I returned a t-shirt because the size saw wrong. I requested a replacement online. They required me to send the shirt back, which I did at my expense. But, they failed to supply a replacement. Rather, they informed me that I would be required to send a photo of the postage on the package I returned in order to receive the replacement. I am not in the habit of taking photos of packages I send to prove I sent it. So, they are denying that I ever returned the shirt, even though they have it, and the postage label. Very poor customer service. The company lacks integrity. Advise against rolling the dice with these folks.
The Customer Service was amazing. They were quick to resolve the problem and they were very fast to reply. I sent an email about my product at midnight and they replied within an hour to all of my emails.
The item I purchased met my need, though I wish it had been available in women's cut. I love the packaging and tagging of the merchandise and shared it with other teachers and many of my students. Very creative.
The jacket I got was cool in theory- but the quality of the make looks poor and the jacket is already falling apart. Even with the discount, it was not worth it. I will not be shopping with red bubble again.
The service and shipping is great. I order a ton of stickers from this website. They always have a variety of great stuff to choose from. However, the images on the stickers themselves always come out a bit grainy. They also lack that shiny effect that stickers normally have. It peeves me immensely that the images are grainy (it takes away from the great detail of the artwork). Other than that, I definitely recommend Redbubble.
Cool stickers, but low quality. The material is a mix of paper and plastic, so they're very fragile. Forget about using them in surfaces that suffer any contact (laptops, etc), and definitely NOT 18 months outdoors as they say!. Additionally, they won't look as cool as in the webpage, but that's the same with burguers, so...
I bought two League of Legends Amumu shirts. I got one in men's medium and one in large to figure out my sizing. They both fit pretty nicely. The quality seems a little better than average (not amazing, though, but I wasn't expecting the fabric to be amazing).
They were delivered in a week, great condition.
I just made my second purchase from redbubble. The first item I purchased was a tank top with a x-files design. The design is perfect and the shirt is a very strong and thick material. There is literately no flaws. The second purchase I'm still waiting on the shirts but I got my x-files mug today and I'm extremely excited. I love it and can't wait to use it. Also they did a great job packaging the mug as well. This is an amazing company and I will definitely purchase again.
I ordered a T-shirt as a gift. The Artist is a friend, so I jumped at the chance to purchase this.
The Tee arrived really quickly and that is as far as it goes. The quality of the Tee, I've seen better in the cheap $$$ stores. As the the print quality, it was awful, blurry, the text is blurry, nothing like the image portrayed on the website.
Totally disheartening for the Artist as I know this particular artist is fantastic, but the shoddy print quality from Redbubble is... well, no words.
I have submitted a request to return for a refund as it is just embarrassing.

I bought 3 stickers, 2 of the for the rear of my car. But they too cheap. I could have printed them at home. Actually they are printed with a simple printer WTF$#@!?
I paid almost 3 dls for each and the shipping. No sense, bad quality
I'm on Redbubble both as an artist and customer. I've ordered stuff from other artist and from my own store. I've only had two issues so far (design peeling on a hoodie and two prints getting damaged in shipping) and both times Redbubble was quick to respond and sent replacements for free
Do not order protective face masks from redbubble. The quality is subpar. They are made of cheap polyester and are meant as fashion accessories only. These will not prevent any air particles from getting through! I have ordered other items from redbubble that are amazing, just DO NOT order masks from them.

I have received your website emails much time but when I visit your website graphics were quite astonishing and I impressed with you but due to the low speed of your website can't continue your services.
After my first order of a t-shirt went missing, they sended a replacement with no additional cost. Later both of my orders came in and they said I could keep it or give it to a friend if I would like too. That is just very kind. And all the time they offered me a great service with a quick respons.
They send you a letter to go to their information site chicken plant but if you don't have an order number or an invoice number which I don't you can't it won't send! Very convenient for a very shady site I have to go through my bank to stop payment on the item on Christmas
Order never arrived, which seems to be the case with many others. Support's solution is to send a replacement order or issue a refund; meaning I either have to wait another month then possibly never receive my order again, or I that I have just wasted a month waiting for nothing. I feel like I've been scammed - I doubt I'll even receive that refund.
It's just ridiculous that orders can disappear like that, with no way or following up with the courier regarding lost orders.

I love the designs- specifically the vintage record label designs. Many of these vintage graphics (and the labels and recordings themselves) are approaching extinction from the collective memory of pop culture. I love that Redbubble is making them available to audiophiles and vintage music/record fanatics. Great print quality and excellent fabric/color choices. Absolutely stellar.
I chose 2 day shipping because I was under the impression that 2 day shipping meant I would receive my order in 2 days. That was not the case. It meant it would take 2 days for them to process the order then ship it. When I contacted red bubble about it, the customer service rep was extremely on the defense about it and argued that I should give an order 2-3 days for processing. I requested to get refunded for the additional shipping fees and had to go through 4 separate representatives for 3 days to finally get through to someone. Never again.
