The several $#*!s that I bought came just as advertised and they are comfortable to wear. Although they are a bit pricey, these $#*!s have exactly the graphics I wanted. And they have a huge variety of $#*!s.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of service from Redbubble. I felt like I was dealing with intelligent human beings instead of machines. That's rare to find today. I was very satisfied. I recommend Redbubble to everyone I know.

Greatest customer service ever

I didn't like the color I ordered and they said to keep it. They sent a different color and I like this one much better. But they didn't even want the old one back. They said to keep it or donate it. That is service! Quality products too. I just didn't like the color of the original ordered item. :)

ADT Shirt is awesome!

Love my ADT Shirt. Its not true ADT blue so it doesnt look official but that would be weird if ADT had official t shirts right? Its more like purple so people know you're wearing an ironic ADT shirt, I guess? Anyways, I work for a rival security company and we make someone wear the ADT shirt all day when they lose a sales challenge. Our engineering and marketing teams "love" it. It brings a lot of hilarity and good times to our department so its awesome.

I ordered a shirt but the address i put in didnt match the card so it told me to change the address but went ahead and charged me for the shirt anyway. The item didnt leave my cart so i dont have anything to show for the 30 bucks redbubble took out of my visa gift card. And the worst thing is ive sent 4 emails and no response. This site deserves a 1 out of 100 stars.

The price was high and service was slow, and they lied about when they shipped my order. When they did ship it from US to Canada, they routed it through Germany.

When the shirt arrived, the quality was terrible.

I ordered an XL womens tshirt for a friend 23 days before I wanted to give it to her. The shirt arrived and fit me snugly; I'm 5'2 and 115 lbs. I contacted redbubble because I wanted to exchange sizes, and 2 days later got a response that shirts only go up to 2XL so I asked if I should/could switch to a unisex fit. The agent stopped answering me for the remainder of the work week. I contacted her again and she apologized for being unresponsive and offered me a refund or voucher. I said I'd take the voucher, she stopped answering again. That was 3 days ago and the gift is due to my friend today. In 23 days I could not order and exchange a tshirt from Redbubble even while making every attempt to keep the agent's attention. Oh well, lesson learned- never shopping at RedBubble again. I would discourage anyone from shopping there, but if you must, women's t-shirts run EXTREMELY small.

I just received my order today, a day early! And it's everything I could've hoped for! The print (Calvin and Hobbes style rick and morty) was even bigger than I expected which was awesome! I really recommend this company. I ordered from the independent artist McBeef. Perfect quality. Fits perfect. Love it.

Exchange and then return

My granddaughter wanted a larger size but the item was no longer available. The company issued me a credit to use towards the next purchase good for a year. She couldnt find anything she else she wanted (the life of a 13 year old) so I emailed them & asked them to send me a return label so I wouldnt have to pay for the shipping back. They credited my account & told me to keep the item or donate it! I couldnt believe it. What a fabulous company!

At first I was very content with Red Bubble until I became an official company in my country. This action has led to me requiring VAT invoices. This is where the problem started.

I had to write to support to to request a VAT invoice, support (acting like a teflon-layer) then has to contact their finance department to create this.

After countless of orders where I needed this VAT invoice it has taken RedBubble anywhere from 4/6 weeks to 3 months to not providing this VAT invoice at all. All the while they basically give you the finger and, in my case, that ment loosing many (VAT returns) where my company is driving on lots of small amounts.

So, RedBubble, go shame on yourself!

Redbubble attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I legitimately felt bad to have to ask for a refund, as the excellent case wasn't the problem it was just that my wife wanted something different. Shayon was great, the refund process was seamless, and I really appreciate the high standard of customer service. Thanks so much to Redbubble I will most certainly be recommending to friends and family.

GARBAGE

This company is a total joke and a complete rip off. I would highly recommend never ordering from them, ever at all for nothing.
There is no way to get any help besides a live chat room that has robots working for them not people. The answers you receive in regards to your order and your money back are all auto replies and are 0 help at all.
When they tell you one thing one day they say the complete opposite thing the next day. I ordered my product based on there shipping dates and they didn't even produce the order let alone ship the order. They have lied to me several times on what is going on with my stuff and I can not seem to get any help at all.
I am out 75.00 dollars and have nothing to show for it at all.
I would like to say so far I have had, 7 robots tell me 7 different stories.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS USELESS COMPANY.

I must say that all the tees i have ordered over the last two years have fantastic designs. The tees i love the best are the graphic ones, as the are a perfect fit and a great quality tee. The dispatch time is around eight days.

Don't be fooled by the reviews on redbubble as they are fake. I clicked on another item by the same seller and it has the exact same reviews on the same day by the same person. Of course, it didn't stop me from ordering my travel mug which arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive in good condition. Looks like the print on the mug wasn't done correctly as it has already started to bubble like they have cleaned it with the wrong product. Still... Good Mug. 6/10 Up to you whether it is worth it.

Artists beware!

No real support for artists as account was closed without a detailed explanation. My designs are also appearing in dummy accounts and nothing gets done about it.

Expensive for a t-shirt!

We absolutely LOVE the art work on the 2 shirts that we purchased! However, I was greatly disappointed with the quality of the fabric on the shirts. While the t-shirts are incredibly soft and comfortable, the fabric is VERY thin, I would expect a better quality fabric when paying $25-30 for a t-shirt. Our transaction easy and the delivery was fast. With that said, I don't think I would purchase another t-shirt at full price from Redbubble until the shirt fabric is of better quality.
