I paid about 24 usd for a shirt that was supposed to be high quality, solid, bright, and clear according to the image and description but only got a shirt with REALLY bad printing. The ink looks like it was faded, you can see the line marks on the shirt, and the printing is actually off. You can see where the ink lines double themselves and to the right of the shirt is an obvious yellow line. It doesn't look like what was shown at all. Along with the images of the shirt I uploaded, I put up the image of what it was shown to look like on the purchasing page. A very obvious difference. Really really unhappy with RedBubble.
Design print on the t-shirts? Fine. T-shirt shipping? Fine.
What I have issues with is how long it is taking for Redbubble's finance team to get back to me formal tax receipt on my order. For Redbubble to take so long in giving me a tax receipt on my order is simply just unacceptable.
I have ordered a t-shirt and a phone case from there, and I've absolutely loved both of them! I payed extra for the t-shirt to arrive early (it was a Christmas gift) and it came just in time and my friend adored it. I bought the "tough" version for phone case and the picture was BEAUTIFUL! I drop my phone a lot and so far it hasn't cracked at all. I would definitely recommend them:-)
I've ordered five shirts and I love them! I didn't rate my experience with five stars because on the first shirt I received the hem started unraveling after wearing it a couple of times. I didn't return it because your requirements of having to take a picture of the problem seems a little extreme, especially since I don't own a camera. I order from Amazon all the time and have never had to send a picture when I wanted to return something. That being said, I still took a chance and order four more shirts and am very pleased with them. And I bought a needle and thread and will sew up the hem on the first one.
Terrible shipping. I ordered some small stickers that shipped on the 28th of February. They were supposed to arrive on the 5th of March. According to the UPS tracking the item arrived to a UPS pick up facility in my city on the 5th. Even though the estimated delivery date was on the 5th, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited an additional 6 days. The item still hasn't arrived and its obvious that this has gotten lost in transition. Customer service continues to tell me to wait, claiming that they won't do anything until the 14th, almost an entire week after the estimated ship date. Now I have to wait another week for them to send out the items through the terrible shipping services they use, even though they charge you an arm and a leg. So in total it's going to have taken them over a month or longer to send me some tiny stickers. I've had items from China arrive quicker then Redbubble. Customer service has been terrible, I will never, ever, return to this website.

I tried to place an order with this company. I order 11 simple SMALL stickers. The account said that there was a mistake in my order and it was not processed BUT the kicker is the money was taken out of my account. I contacted redbubble through text because they do not have a phone number. I was told that it did not go through, and they do not have my money and that my bank has a hold on the transaction. I call my bank and they inform me that the money was indeed taken out of my account and they can't do anything about it. I just want my money back at this point.

Deceptive, fraudulent advertising. Website states 50% off 10 stickers, no where does it state that the discount only applies to small stickers. How hard is it to put that disclaimer in the advertising?

I ordered my item and it indicated it will be delivered on a certain date. I talked to a representative on live chat, he confirmed it will be shipped within 48 hours. I went on the live chat again after 2 business days. The representative said he's not sure when it will be shipped. I asked him to follow up with production and then I received an email shortly after saying there's a delay and will be shipped 5 business days after my expected delivery.
How can one confirm it will be shipped within 48 hours and then have a 5 business days delay.

I was looking for something that had to do with Carl Sagan and at the same that had a sense of humor. I found tons of stuff! Compared to other sites where you can hardly find something sort of, kind of, but not really like what you were looking for. I found other stuff I was looking for in the past. And the best thing of all, it's good quality and most of it (if not all) made in USA.
Ordered tshirts on Dec 16, Redbubble's cutoff for standard shipping delivery guaranteed by Dec 24. Emailed them to confirm, which they did. Items still not received Dec 26 and Redbubble's customer service is useless with canned responses. And now I see they've CHANGED their holiday shipping page to state Dec 14 was the deadline. I have a screen shot of original Dec 16 deadline on the site, as well as a screen shot of their "new" deadline of Dec 14. They at least need to own their mistake rather than deceive customers by changing their site retroactively.

Took a week to ship ordered item. Item arrived in Orlando, FL a week later, then it was sent to Jacksonville, FL. Were it has been for a week. Tried to contact them but their security will not let me send the msg about my order. Will not use them again. Still waiting for my item nearly a month later.
Everything came in on time and was perfect. I ordered some stickers for my laptop and they're great. Redbubble has everything under the sun, and even everything in space. Seriously, even if I type in my school, I get different things that represent my school. I love this website.
We ordered two posters and paid on credit. The posters did not arrive. I turned to the company representative and she wrote that the posters would be sent back to my address. We waited again and the posters did not arrive again. I asked for a refund. I saw that some of the money was returned and some were not. We were very disappointed and never will buy from RedBubble again
Finally the money has been returned to my bank account minus the credit fee

I was given a t-shirt for Christmas. After I washed it and tried it on, the shirt was crooked. The fabric had not been washed before it was cut for the pattern, so when it was washed, it warped. I now have a seam going noticeably across my front and back. When I contacted them to explain, and included pictures, I was told that I needed an invoice number. I gave them the information of the person who bought it for me, but explained that I didn't have an invoice number. They basically told me "sorry about your luck".
I ordered a t-shirt. When I received it I realized I had ordered too small. I contacted the company. They were very helpful and had my new shirt quickly shipped. Love the product! Item was exactly what I expected.So far it has held up well.
Ordered a pillow for my daughter for Christmas, made sure to order it early so it would be here in time. It said shipped and two weeks later it isn't here, come to find out by UPS it was never sent. Redbubble didn't help and told me it was sent, but UPS said otherwise. I had to have PayPal step in just to get it resolved.
I have recommended this site to all of my friends. The prints and picture quality turns out great. I think it is a great site. I bought the 2011 calender last year and I am going to be buying the 2012 calender with my friends pictures on it.
Totally disappointed in my order. It was supposed to have white writing on a black sweatshirt, but instead it was done with black ink. How did someone not see that it was incorrect? Got a refund but was pretty disappointed.

Great selection of products and artwork, amazing customer service, very high quality clothing and stickers (I have yet to order any of their other products but I am sure that they would also be great quality) and very reasonable prices for the quality of the products.
I really like the quality of the products. I wish they were not as expensive. And had options for customers to change colors of backgrounds. I also wish women's shirts were larger in size. I also would like to see more bright color shirts and camo.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
