T shirt of poor quality

Having purchased the product all the way from Asia, I was most disappointed if not angry at the 3 T shirts I bought. The shirts smelled strongly of chemicals when I opened it from the packaging. I half suspected the dye will come out while washing and it was indeed true. Quality of the material was thin and poor. Wanted to write a review on their website but realised that there was no such function as a customer to write a review... so where did all the good reviews on their website come from? Will never buy again from this website.

Purchased a few stickers and noted that the sizes were about 3'' X 4" well Technically the "sticker" was 3" X 4" but 90% of the stickers were a thick white border and the only about 1"x 1" inches of this was actual decal. Not impressed buyer beware. The good thing was that not ALL of my stickers came so tiny and blurry, but just not the best quality. I feel like they still use a 90's sticker maker toy or something. Will not buy from again.

Ordered 4 masks on the 4th of June, Expected delivery June 24th. I was happy on the 17th to see they shipped, but updates stopped after the 24th. I was hopeful again when it was updated on the 29th, but it hasn't been updated since and there is no insurance on package to even file a claim to find it.

I then contacted redbubble support through email, no phone number which should have been a red flag... got 2 automated responses which is fine i understand they are probably short staffed. However when they did finally respond the solution they offered was to send me a new free order with an expected delivery date in August.

I would like a refund to go buy much needed masks from someone that actually cares about their customers. And please don't add the "redbubble attempted to chat through sitejabber" I'm more than happy to speak to someone and am eager to actually.

I wish I had reviews first. I am still waiting for my order, ordered weeks ago, I do not believe I will have it in time for the holidays when I planned to give it as a gift to my wife. But most frustrating is the lack of ways to contact the company for questions on the website. If they would have communicated the delays to me earlier I would have taken actions to make a different plan. But I made the mistake of trusting the delivery dates communicated to me. There's no way to get help from a human on the website and they've made no effort to communicate to me what the cause of the delays are and to set new expectations on the delivery date. Bad and frustrating experience. When and if I get the item I'll add notes about the quality - all of this negativity is around communication and timeliness, not about product quality.

There is back yolk stitching on the zip hoodies that my narrow design that is The Magician actually the topmost part climbs above this line by a quarter of an inch. For my short frame, the designs on the backside should fall at least two inches below this crescent line to not be covered by the hood. I do want people to notice the design when wearing the article of clothing. Again this was already a design that was narrow from top to bottom and it's covered by the hood when I put it on. The other two hoodies: the gray one is tight around my wast and the other black one had the placement of the design just perfect, it makes the impression I want In a sun / moon design, it shows the artist put some thought into his product.

I ordered 8 stickers. And I was pretty pissed when they showed up because they are honestly just sticker paper availible at any craft store, with the image printed on it with what I imagine is a ink jet computer printer circa 1997. Tried to contact their support and they pulled a Keyser Soze and disappeared. Their satisfaction guarantee is total horse$#*!.

I was so pleased! Received my girlfriend's birthday present on her birthday, I couldn't be happier! At first, I was worried because all the bad reviews I had read about this website. The sizes fit a little small for womens, so I find myself buying mens sizes and waiting for them to shrink.
Overall, I get the right thing and it's comfortable. The artists' designs are creative and awesome! The price is pretty good for what you get.

A while back I ordered two shirts.
The sizes are wonky. I got a small and it was a bit too short- I could wear it, but it would ride up and didn't always cover the bottom of my back. The shirt was also tight in weird places and I knew if I ordered a size larger the shirt would just be too big period.
I didn't really wear the shirt much so I can't speak to the printing, but it did feel a bit cheap.
It's a shame I can't wear the shirts. I'm donating them instead.

I ordered 2 t-shirts with a custom print on a Saturday, 2 weeks later on Saturday they came in, a few days after the estimated delivery date, but the quality was excellent. I had them in too late and could not use them anymore unafortunately (they were for carnival) but then everything was handled perfectly by the customer service. I'm a fan

I've had a wonderful experience with RedBubble. If I've had problems or questions, they have been quick to respond. Products I have ordered have been good quality. IPod case is the standard hard plastic, two piece deal that isn't preferred but allows for best quality image printing. Stickers are standard paper stickers, but I wasn't planning on putting them on my car or anywhere else outdoors, so that was fine with me. The shirts are your standard American Apparel brand, so don't expect Gildan or anything. Also, American Apparel shirts have a tendency to shrink, so just keep that in mind.

I ordered the wrong phone cases for my kids and wrote to ask what I should do. Honestly, I expected I would get no reply and that I was going to eat the cost of my error, but I received a reply within the hour and I was given a coupon to order the correct cases! I reordered immediately so it was all corrected within an hour. Unbelievably fabulous service. Still waiting to see the quality of the products. They are a little pricey, but they have a great, artistic collection, and I like I'm supporting the actual artists creating the products. So far, I'm impressed.

Redbubble used the deaths of 16 young people in the Humbolt Sask. Canada to line their wallets. Their unauthorized use of a cartoon showing Canada supporting the victims was printed and sold on this site. Any company that does should be boycotted at all costs. They clearly suffer from a lack of morals. Shame Shame

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a shirt for my daughter's school project. I then realized that I may not receive it in time so I cancelled the order. I received an immediate response that the order could not be cancelled but that my credit card would be credited even if I received the shirt. I thought this was too good to be true. Sure enough... I received the shirt in time for the project and my credit card was credited. Wow, I have never heard of a company doing that! Thank You

Red Bubble a big scam!
January 23, 2020

I ordered my own designs merchandise just to see how they look. It's been more than 2 months and I still didn't get money. Not to mention other customers ordered my designs which there's noway I can find out. I only know when I ordered my own designs. Just wonder how could they're still in business!
I'm pretty sure if they found this review they will pay me just they did to many others.

I ordered 3 different t-shirts. My package came with 1 tee I ordered and 2 other random shirts that must have been somebody else's. I did the live chat since there is no customer service phone #, was told my replacements wor be sent right away. However instead of the 2 shirts I wanted, I got another random shirt! When I live chatted again and finally got the person to understand what had hapoened, I was told that couldn't replace my shirts "again". I did get my money back but i would never order from them again!#-

I paid for expedited shipping with a guarantee date. The shirt did not arrive on time. It was not sent with the expedited shipping, even though they promised me it was. The shirt finally arrived late, and the image was so crooked on the shirt, I would not have been able to use it anyways. The customer service was very aloof about it all.
