This website contains many great products. It's great to go through the many ranges of items they offer. The shipping is great and the creators are imaginative. I highly recommend anyone to shop at Redbubble.

A few months ago, I ordered a shirt from RedBubble in medium, hoping that it would match my expectations (I was very excited). When the shirt arrived, I was impressed with the style and design, but let down with the size. The shirt was way too big to fit me, and it felt more like a dress. I thought it could have been my mistake and/or could have happened to anyone, so I tried again and got another one for free in the size small. I was excited again when it arrived, only to find out that they sent me two shirts the same size as before! I was really unhappy that I had to waste my money on something I couldn't even use.

This Company Sucks!

First, I order a large shirt, since I wear a medium, thinking it would be big enough. It was too small to be a large. Secondly, when they sent me a new shirt to replace it, it was the wrong damn shirt! Complete idiots! I will never order from this company again and warn everyone I know, not to order anything from them either! So pissed!

Had a very positive experience dealing with Tina from daisyever. I received my dress and unfortunately there was a burn hole on the side. After contacting Tina and sending her pictures, she assured me that they would make me a new one and ship it immediately. Within a month (an acceptable time frame since I ordered the dress in advance) I received the new dress and was very happy with the results. Thank you Tina! For making the mother of the bride very happy!

I was really scared after reading all the bad reviews... but I thought about it for a couple weeks and really wanted my unique shirt. I ordered the shirt on a Monday at like 4pm and received my shirt Saturday. That was fast! Much faster than I was expecting according to other reviews... came from California to FL in no time at all. I am a female, petite (usually wear small or xsmall but wanted a comfy t shirt fit) and thought a small in men's wouldn't be too big. I should have went with a women's fit but whatever now I know, it's not awful but still bigger than I'd like. As for the image, I feel like it came out kind of grainy compared to how it looked online but maybe it looks different to people who are not wearing the shirt and I can notice it because it's on my body. I will def. Make another purchase from them!

Confused!

My first order was totally pleased with. Had a tracking number... it was here quickly. The current order has not been a good experience. Shipped on the 8th but still have not received it with no tracking number available. Was told by Jonathan that it would be here on 9-22-17... still has not arrived. Yesterday Elijah said he would re-issue another order and delivery should be October 1,2017. Hoping that the dresses will eventually arrive!

I ordered around 20 stickers, and most of them turned out okay. The artwork is great, and the print quality is reasonable when viewed from a distance. A handful of stickers had problems with the die cutting process, so I requested a replacement order, making sure to take pictures indicating the problem and adding a note that the reason I needed a replacement was because the sticker cuts weren't made properly. Hanna was quick to set up a replacement order, but when the replacement arrived, it had the same exact issues as before. It showed that Redbubble didn't really take the time to investigate my issue given the opportunity to make it right. Overall, everything was just okay, not great.

When I ordered the shirts the arrived really quickly and in great quality. The fabric is really soft and nice and the designs are gorgeous. One of my shirts, however, didn't turn out too well and the design wasn't very visible. I contacted customer support and they are the best customer support I've even had the pleasure of contacting. They offered me either a free replacement in a different color, store credit including shipping cost or a refund, and I could keep the other shirt. Not only did they offer this, the person was very kind and responded incredibly fast. All in all, great shirts and amazing customer service.

I bought the Lion saying Meow My $#*! t-shirt and it was perfect. I have a phone case with a Lion saying Meow. Got it when told it would be here. Very, very happy! Everybody said it is definitely a design made for me. LOL

Expensive

I just recently bought two note books. Each for about $10.00, if you buy separately, it's $12 a piece. I got the Notebooks expecting full sized school not books, but instead I got 2 half sized Notebooks not worth the price. They look nice but that's beside the point that they are not worth the expenses charged.

Disappointing
June 20, 2018

It is not possible to change your username or the email address associated with your account. If you want to change your username, they will tell you to close your account and start a new one, requiring you to re-upload all your products and specifications. If you want to change the email on your account, same thing, except you also won't be able to use your old username. It is ridiculous that in 2018 there exists a website that cannot update either your username or your email. The customer service also copies and pastes canned answers into help emails and did not read my entire message initially.

I had to get an exchange for a shirt. I bought one for my friend but the size my friend had given me was wrong. Despite it not being redbubble's fault they allowed me to get another shirt for my friend free of charge! I love these guys! And their quality is phenomenal!

Ordered my shirts last week and recieved them yesterday. The quality of the shirts is awesome (american apparel) but the screen printing is a little sketchy. I'll have to wash them to see what I really think. Overall, I'm happy.

Redbubble had the right things for my daugthers birthday. Quality of the items was good and as wanted. The shipping was fast - 7-10 days from Australia to EU. And all things came on time. Im very satisfied and can recommend.

AMAZING SERVICE!

I ordered a T-shirt for my boyfriend for his birthday and i got eh right size for him, but unfortunately it did not fit right. So i requested an exchange for the size and was prepared to sent back the old one in exchange for the new size. The response time on the website said between 4 and 24 hours. Well i got a response time in 10 minuets! I was told i did not have to return the old one also! I am blown away by the customer service and will definitely recommend this website to my friends and family!

Great customer service!

I mistakenly ordered a phone case in the wrong size and requested a refund. I was doubtful I would receive one because it was a custom order. I was emailed back promptly and given a refund in full! I can now purchase the correct size case with the refund and don't have to pay extra to make up for my mistake! Fantastic service.

Close, I guess

I ordered a t shirt and was very pleased at how quickly it arrived! The t shirt itself is very small. I am a size small, but ordered a medium in case it shrank. I should have ordered a large! The logo quality looks great, but was printed too low on the shirt and it looks odd enough that I won't wear the shirt except around the house.

They always have cool stickers that I need. I buy them mostly as gifts, and my friends love getting them from me. They always have a good prices which are helpful to my student budget. They are awesome! Totally recommendable!
