Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
I chose this reservation because it states it's wheelchair accessible. However, the description of the room does not say so. Also, there is no senior discount available, and I had to pay it all in full.
There were accessible premium rooms available so I was willing to pay the higher price.

I'm looking forward to visiting Little Rock for the Annual Arkansas Audubon meeting. The hotel is a short walk from the convention center so it is convenient to the venue. Booking was easy and the photos appear to show a lovely hotel.

The experience was very good. When I called back later to add special request for my rooms, the agent said he would call me back after checking with the hotel. Within 5 minutes, the agent called me back to confirm my request and even gave me the name of the person at the hotel who authorized the request.

It did not take very long to complete my reservations. I was very satisfied with the step by step process and I did not have any complications. I recommend the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino to all travelers. I stayed here before and I enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly, and helpful.

This booking was very easy and the price for this stay was very good hopefully my stay during December will be wonderful since we heard so much about this hotel.
From Gambling to dinners and lunch and SPA enjoyment sounds pretty good from friends and family.
The location to the hotel is very close to the airport which I'm very happy about.

My booking was fast and simple. Need to pay attention to the online pictures of the different rooms because some rooms show the same photos as other rooms. It seems the site wants the customer to decide which photos belong and which do not.
I was actually unaware that this was not the hotels website. There is no warning that you are being directed to a different website. ☹️

Love the hotel and surrounding area. Gulf Hills has been a favorite destination for 25 plus years and the renovations have made the stay even better. Ocean Springs is the best destination on the Gulf coast!

It was easy to make my reservation to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Harlengin Texas. I am not very tech savvy being 73 years old. My Husband and I are looking forward to are stay for a convention.
We were looking to find a place to stay while we visit Harlingen for a Marine Academy event.

I wanted a non-smoking room. I did not notice that option. When I tried to call and request one, I was caller #4 and could be called back. No sooner did I hang up I received a call back and had to continue to hold. I never was able to talk to anyone.

Later when others in my party decided to go somewhere else because the pool was out of service it was to late for me to cancel. Watch out for the cancellation policy!

Easy to use and a very good price. Able to get a room where as my chase travel app said no rooms were available.

The room was clean and well maintained. It smelled very fresh. My stay was enjoyable. My only problem was a rude guest parked in the handicapped parking spot without any tags or placards. As a result I had to park further from my room in a very in convenient place. Although hard on me, this in no way reflected on the motel or it's staff.
I have visited friends there before and was impressed with the cleanliness.

Check in was great, we booked our room on line which was also very easy. The only that I thought was odd was they required a 60.00 cash deposit, cash only he said but the web site said cash was not excepted, credit card only
So I found that odd.other that it was great.

I booked a reservation online for 2 rooms. That went smoothly. We are coming with a motor home which the website advertised that they accommodated but after I booked they said that was no longer allowed. They said the website had not been changed. Not happy.

Seemed to be a smooth process. Got room details and pricing and clear info about costs and taxes. I would have liked an option to see something like "other rooms on these dates" in case there were better prices.
I prefer to book hotel rooms directly from the hotel website rather than through a third-party site like booking.com or expedia, because it seems to be more reliable. I know of people who arrive and are told their booking didn't come through because they used a third-party app. And I prefer to book online rather than make a phone call. I used Reservationdesk because that was what the hotel I booked into uses, so I didn't have a choice, and there aren't a lot of good hotel options in the small town I booked into.

There was no opportunity to enter my Hilton Honors number. The site made me believe that this was a Hilton site and the only way to reserve a room at the requested location was through this site and phone number. When I finally got through to the Hilton Garden Inn Calgary Airport personnel directly, I realized that this site had really nothing to do directly with Hilton.
