Placed an order with my visa debit and it said the transaction was declined. I decided to just give up on trying to order as it was pricey anyways. Two days later I look at my bank statement and see TWO purchases for $40.83. When I tried to contact redbubble they told me that it was just the bank holding my money and I should have it back by the next billing cycle. After speaking with my bank, I was informed that in no way does my bank hold any online transactions and that the money was in fact gone. I tried to contact red bubble several times after and did not hear ANYTHING. I still have not received my money back.
I bought a 2x I am really an XL in women sizes but took there advice and ordered a size bigger. It was the size of a women's large or medium. I then ordered a men's large that was too long in sleeves and overall length had to have my sister Taylor it for me. The printing was bad on the 2 nd with an extra line down the tie.
RedBubble has a huge variety of designs, and all of them are great. I've even been able to find designs for fandoms that normally don't have much merchandise. Their prices are reasonable and well worth the amount of quality you get. Everything I've ordered so far has been high quality and looked great. Also, their shipping is fast, and all of my items have been packaged safely. I would definitely recommend RedBubble!
The shipping does take a lot longer than it says it will so keep that in mind when ordering items. I ordered a scarf which arrived a week late but it was very good quality and exactly what I wanted so I wasn't too bothered about the wait
I love the products! I have ordered two shirts one for my dad's birthday and he loves it! I got the other for my boyfriend on our anniversary and it fits him perfectly. With holidays coming up I know where I'm ordering my gifts from!
I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter and when it came, it was too small. I contacted Redbubble and they immediately sent me the correct sized shirt. In addition, they told me not to return the too small shirt but to gift it to someone. Now that's how you gain people's loyalty. They will receive my t-shirt orders for life.
Best customer service I've had in a long time! I ordered the wrong size tee shirt and when I emailed to ask for a refund, they told me to give the shirt away as a gift or to charity. They then credited my account for the total amount I paid and let me purchase whatever I wanted for that same amount.
I ordered 4 items from them. I only received one. I got notifications that the item was delivered yet there was nothing at my front door. One of the items I bought from them on a previous occasion was delivered to the wrong house address several blocks over. Disgusting and poor customer service. Don't use!
Great looking website let down my shoddy garments and sh*te customer service. The happy go lucky, hippy dippy communications from this company are laughable - leaving the customer wondering when and if the overpriced tat will ever arrive.
For UK customers, you're advised to go shop elsewhere... not too sure about US customers... my experience with RedBubble leaves me feeling numb and ripped off to the extent not even a paypal dispute would be worth the hastle over the lack of quality of their products.
I only wished I read about this company before ordering... be warned and stay away from RedBubble... there are far better e-tailers out there... better quality can be had from an inkjet printer transfer and the t-shirt quality... less than desired... shrunk next to nothing in the first cool wash and now totally useless to me.
I don't normally rant about websites, offering mediocre quality. This one totally destroyed any hope of me purchasing similar products without seeing them first.
I place an order at redouble.com. I noticed that there was an issue with the tracking info and the order had not been sent. I contacted the company to inform them of the issue. The assured me the package was sent ant that I would receive my order. I then contacted the carrier service, who told me that they received an invoice but no package. I brought this to the attention of the people at Redbubble. The assured me this was a mistake and that I would receive my package and to not contact them until 2 weeks after the shipment date. Well 2 weeks later, they said the shipment had to be lost the mail... At no point in time when I brought my concerns to there attention did they do anything to look into or correct the issue. I have a full email chain as proof. They are the worst! I will never give them any of my business again and I encourage others to do the same.
After some back and forth I did get a refund and I thanked them for wasting my time

Ordered a Lg and Xlg T/shirt. Large was not big enough. Tried the website wasn't able to get answers to return. Sent message on facebook told they would send a new one. THANKS but need a phone number for customer service.
Ordered 2 framed prints by same artist - one from RedBubble - the other from Society6. The item from Society 6 shipped with FedEx Ground and arrived 3 days after order placed. The one from RedBubble with USPS reached my local post office and then was sent to post offices in 2 other distant cities. Still not received 12 days later (same shipping costs to customer). I presume they ship with USPS because it saves them money. No reply yet from RedBubble customer service about this. Will stick to Society 6 in future I guess
Many designs that are cool and unique but shipping and customer service suck. Item supposedly shipped on Aug 25, status of tracking continuously updated till Aug 28, now it seems stuck at a location. Have emailed websites and still haven't gotten reply. Package was supposed to arrive on Sept 2. It is now the 14. Sucky sucky sucky sucky sucky $#*!in sketchy website. Don't order from here ever. They're just trying to steal your money
This shirt is probably one of my top 5 favorites! I wear it every week! It's super comfy! I got a matching one for my boyfriend for Valentine's day he hardly ever wears it, but it fits him perfectly! Thank you for making Log Horizon apparel! It is almost impossible to find a SeraraxNyanta shirt! :D
I was searching for any kind of culture club wear for my daughter it was her birthday and ten days after we really went to see culture club at pechanga casino, it was a great blessing. A very big thank you to redbubble very greatly appreciated... hope to do more shopping with you in the future...
Looked all ovwer for the product i ordered and couldnt find it however they put me in touch with one of their artists who created exactly what we wanted, orderis was so easy and product came sooner than expected even though we are in UK
Great idea for a business, many interesting designs but customer service is almost nonexistant. I just sent my 2nd email after waiting a week for an actual person to read and respond to my first (there is no phone number). Most complaints I've seen have to do with shipping. I was actually happy that I got my package in a timely matter only to realize that instead of printing the design on a hoodie (like I ordered and paid for) they put it on a long sleeve tee... effectively robbing me of approx. $20. I've been trying to contact them to make sure they give me back the difference but so far no luck.
I love Redbubble, but you better buy before the design disappears. It's a community powered by RedBubble with user-made content for sale. Whatever issue they keep having with copyrighting, designs need to be tested for infringement before they're available for printing. Tshirt prices range between about $22 and $28 (add 6$ or so for shipping) which is an almost expensive tshirt. But the designs are all 100% unique and the site is full of great finds. Just buy when you find because it probably won't be there later.
I bought several shirts for Christmas gifts for stocking stuffers.
Got the first T-shirt in the mail.
Ordered a 2X to make sure it would be large enough.
This shirt might fit an 8 year old but its doubtful. Redbubble refunded my payment thru Amazon which was how I paid for it.
Now I am concerned about the rest of the shirts. My daughter order from a T-shirt company and actually got the size she ordered. I will need to get refunded for the other t-shirts if they prove to have the same sizing discrepancy.
At least for that refund and quickly received gives me hope that possibly this was a fluke. If the shirts are all that tiny no man can wear them!

I ordered a tshirt, a simple tshirt, the first week of June. Received notice that it was completed June 12, would arrive in ten days. Without notice, the delivery was pushed back longer and longer, and the special-needs young girl for whom I ordered it tried hard to understand. As of July 8, the Redbubble site shows my order not ready to ship. Redbubble says now that Covid delays the delivery, but it hasn't even shipped. Blaming its uncaring incompetence on UPS or whoever they utilize is wrong, a lie, if you haven't even shipped something. The artist' won't respond to my direct communication, and Redbubble wants only to hide behind lies and claims that someone else is responsible for its glaring shortcomings. Advise that you turn to Zazzle or others who contract dependable vendors or who will at least accept responsibility instead of pivoting away from accountability.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
