Ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson in 'medium'. Within hours thought I should order 'Large'. I was told NO. It is in the making. Recieved it today. It is very thin and the print looks rather cheap. It is all cotton and wil shrink and likely fade. Certainly not worth $50.

I ordered a shirt that did not work out. Not only did they give me a full refund, but they said I did not need to send it back to them and I could keep it or donate it to charity. Always the best!
I was excited to order three products from RedBubble, but I turned out to be pleased with only two of the three. The print and t-shirt were fine, the mug was poorly printed and had faded coloring.
Fortunately, RedBubble acknowledged the problem and offered me a refund or a credit. I chose the credit because there are many other nice designs to choose from. Good customer service and nice selection of products.
I bought this as a gift, but when I opened the package to wrap it as a gift, I was surprised that it came with a special washing bag and instructions. While I appreciate that they want to preserve the garment and the art, come on. It's a tee. Most guys will just dump in in the washing machine and never read the instructions.

You guys never disappoint but I wou have liked the print on the lighter shirt to be a bit more legible. It looked very good on the black shirt, however, because it was May I cho a lighter shirt color and I was a bit disappointed in the lack of contrast and legibility
I first ordered a package from redbubble (laptop stickers/decals) and for some reason they were misdelivered. I was looking forward to getting them but I knew it was most likely the fault of someone in the mail. I contacted redbubble and they were so understanding! They immediately shipped more stickers and didn't charge me for it. They communicated with me every step of the way even though it was never their fault.
Product came within time estimated. Got four size medium of the unisex t-shirt. If you are size small in men, a size small will fit perfect in unisex. The medium was a bit big, but not too big. Printing was exactly as shown in preview. Love the product, WILL be back for MORE!
I placed items in my cart to hold for Black Friday sale. When I went to use their promo code, I noticed they increased their shipping rates during the sale. When I asked the company about this, they had me submit AND PAY FOR the order with the more expensive 'discount' before they would look into it.
Customers should know they are being unethical in their business practices.

Bought a poster off them. When it arrived it looked really rubbish due to the poor quality of the image uploaded by the artist. Even though this wasn't their fault strictly speaking (since they don't control the images) they offered me an immediate and full refund and I didn't even have to send the poster back- all I had to do was sent a picture of it in.
Really helpful and lovely. Would definitely recommend.
Redbubble's stuff is costly but they really have awesome stuff. But I ordered my phone case in July. The package arrived damaged with a huge scrap that went through the bag and the paint off the case. I filled out a replacement form and Sharmela was quick enough (roughly 30 mins later) to respond. She placed a replacement order right then and there with no additional charge or the need to return the damaged phone case. This time the phone case arrived great- no scratches in sight. So I put away the first phone cover for later. A few months later, I noticed that the phone case was fading when I was comparing it to the damaged one. It doesn't even have its radiant colors anymore. Now, it is noticeably worse. It looks worn out as if I had for years instead of a couple months.
Crappy quality for the price I had to pay for it.

You'll be sorely disappointed with their crappy customer service! There is no way to contact them to get problems resolved. Be Warned! There is nobody to contact to get problems resolved. You pay extra for fast shipping and I am still waiting. They hide behind webpages and do not have a customer service telephone making it a mystery on how to resolve problems. They also don't allow you to post on their Facebook page because they are afraid of the backlash. JUST TERRIBLE

This company is incredbile. They had everything I wanted and got it to me quickly. Not to mention the deal they had around Christmas was awesome. I got all of my stickers half price! And the quality of product is amazing. I have had the same sticker on a device that I hold daily and its as if I put it on there 5 seconds ago.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered an item on Nov. 10 and was told it would arrive in 10 days. On Nov. 22 I received an email saying that it had just been shipped FROM AUSTRALIA (I live in the U.S.). I got another email assuring me it would arrive by Dec. 13 -- it's still not here. I am hoping it will arrive by Christmas since it was supposed to be a gift. They told me it was coming via UPS but supplied no tracking number so I can't even find out where it is. I think they are a bunch of disorganized dip$#*!s.
Well the option to make my shirt my way, made the customer experience enjoyable. Although my one minus was that I had requested to remove one of the shirts was never addressed. I contacted the same day. Nonetheless, I enjoyed our business encounter.
Ordered a shirt that looked cool enough on the website. It arrived over a week late and the print on the shirt looks terrible. Very low quality and it isn't even fitted to the shirt so you can't actually tell what it is.

I had ordered a $35.00 product from RedBubble. After receiving, realized I had ordered the wrong product. I asked for a refund and to my surprise, was told, keep it, it's on the house. I thought, wow, that's very generous of you.
I ordered 2 mugs with a Shark theme. Received 2 mugs with 2 different designs that were not what I ordered. Sent email with photos. No response yet? Won't have a xmas gift for 2 people You promise a response within 24 hours of a complaint. This claim is false in my experience. I have paid for something I have not received. Very disappointed
I got some issue a month ago about my account that had been instant banned for no reasons at all, they finally reinstated but it took a month so I change the rating for that. They say the reasons my account was banned because it was caught it their spam filter.
First of all I'm an indie designer mainly draw vector based design for T-shirt and the like, goes by the name sadpanda, therealsadpanda if it was on redbubble, I have some of my work on other POD site. Today I decided to sign up with them as a vendor, it's not my first time signing up with them, I had my first account but after not active for about a few month it seem they close it, I didn't really consider the reason at that time but not right now, anyway sadly something goes really wrong when I submitted my first work on redbubble, I receive an instant ban notice, which really surprise me. I'd heard several major issue around the net regarding redbubble treatment with their vendor and designer but I never really thought that it was this bad, at this moment I don't really know what could the issue be, my friend tell me that redbubble doesn't allow a non verified paypal account for payment method, but mine is verified by paypal so I guess that not it, is it my work then, but I'm pretty sure it's not that because I draw the monster design myself, it's a monster design that I uploaded when it was banned, the monster name is Mauler and right now, I have no idea what the issue is. So did I just waste my time signing up and correcting the placement of my design on all that product which is take a lot of time only to be instantly banned with no reason whatsoever? It seem to be the case. But I'll try to send an email to their support and see how it goes.

Okay, it's been 3 weeks since I send an email to their support and there had no reply other than the canned response that they send to everybody else, so stay away if you don't want to waste your time and money. It's just my opinion but all of this make me think that they somehow support those art theft with their low quality copy paste while killing the original artist like us on their site which is quite crazy if I must say.
I wouldn't buy another item from them if they paid me. First of all i had to collect it from the post office myself because the charges for entering the country still had to be paid. I thought that was what postage costs included. The tshirt was only half printed. I could not get in touch with them regarding the problem. I sent them two emails and when they did decide to reply it looked like someone had hit a wrong button. It did not make any sense. I had to show it to a few people because it looked so silly. Eventually i went to trading standards on how to deal with a refund. They gave me some good advise and it is currently being investigated. My daughter has had to save up to treat herself and then she has to deal with this. I would strongly advise you don't touch them with a barge pole. This t-shirt was bought in august. It is now almost november and it is only just starting to be looked into.
Redbubble is fabulous! The quality of the product meant that I ordered the wrong size shirts which are gifts for Christmas. I assumed the shirts would run small and ordered a size up. When I received them, I realized my error. These are quality t-shirts that run true to size. I contacted Redbubble, received the same shirts in the correct size needed- and was told to donate the other shirts to Charity. Love this! The communication was excellent and I was notified when the new product was on it's way. I will definitely look to order from this company again :)
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
