Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.

Being a Best Western rewards member I was on the highway and Googled B. W. near where we were and got the Ontario, OR location. I clicked B. W. and it took me to their website where there was a link for reservations. I did not understand what the gentlemen said when he answered (later he said his name was Chris), it was like he had marbles in his mouth, but I was told I was talking to Best Western Ontario, OR reservations not Reservation Desk. I also was told my total charge, which seemed quite high, but that it included $25 pet charge and never gave a breakdown of the charges. He told me he could not offer any discounts which seemed odd and he couldn't find my rewards number in the system but they could add it at the front desk. All this time I'm under the impression I was talking direct to Best Western. When I got to the hotel I was charged again for my pet! The girl gives me some song and dance that I had to pay it because i made the reservation with Priceline. I was shocked to find this out! I was already told by fake B. W. rep that I couldn't get a refund so I felt held hostage as we needed to rest. I get the email confirmation from Reservation Desk and nowhere does it say Priceline so again I was duped. On my credit card statement it says Priceline. So what company is ripping me off? The room charge is $126.13, $42.52 in taxes and fees (which should include the pet charge) and another $14.99 service charge that wasn't disclosed when I made the reservation! My 2nd pet charge was $22. Reservation Desk is a total scam company because any legit company would disclose who they were.

I love staying here. It is extremely nice and close to all attractions. You can walk to stores and shop. This is the best location and the hotel is super clean!
I found it convenient to book my stay online. It takes away the anxiety of taking on the phone.

ON 1/9 AT APPROX 3:45PM PST, THERE WAS A CSR I SPOKE WITH WHO WAS CURT AND ABRUPT WITH ME. SHE APPEARED BOTHERED AND INCONVENIENCED WHENEVER I ASKED QUESTIONS TO CLARIFY MY UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT SHE QUICKLY SAID. SHE APPEARED AS THOUGH SHE DID NOT WISH TO ASSIST ME.

Days Inn by Wyndham Mt Pleasant-Charleston-Patriots Point, Johnnie Dodds Boulevard, Mount Pleasant, SC, USA booked for Oct 5, 6, 7 and 8. The rooms were dirty, there was major construction with the roof. Debris were being tossed over our head to a ground floor dumpster, the electrical wires were hanging everywhere, the room was disgustingly dirty, and the front desk lady would not help to accommodate us in any fashion. Contacted Reservation Desk and they did nothing to help. I got a screw in my front tire from the construction in which I have to now replace a $300 tire! Was awaken by the construction at 6am the first morning, went to the front desk and the lady working had an attitude as well as the cleaning crew that was in the office. The second morning was awakened at 3:36am. No hot water in the shower and the front desk did not care. The second day I went to the front desk and finally, a lady that was concerned for our health and respected that we did not get any sleep gave us a second room away from the construction. The second room was dirty, the floors leave your feet black, and shoes was a full-time requirement. Worse experience I have ever had with a booking agency and the hotel!

An original intention to stay at Westmark Inn in Dawson City for two nights and then drive back to Whitehorse was mercilessly affected by a sudden closure of the Klondike Highway due to flooding and a damage it caused to a bridge. It was necessary to extend our stay for an undetermined period of time. At the reception, I was told that maybe I could be accommodated and was told to proceed via hotel's Website. As if the closed Highway 2 was not enough, the Website informed me that there were no vacancies. An attempt to use Expedia resulted in the same "no rooms available" message, which was a pretty depressing outcome, indeed. I tried to maintain a positive attitude towards my fate and wore a forced smile, but I was not able to hide my desperation, which was noticed by a Guest Service Manager Rebecca MacLeod. She instantly understood the problem my wife and I were facing and resolved it in a manner, which was a wonderful fusion of professionalism and kindness. Her actions were swift and resolute, her words were polite and reassuring, her demeanour was authoritative yet cheerful. My recollections about traveling in Yukon will be spoiled a bit by a temporary closed Klondike Highway and the change of plans, but they will be sweetened by a humane treatment experienced at Westmark Inn in Dawson City. Didn't my reservation online but then could not get back to get any information it turned out I had booked a room with 2 beds instead of the room with a Jacuzzi that I thought I did that I thought I did too confusing
