over a wkd, they communicated with me. Within days I received my rebate. Alexis kept me informed, was courteous, and most important, competent.

I'm a little disappointed that the money earned is only paid periodically and if I don't use this site, I seem to lose what I've earned. It's fun to think I'm going to get cash back so I continue to use it whenever I can but the prices aren't always the best and stock availability is limited.

I always try to buy some things in order to have a cashback. However, not every shop provides me with this feature and I always have to apply to special services which provide me with cashback. I've already tired of the service which I got used to used for getting my cashback, thus I had to change it. I applied to this company and I searched for a hour in order to understand the mechanics of getting cashback here and find stores, which provide me with cahsback. I'm really delighted by the communication with this service, it offers great cashback.

Since I recently wrote a review critiquing another rebate app I felt like I should write one for Ebates as I have also used them. While not perfect, after I figured out how they work I have had good luck with them, even when a transaction didn't seem to go through all I had to do was send them a quick email and I had an equally quick response and the issue was resolved. This has happened more than once and I even found a number to call them which I wasn't able to do with another app. I continue to use them and I'm willing to wait to receive my money quarterly as there is very little effort involved in the process.

I had a very pleasant experience, I was at fault and didn't realize my purchase at target wouldn't qualify. Ebates was super fast at replying and credited me anyways. Amazing costumer service and I will recommend many friends and family!

I had -mailed customer service a few weeks back telling them that I hadn't received my check though I had received an e-mail saying the check was in the mail. I received a response from Alexis in a very timely manner and she said she would check on it and get back to me. She asked me to wait a month and get back to her if I still have not received it. Since I never did receive the check, I sent another e-mail yesterday and got a response today telling me that they would void the first check and mail me another one on the 9th of May. Both times I contacted Alexis, I received a response quickly and she was very helpful to me in resolving this problem. I was very pleased with the service she provided.

I first heard about ebates through a friend since I shop ALOT online, especially for the holidays. It was great for awhile. Then when I didn't deposit my check & missed the dates to deposit one & never got the rest. I told them & they reissued me a new one. I never got them. 3 missing checks became 2 missing check became 1 missing check. After 4 tries of email tag saying the same thing & taking the one check I got they withdrew it from my account & charged me a $12 fee!? They keeo saying they will reissue it, I have yet got anything. Fun until they reissue it & it seems they just don't want to.

I booked several hotel rooms for my vacation with rakitin I have been back from that trip for over 90 days and still have not received my cash back. They said it should I've only taken 60 days so I don't know what they're doing I uploaded my receipts and still nothing. I ordered a smartphone through Samsung using the racket insight and once again I had to file a missing cashback rackets and emailed me and asked me to send them a copy of my order so I sent them my invoice and then they sent me an email saying they could take 45 days they needed to contact Samsung. I said on my invoice I don't know why they need to contact Samsung and why it will take so long oh. I know they have issues when it comes to giving people money back on big purchases. Now when I order from Walmart they will give me my $2 instantly but when it comes to hundreds of dollars, crickets.

I had a problem about not receiving my Big Fat Check from Ebates and I sent them an email. Within the hour they reached out to me and I was able to sort it out. They told me to confirm my mailing address so another check could be sent but I asked for it to just send it through PayPal and they will be able to do it. The previous check that I never received would be voided and I would be receiving the money through my PayPal address instead.

I was trying to track down wayward cash rebates, and CSR Mark went above and beyond what's reasonable to be sure I was credited for purchases made, for some that perhaps were not applicable, and to be sure I had all the information necessary to be a better shopper in the future. Incredibly impressed with Mark.

Ebates is THE BEST place to shop. You get paid to shop! Its amazing! I did my holiday shopping online and got a lot of money back! This site is a MUST USE. Also, the customer service is OUTSTANDING, they reply within minutes and they are always reasonable!

For some reason I was kicked off the website I was shopping on and therefore my ebates did not kick in. I e-mailed ebates and within an hour, ebates resolved my issue and my cash back is now in my account! If you aren't already an ebates customer, you must join! Its an awesome complany with great customer service!
