Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Resort looks very nice. I will be with my wife first time in this place. My daughter recommend this place.

Your call center charged me 14.99 took 10 min of my time and I could have done my reservation in 1min and not be charged the "reservation fee" what a rip off. There was no indication of a fee by the representative. I want to cancel and rebook for less money but I get charged a cancelation fee. What a rip off. I want a refund.
I was dooped into calling the resevation number and should have simply booked it myself and saved $15.

I called to book the Hyatt Regency in Houston, TX. I asked to speak to a Supervisor because the online price was lower than what the representative provided. The Supervisor advised me that the online price was incorrect and most of the time guest a required to pay the difference upon checking out. Additionally, he told me this was the last room they had so it's best I book with him. I was told if I change my mind I could cancel with no issues. He failed to tell me about the $14.99 non refundable agent fee. A few days later I decided to look again and saw that this hotel did in fact have rooms still available. I reached out to reservation desk on Saturday 5/21 and after a 20 mins attempt to get past a rep to a Supervisor I was hung up on. DO
NOT CONTACT THIS PLACE! THEY ARE BASED IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY AND OFFER OVER PRICED ROOMS AND LIES!
