Incredible! I needed to return some shirts for a different color and it was so simple. They just sent the new shirts without requiring I return the ones I didn't want suggesting I recycle them. Brilliant.

Cheaply made shirts with a weird fit

Ordered two shirts and couldn't wait to get them in but when I did I was less than pleased. Both had a odd fit, not big or small just a uncomfortable fit. Wouldn't order from them again for the price.

Worst $#*! ever

I've been waiting for my order for like a month and a half and they have refunded me my money and sent a replacement order, replacement order hasn't came neither has the original supposedly they are " lost in post " I know they try there best to make sure orders have arrived but it just disappointed and im not the one to complain the order was a surprise gift for my little sister and now I went to her birthday party empty handed. Overall customer service was respectful and they tried there best to reply as quick as they can.

Redbubble attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

November 28, 2020

Ordered 2 masks with glitter and 1 mask with gilding. Mask material consists of a picture of glittered cloth, so NO SPARKLE. Same with gilded turtle mask. I was surely taken advantage of. Don't trust Redbubble!

I ordered an item for my niece's graduation. It was supposed to arrive at the VERY latest the day before I flew to her graduation. Of course it did not and acutally didn't come until FOUR days later. They asked me for my information, order #, etc as if they were going to help me. Nope, no help at all, just excuses and 'we hope you understand'. I don't understand, it's your responsibility to fulfill orders on time. I had nothing to give to my niece which was embarassing and now I have to AGAIN pay extra money to have it sent to her. I will never order from them again.

This was my first order with RedBubble. I thought they had a good selection of t-shirts, so much so that I bought 3 more after finding a specific one that I was after (Earl Scruggs t-shirt, which was amazing in itself). Order arrived quickly and the shirts are great quality.

Had a great experience (as usual) with redbubble. Bought a 3/4 sleeve baseball shirt with a rick and morty design on it. The shirt fits great (check out their super detailed sizing chart) and the design feels so smooth on the shirt i can't tell if its printed or sewn in or what. And this is coming from someone who has at least like 30 nerdy shirts so i've had a lot of experiences with poorly made prints. I had heard some complaints about the redbubble baseball shirts being really thin and see-through but i don't feel that way about the shirt at all. It's pretty much great in every way

In the last month I have purchased 3 products from Red Bubble, all Christmas presents. The first one being a T shirt, for my brother. This arrived on time but the print quality was ok. It wasn't too bad so I kept it. Next I ordered another T shirt and a hoodie. The print quality on both were terrible. It looks like someone has used a paint brush t do it. It's rough finish and shows fabric underneath. Sizes are completely wrong. The T shirt ordered was M (male) they sent a female M. With deep neckline and capped sleeve! The hoodie I ordered was L but it's more like XXL. Absolutely awful for the amount of money I spent. NEVER AGAIN.

SCAM SITE!

I was charged four times for the same order. Total of over charges, $422.00. I tried contacting redbubble about it. The only response I could get was a computer based response asking how pleased I was with the service. Well let me tell you, if I was pleased, I wouldn't be typing this review. This site sucks. I give it a negative five stars. RUN people. Don't get scammed like myself and apparently numerous others. I ended up closing my checking account in order to stop them from the continuous charges. Every day another charge for the same order. It's extremely sad when you go to the bank and even the bank personnel knows that redbubble is a scam site. Just a warning, but it's up to you. If you enjoy people taking your hard earned money, then you should definitely order from redbubble.

A failed experience with this site. It is not programmed with professional programming. I developed legal designs. I did not develop a design with copyrights or even spam. I was working seriously, but the Redbubble site suspended my account for no reason. I do not advise you to work on this site, because you will put in your effort and in the end you will find Your account has been suspended, the site is not working

I ordered a dress online and it was delivered ahead of schedule in adorable packaging! Unfortunately it was too large, and although I debated returning it for a refund, I went ahead and ordered a smaller size and I received a refund on the first dress the same day the return was requested. Amazing customer service, response and personalization! Thank you RedBubble, you have quickly become a new go to site for me!

The service help is extremely nice and helpful with many issues. I ordered the wrong size of a product, and the contact support was extremely nice and offered me a full refund for my order. Their products are of high quality for a cheaper price, and if something goes wrong with your order they are more than willing to help! I have ordered many stickers from them and love them :)

When I came upon this site I was absolutely enthralled. I spent hours looking through all the different art that people have submitted. I have purchased 6 shirts from this site and plan to purchase more. I so far have around 30 designs saved that I would love to turn into shirts. I won't purchase shirts from anywhere else.

I am, and always have been, completely and thoroughly satisfied with the customer service at RedBubble. Most companies tout they are "committed to 100% customer satisfaction", but RB is one of the very, VERY few companies that actually is. If RB knows you aren't going to wear their product (regardless of the reason) they go to great lengths to fix the issue(s) so you will. From incorrect addresses to faulty prints to changes of heart, RB has resolved any/all issues I've ever had. Today I have over 80 shirts purchased from them, and I happily and proudly wear every one throughout the year. Do your business here - you will be happy you did.

Really just an awful site, i really want to like it, i created an account few years back but they stopped using that form of log in? Idk what exactly happened and i was not able to log back in.

So i created a new account and as i was confirming my email to uploading a picture i created
I go to look up my address but it logged me out due to inactivity, was a short time but ok what ever
I go back to logging in and find out my account is now suspended.
Yeah. Think i will take my business else where thanks...

I usually don't write reviews, but they were so nice about my order that I felt obliged to add in my two cents. So, I ordered a Dark Souls t-shirt and got it in the mail, wore it a few times and washed it. I love the design but I noticed after one wash the print was starting to get these white holes in them, and it faded a lot. I was bummed out because I wanted to wear it, but I didn't want it to fade more. So I asked the customer service on their website if I could exchange the shirt for something else or get a new one. They responded a couple of hours later, were super nice, and sent me the same exact shirt free of charge! I was so impressed and grateful that they didn't give me ANY hassle.

Big disappointment

Unfortunately I bought 5 masks from here. The artwork is very nice but the quality is horrible. These masks are very thin, not of quality material, have no filter slot and are ill-fitting. At the same time, i bought 2 masks from 2 other cites. The quality difference is unbelievable. I would highly recommend shopping a different company for masks.
