Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Flawless… ease of use! 😛 I really have nothing more than that to say!

Everything from the booking, to the accommodations, to the over and above customer and personal service. There is no place I would rather be for a special occasion.
Not a dificult process so far. Let's see what happens the day of the trip. So I won't make any assessment the outcome yet. Stay put until May 21st, 2022.
I took a chance while looking for a place to stay.
I just went on the website, looked for single rooms for 1 night, looked at the room, pricing and booked and put deposit all within 5 minutes

It was a easy site to access and ever segment was problem free. The confirmation was sent by email promptly and very accurate, no problems with navigating throughout when you are visiting the site.

I cannot believe how bad the customer service is for this company. This company tricks you into thinking that you are booking directly through the hotel and charges astronomical fees and taxes. I requested to cancel and request a refund for the $980 I was charged for 2 nights at a Westin and the Reservation desk manager I escalated my situation to said to me in a rude tone, 'you'll never get a refund, go ahead and write a bad review, it'll never happen.' That is one of many examples of the low quality of this business and its employees. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS, it is fraudulent and a scam.
