I paid 25 for a super thin tee shirt with an iron on graphic that is blurry/fuzzy looking. It did not look like this in the online photo. I love the concept behind the tee shirt graphic but execution is lacking. I doubt I will purchase from you again.
I initially contacted Redbubble about changing the size of a tshirt. That was resolved instantly and in my reply, I inquired as to if there was any update on when you guys would be making tough cases for the Samsung Galaxy s8. The reply I received about this seems like the employee misunderstood me entirely and thought I was having an issue with the website.

I lost 50 euro on this site, a lot of waiting and nothing in return. I keep sending messages to them in Twitter and they keep telling me everything is fine, but I don't have the product that I ordered and payed for nor I have my money back.
This is a fraudulent company they are not legitimate or reputable do not order from them. They have been giving me the runaround for over a week saying you're going to assist me with getting my order out I gave him correct information for I paid extra for fast shipping and they've been holding it up for over a week through email and through Facebook messenger ther are bots there aren't real people and there's no customer service that you can call into their fraudulent do not order from them
Very bad company, i think it is a racist company, they disabled my account and took all of my money only because i am from Syria.
If they don't want Syrian people to have accounts, whey did they accepted from beginning?
I don't recommend anyone to deal with them.
I ordered a few things from Redbubble and I was really excited to receive my order. That changed really quick! I read the reviews and I asked myself what the hell did I just do? I should of checked the reviews before I ordered anything... First they delayed my shipment and when they finally did sent the package they forgot to place my name and address on the it... The only thing on the package was the city and zip code. First time buying from redbubble and I promise it's the last time as well. At this point I don't know where the package is, but I'll be getting my money back I can assure you that. Then I'll take my money to amazon! Never had an issue with them. Lesson learned!

I bought two dresses (size xs) to wear to a music festival! I'm a huge fan of The Killers! I got so many compliments at the festival! The dresses looked and fit just like the photos online! They are SUPER comfortable! Thank you Redbubble for being so AWESOME!
SO angry. My Visa debit card was charge 4 times for one purchase. Having issues getting them to fix this a d credit me back for the extra debits. And I******* find the fact that you can never call them and talk to person extra annoying. I will never order from them again.
I just bought a Dr Suess "be who you are poster" for my mom for christmas. The price was very reasonable, the quality was great "it looks exactly like the display picture" and it took just over a week to get to me with standard shipping. I would definitely purchase from Redbubble again!
I ordered a shirt and another item. The shirt took forever to arrive (was later than the projected delivery in the tracking email) and the other item is nowhere in sight even though it shipped out on the 16th of last month. The tracking info only applied to the shirt, so there is no way of tracking the other item! This is ridiculous. I don't recommend RedBubble.
Also, the shirt itself does not seem very good quality. Disappointed with it, especially since it was not cheap.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
