These guys are the greatest! I had a problem with my order and they responded within 24 hours and we had resolution! The stuff I've received in the past has been great quality and has a creativity I haven't found elsewhere.
I was able to chose something very unique for a gift. The original package went missing and it was promptly replaced with no question or quibble - I am very impressed with the finished item and the service - Keep it up! :)
I ordered a bunch of stickers for my laptop through RedBubble. It was my first time using this site and I was nervous on what the quality and the wait time would be but I went for it and decided to order because of the great prices. All the stickers turned out beautifully and arrived earlier then was expected. I absolutely love them! Seeing them on my laptop everyday brightens my day!
I have always been super satisfied with the products i have received and think they have friendly customer service, high quality items, and a wide variety of objects and topics as well. (I have gotten a countless amount of stickers, a phone case and some shirts) with my many different orders i have never been displeased.
I ordered some funny developer stickers from the site and they just arrived. Incredibly cheap looking. The stickers themselves look like they were peeled off, then stuck back onto the sheet. They look like they were printed from an inkjet printer (not even a laser printer). Total crap!
It is best to know the right size you need the first time. I had difficulty getting an exchange. But when I was finally able to get in touch with Red Bubble, they let me keep the shirt that was too small in addition to sending me the right size that I should have ordered the first time.
Poster i bought looked really cool on their website. However, the poster image was really blurry. Also wasn't even the poster I ordered, yet when I check my order confirmation e-mail it says I apparently ordered the one they sent. However, they got back to me really quickly and gave me a full refund without having to send the poster back. Good customer service I'll give them that!
I ordered two items on the 13th, well within Redbubble's suggested order-by date so they would make it in time for the holidays. Their site says that items take up to two days in production and then they should arrive within 4. The items are still in production and Redbubble doesn't ship on weekends. I contacted customer service and was basically told there was nothing they could do. The customer service rep "hoped" they made it in time and could not provide me with updated shipping info or any help whatsoever. Instead she sent me this to give to my giftees:

This does not bode well. Frankly, a better plan would be to figure out how to provide the service they promised. Boo.
I ordered a Christmas present for a friend of mine. At first I was skeptical because I didn't know anybody that had ordered off of RedBubble. I just now recieved the present and it's perfect! They also added a cute little card with the purchase that made me laugh. Quality work and service with even a touch of holiday humor made for a great first experience with this site and will definitely lead to me purchasing from this site again in the future. Thank you guys for the great gift!
I love the products, the variety of beautiful artwork, and the customer service is extraordinary! I have ordered nearly a dozen grid paper spiral notebooks and I love to give them to my kids teachers as special gifts.
My overall experience with Redbubble has been AWESOME. In the past couple years, I've bought several different shirts from them, all of which have been of excellent quality, good fit, and arrived at my doorstep within the time frame I was expecting them. It's a really cool website, all the artists involved being amazingly talented, and I've received a lot of compliments, even from strangers, for the things I've bought from Redbubble. My only issue would be that some artwork sold on the site, based off of copyrighted material, isn't allowed (after purchasing two shirts based off a certain RPG, I learned that the creator of the game was against unofficial merchandise being sold on websites such as Redbubble). However, I'm still a fan of the site, as there's a lot more amazing original art. I'd recommend it to other people, and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
I consider red-bubble to be one of the most innovative t shirt sites ever conceived by some of the smartest and brightest people on the planet. I have purchased over 300+ shirts and I have never been unhappy.
Well I only ordered stickers and was not really happy. The colors were good but all stickers have a really wide white boarder and it makes the stickers look like crap so I won't be getting stickers again
I love the idea of a place that allows artists to showcase to the world, but in practice Redbubble fail miserably.
When my order hadn't arrived by the last day of expected delivery I clicked the easy-looking change of address button. I got an email back saying my COA had been done. The next day I happen to notice a new email from redbubble. Apparently the easiest way to resolve the address change is to cancel my order, issue me a credit note and then buy the same items again. Although this time past their guaranteed for Christmas dates. And without the promotional code so I would have to pay more. I have sent many emails and had 2 responses. One said they think I must have missed the email about issuing a credit note (despite that having been angrily addressed in the response) and then issuing me a refund. Leaving me without what I thought would be 2 incredibly thoughtful gifts less than a week before Christmas. Worst customer service I've ever come across.

I ordered a product and was not satisfied with the crispness of the art work and thought the printer had failed. I submitted a complaint to RedBubble and Karla reviewed. She found there was nothing wrong as the original design was followed but still offered me a credit or refund. Since it was my fault I accepted neither and will keep the original order as it was my fault for not looking closely when I ordered. I just want to say thank you to Karla and RedBubble for stepping up.
I ordered six stickers through redbubble. I was actually only planning to order one sticker through the site but it had a deal where if I added five more stickers I would get half off all stickers. I ordered around Nov 27-28 (I can't remember which) and had my order arrive on Dec 11. So the shipping was a little slow for six stickers but overall I like the quality of the stickers (they are vinyl so I can remove the stickers fairly well and re-stick them onto other things too). They also sent me a big sticker of their logo but I don't think I'll be using that anywhere. I'm not sure about the quality of other merchandise from this site, but I might order stickers from there again. I do have to mention that some of the stickers are a bit fuzzy because the image size wasn't correct, however I really liked the images of the stickers I chose so it wasn't too big of a deal for me that they were a bit fuzzy.
I ordered a Custom Iphone 6 Plus case, entitled "The Wings of Dixon". A Walking Dead Themed Case. I paid £25 altogether including shipping and I have to say I am more than impressed. The quality of the design and print is impeccable and the case itself feels well made. The biggest surprise of the order though, was the delivery time. It was estimated my order would take 11 days to be manufactured and to arrive to me (I live in the UK) but in actual fact, it arrived in just 2 days. I'm still struggling to believe that it's here. I dont often take the time to leave reviews, but with service like this, i felt abliged. I will 100% be shopping here again, I have my eye on another Walking Dead Case ;) Brilliant.
To be honest I purchased art a couple of years ago, about 2010. I purchased artwork for my office from Redbubble. I had the artwork mounted and framed. I recall how very well packaged the items were when delivered. Items were delivered in a very timely fashion. I have very unique prints that I feel make the office feel much more professional. The framing and mounting really enhance the artwork. I would highly recommend this site.
I ordered a sticker. A stupid sticker. It can be put in an envelop. They claim it was returned with a notice saying couldn't be delivered to address which is ironic considering I've had couches delivered to the same address.
After 4 attempts of trying to get my money back and have A STICKER delivered, they have failed yet again. That's a stupid order on my part but it's impressive that despite how stupid my order was, they've managed to surpass my stupidity with leaps and bounds.
Train wreck of a company. I give 0 stars. That just wasn't an option.
I ordered 4 items. 2 arrived however the other 2 have not. There was a "tracking hiccup" and now i cannot track my package. All i and they know is that it was sent by USPS... and if i knew that it was going be sent USPS, i would have selected a different shipping method. So now even though I was provided a tracking # it cannot be tracked, by me or them, because of a error made on shipper side. So all they can say is " you should get it by the 23rd" How would i know if it was delivered if i cant track it nor you. I ordered on 12/13 and i find it misleading that they are sending emails today telling people that they can still get product by 12/24.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
