Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Easy access.would like to know if I received Wyndam reward credit.no issues. Great place to stay.
Escalated a refund, never received. Entire call, a dog barking on the background. Never received a refund for stay where the Quality Inn Suites in Meriden CT, 10/2021. The hotel reeked tobacco 2nd floor. The front desk person was extremely rude. Please stay away from using this service or this hotel.

Garbage. Booked me the wrong room, when I tried to adjust all of a sudden there were no more rooms. Then to cancel I have to call 3 different numbers and I was charged $15 for THEIR MISTAKE! Absolute Garbage! I do NOT recommend!

The end cost of this booking was alot higher than advertised. FEES, FEES, FEES. Once I noticed how much I was paying I had passed the cancelation period. After finding out I would be charged the full, over priced rate, there was no way to reinstate the booking.
I called to see what my options were and I got a person that just repeated policies and was no help at all.

I called the 800 number on the website for Hampton Inn Concord, NC. They answered reservation desk. I made a reservation for 5/16/20 to attend my nephews wedding. Covid19 hit and the wedding is postponed. Called Hampton, they informed me the reservation came through get a hotel.com. Called them, they said it came from ReservationDesk.com. Called ReservationDesk.com and was told it was non-refundable. I wanted to deal with Hampton Inn from the beginning and thought I was.
What a scam and I'm out money.

Initially, setting up the reservation was really easy. The site is simple, easy to understand, but…I have not arrived at my destination yet. THAT will tell me whether or not this site is truly reliable and there is no "fine print" that may be hidden in online reservations.
Because I wanted to go directly to the Viscount
I asked to modify my existing reservation and stay two nights instead of three. They would only cancel and rebook for more money for two nights versus my existing three night stay. Bad business practices and poor customer service.

Quick and easy they one thing I didn't care for was the listing of the multiple price options for a room ie the standard rates and pay now and the standard rates and member rates when there wasn't much difference between all of them

After making hotel reservations through reservationdesk.com we arrived in New York to find out the hotel we had reservations and confirmation number had no reservations.
There we were in Manhattan luggage in hand out on the streets of the city.
