I think the shirts are very good quality and of course the design selection is unmatched! The relaxed fit is truly relaxed. I'm quite a bit curvy to begin with and I'm 5 months pregnant and they still fit loose!
Selection is terrific. Prices are a little high compared to competitors, and it takes a bit longer to receive items compared to competitors. Quality of merchandise was very good. Care instructions on items conflicted with the tags on the shirts.
This place has wonderful customer service. There was a mistake in the order I placed on-line regarding the number of items I ordered and they went way out of their way to remedy the problem. Truly great service. And the item (which was a gift) was a big hit.
I ordered a shirt online for a Christmas present on the 9th of Dec. It says it shipped on Dec 10,2017 with a company I have never heard of and because Canada for some reason is listed as international there is no tracking. I have now hit the Jan 4 and still no package and no word. The delivery date was between Dec 15 and 19. Clearly frustrated. I have to commend the customer service rep I just live chatted with. Very patient and helpful a replacement is on the way. So I will know by Jan 10 or 12 how this goes.
I ordered 3 pants online because they were not carried in the store. The pants did not fit. Tags still on and never worn. I was told all sales were final and I could not return them. A whole lot of money wasted. Apparently this change was made 6 days prior to my order. Nothing was stated when I checked out, that they couldn't be returned. I wouldn't have bought them had I known. I feel they were deceptive!
Date quoted was inaccurate. UPS confirmed that order wasnt even sent... only a lable was made. I kept inquiring w Redbubble and kept getting the same inaccurate answers. The item was meant to be part of a costume for a dance competition. It does me NO GOOD to get the item later. I found Redbubble to be impossible to deal with and i will not order from them again.
Ordered something for a Christmas gift, received the totally wrong item. Contacted their live chat service to get a replacement and requested speed delivery because I needed to get my item in time for Xmas and was told that I'd need to pay more for express shipping.
Appalls is an understatement. I wasn't the one who made the error so why must I pay for the increase in shipping costs?
Will never shop here again, terrible after care service.
Ordered some decals and paid for expedited shipping. Didn't receive. Contacted CS and got an immediate reply with canned answer that was already on the FAQs. When I replied immediately that I did all the base stuff, didn't hear back from them for 3 days. I eventually got resolution some resolution after a nasty onsite review. I wouldn't consider buying from this site again. Poorly managed site.
I ordered 2 t shirt dresses and went back a few hours later to change a size, and they told me I can cxl my order and use a voucher # to reorder. So I tried 3 times. They kicked me out of multiple chats. They offered me a refund amd CXL Amy voucher and said the money will go in my bank if I click on a link. Complete scams thank god I screen shot the convos! My visa has been charged and the company is under investigation

Do not order here. This is overseas. If there is a problem with your order, you cannot contact anyone and no one will respond to you. There is no way to track orders and they don't give refunds! Aghh. I can't believe I was so stupid to order from them without researching first. I am so bummed. There is some weird email form that no one even answers.It just sends you an automatic response. It literally tells you to be nice in your emails! That just tells me they have a lot of angry customers.
I guess nobody at Redbubble has heard of a mailing tube? The first time they sent me my 18x24 print, they sent it in a regular cardboard box rolled with some tissue paper. The box was crushed and so was the print. After I reached out to them, they were kind enough to send me another print. Once again it was in a cardboard box with some tissue paper. This time, the mailman left it propped against my front door because it was too big to fit in my mailbox. It rained, and the box and the print were soaked. It's been a waste of $40, but a valuable lesson learned.
I ordered a poster which was damaged on arrival, the replacement never arrived. Contact wirh Customer services was frustrating, with them insisting on cancelling my order rather than honouring it as I wanted, this made me think they thought I was lying about not receiving the poster and was trying to get one free. I had to go back into site to re order the poster (I couldnt find it on another site, or I wouldnt have used them again) I posted a less than happy review of the service and was contacted by them and they had seen that I had re ordered the poster so refunded my postage costs. This was a gift for someone, and eventually they got it a month late. I have had good quality stuff from Redbubble in past but would be cautious about using again.

As an artist and entrepreneur, it is important to me that what is sent to my clients is top notch, and that is what you get from Redbubble. All products appear exactly as they appear on the website. Print quality is amazing, We wear our own products to help advertise and always get compliments on it. I can recommend Redbubble as both a customer and an artist!
I had made art, and it was so much work to make and I'm getting very little profit off of it. I've sold $25 worth of my stickers and I only get less than $4 in my profit region. Not worth it. I started an Etsy shop instead and I love it so much! Redbubble is not worth it if you want your money worth for your product.

I sent an email to your customer service asking if it was possible to receive my order in less than a week. I received a return email that said it would be taken care of, to please send the order information. I then placed the order and sent the info along. The next day I received another email saying it was impossible! Hmmm... disappointing... I wouldn't have ordered had I had known this! Looking at your recent reviews, I'm not the only one needing expedited shipping, maybe you should look into it. Let's be serious, in our day and age it IS POSSIBLE! I even told them I would cover the charge, wasn't asking for this for FREE! I have asked that you cancel my order, we will see how that goes!

So I ordered a hoodie + t-shirt for 75€ (including shipping fee), waited for 26 days (13 sept - 9 oct). When the mailman delivered my stuff I had to pay 18€ extra. So that is 26€ in shipping fee and other nonsense, more than what my shirt costs. Site is smooth but the orders are slow and costs a $#*! ton

Redbubble is a great place for upcoming artist or people looking to make money to show off their work to the world.
If some products or items that are shipped to you come out blurry or pixelated its not the companys fault. They print what artist sell. Some artist do not follow the rules when it comes to how big or small the image should be.
Shipping is a hassle. Do not pay for express shipping. It may take the same amount or even longer. I've ordered a decent amount of products before and I didn't get 3 items. It was not a big deal cause I did get my money back because I had a protection plan on it. Some people aren't so lucky to do so.
Overall its a great website but look at reviews before ordering your products.
Have ordered a few tshirts from red bubble and have had great experiences.So many cool images from many great artists. Very unique and cool stuff and makes you feel like you own a one of a kind not mass produced product! Customer service is great also.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
