They ship using UPS Innovations and it takes FOREVER for the item to be delivered. Item shipped 12/19/2019 from IL to TX, still hasn't arrived 1/5/2020. Now 13 business days. This is two days via USPS First Class (a one ounce phone case).
Completely unresponsive and ignorant customer service. Infuriating.
Only reason it isn't one star is the quality on the phone cases and stickers is good.

Redbubble attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Great customer service

I ordered from Redbubble twice and my first order was lost in the mail. Right away Redbubble responded to my problem and sent the order again without charge for re sending. Everyone was great help and made me feel good about ordering from Redbubble. Highly recommend because the customer service was awesome and the products arrived in great condition

Outstanding customer service quick response and resolved quickly top had faded and they offered me a full refund or a voucher I took the voucher as Im going to buy the too again great company couldn't of asked for a better service.

Happy with product

The print isn't crisp on my studio pouch, but it's fabric so it's understandable. Slightly blurred when the fabric changes to a different colour. The zipper isn't that good quality, it is difficult to open and close the first couple weeks I've had it, but now that I've had it for a while it seems to be working better. Measurements are accurate and the colours are also accurate! Would recommend getting products here overall.

DO NOT TRUST

I bought a T-shirt on 12/5 and paid more than $14 for express shipping. It was supposed to get to me no later than 12/11. THEY DIDN"T SHIP IT UNTIL 12/14! It will come way too late. I needed it the 12th.
Garbage company and garbage customer service. Don't waste your time. Go to Zazzle. They are much better.

Great customer service.

Vivien did a great job answering my questions. Just wanted to ask again how much products say like canvases that I want to put on the website should I have like 10 ready to go or should I just do one at a time I guess that's what I was trying to find out. If Im selling cards how sets should I have?

I've ordered multiple times from RedBubble and always love the t-shirts I get. I prefer their site over others because of the originality and variety of the designs, and the fact that I can choose what color and style of t-shirt. They are delivered when they say they will be, and I always get compliments when I wear them. I actually have not had any problems, so I can't speak to the customer service.

The shipping sucks

I was told to receive my item within a week after the item was made and shipped, but the tracking info hasn't yet been updated for two weeks and I still couldn't get my item. I talked to one of the agents and she told me the item has been lost, and I requested a refund because I don't trust their service anymore after I have seen so many similar cases like mine. But I'm glad the agent was helpful and made the transaction immediately, that's why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1

I ordered a T-Shirt off RedBubble on a Wednesday, the item was posted that day from Brisbane and arrived on Friday in Melbourne. I selected express postage, it estimated it would take roughly a week, but 2 days is crazy.

Really good quality products too, can't complain, I honestly would recommend and 100% buy from them again!

Disgusted

I am disgusted with the serviced I got withbthe company. Ive order through you before and got my items but for some reason that wasnt the case this time. With me as an customer it only takes one time to mess up to lose my business. I normally would brag on the company to people I know about the work and how the customer always receives their items but will no longer be spreading that word around. I feel as through if my money is being taken out of my account within 3.5 seconds of me ordering something my items should be delivered to me with no problem and if it going to be a problem I should be contacted immediately. As of today I would no longer be ordering from the company and will most definitely letting people I know what has happened to me. Because it is completely unacceptable.

Redbubble attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Order not arrived

My order was only part delivered which was a sticker. The tshirt has never arrived. They even said they would send again, but nothing has come. Clearly they have the right address if the stickers came. #*******

The shirt I ordered initially had some color problems (dark print on a dark shirt), and when I addressed the issue with RedBubble, they helped with suggestions for a better pick and replaced the shirt without question (or surprise charges. It was completely free). The new shirt arrived and is exactly what I had hoped for. I will definitely use RedBubble for future orders.

Everything came very expediently

Everything came very expediently. Very comfortable and high quality images. Decals ordered are water resistant (borderline waterproof) which I don't remember seeing, but a welcome bonus for things I used on a water bottle!

Terrible quality

I ordered an Ernie and Bert Tshirt - the t-shirt fabric is really thin, and there is a strong smell off the print of said characters. Plus E and to a lesser degree B have (designed) scribbles over their faces (maybe a copyright thing). Very disappointed.

Everything about this site is wonderful. The only suggestion I would make is to understand that plus size women / busty women don't always want to have men's shirts as their only option. 3X women's with a V neck or as a blouse would be nice.

Poor quality print

I was so disappointed in the quality of the print on my hoodie. The colors were extremely faded -- not at all like the picture they represented on-line. I won't order from them again! What a waste of money!
