Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Pleased with the ease of online booking. No problems and a quick response from the site with my confirmation
Some how I am confuse when I do mine on line reservation I saw some photos of the condo but
In mine confirmation I am not able to see any. Could I get the real photos of the condo we reserve?
At this moment do we know exactly the number of the condo, ( in wich floor and number)

Because that is wafts came up when I tried to book. Would have preferred to talk to the dest at the hotel but that wasn’t an option.

When I booked my reservation I paid an extra fee in the event of cancellation; however I had to cancel my last night due to bad weather that was out of my control. I wasn't going to travel throguh 3 provinces in a storm. No one would reimburse me; hotel wouldn't nor would Expedia. Expedia told me I had to contact the hotel so I did and the hotel told me Expedia lied and it's in their control to reimburse me not them. I will never well never ever use Expedia again or stay at the Hilton in due to very poor and rude customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Never again will I go through Expedia or stay at the Hilton

This company scammed me with two lies!
The first lie is that I was told that this company couldn't process my senior discount with AAA and that I could do that at check in with the hotel. I called the hotel and they said that they couldn't honor the discount because the reservation had already been made!
The second lie was when he said the price of the room was 98.00.
When we talked to another customer service rep at Reserve Desk said the price on her computer said 61.74.
The next customer service at Reservation Desk said that it would take 5 to 7 days to review the recording
And that they would get back to us then.
After that it took them 5 to 10 minutes to email me that they had decided not to allow the discount.
If they had really listened to the "recording" they said they had, they would have seen that we were lied to. I guess that made it a third lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do Not use this company!!!!
They threatened us with a lawsuit if we gave a negative review!!!!
