Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.

The staff unfriendly, rude, discriminatory. Everyone of them should be fired. The manager is the worst. The staff ask for an envelope and she would not give it to us.

Booking was very easy and I received my confirmation immediatly. However at check in if I booked directly with Comfort Inn I would have saved over $69.
