Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Very Easy - I found the dates of my travel! I was able to review the room options! Then I simply selected my choice and completed the reservation! It was Quick and Easy! Thanks!

Made a same day reservation through this site and when we got to our hotel, there wasn't any reservation. We waited in the hotel lobby for nearly 2 hours waiting, after contacting "Reservation Desk.com" to let them know that the hotel did not have our reservation, only to still not have a reservation no matter. We ended up having to book directly through the hotel and "Reservationdesk.com" would not issue a refund for services NOT rendered. They took approximately $420 dollars of our money and we had no reservation at our hotel (yes it was the correct one) and would also not give us back our money! I would definitely encourage folks to NOT book through this website! This 3rd party is a 3rd party and has no ability to rectify any issues that may happen and will not give you your money back even if their reservation numbers do not EXIST at the hotel you thought you were booking at! It's nearly 2 weeks after our stay at this point and calling them back for help has and is still a nightmare. They can't even reach their own "Escalation Team". At the end of the day they don't care about their customers or making situations right, they only care about taking your money regardless of your circumstances and whatever they claim their cancellation policy is, even though how can you cancel a reservation that didn't exist to the hotel? They are absurd and ridiculous. They are no help at all.

The restraunt served a crapyest breakfast ever it was cold burnt 1 cup of potato about about a table spoon fried egg thrown on top of potates and about 1 tea spoon of cheeze the size of a quarter on top of that the toast wasnt even browned the baccon was cold and burnt as well not wort 2 for 25.00 we will not be getting food from this restraunt again

Reservationdesk.com booked me a room with only one bed when I specifically asked for a room with two beds multiple times. I called to ask why they booked me at a hotel tat only had rooms with one bed in every room. The person on the phone said she would send the complaint to their investigation team and they would review the recording of my reservation and get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. About a week later I got an email telling me it was my mistake. I am 100% sure my recording has me saying "as long as there are two beds in the room I'm happy" so I called asked to listen to the recording. I was told that wasn't possible. When I asked to speak with someone in their investigations department I was told that wasn't possible either. The email said "Please let me know if there is something that I am not understanding or if there is anything else we can do to assist you." I mentioned this statement to the person I was talking to, and she told me to respond to the email. I did respond, and haven't received a reply yet. I don't really expect to, and will chalk this one as a learning experience and take the loss. I will never use this or any other third party booking company again.

I booked a reservation through this worthless company and do to COVID-19 I wanted to change the date. They told their system would not let them make any modifications to the reservation because I apparently choose a non-refundable policy. I was not aware of that policy and nor was explained to me while make the reservation. Now I out over $200 for a room i will not be staying in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

In my opinion, this site is a scam. I goggled the hotel where I wanted to stay for 3 nights. ReservationDesk.com first popped up. I called and I was led to believe that I was, in fact, calling the reservation desk of that hotel. When booking my reservation, the CSR mentioned nothing about any additional fees, just the nightly room rate. I know that taxes are added to any hotel reservation. However, it was only after I had booked a non-refundable stay and received my confirmation that I saw that I had been charged not only the rate for the 3 nights ($392.00) but also $135.46 in Tax/"Service fee"", along w/a $15.99 service charge and a $5.88 "Property Fee". L did not learn of these additional undisclosed fees until receipt of my invoice. I also later found out that the daily room rate I paid was actually close to $30 per night rate greater than that the hotel actually would have charged for those same dates. I was not aware of this deceptive discrepancy until my stay at the hotel. When I called ReservationDesk.com to complain about both the undisclosed exorbitant "service charge", along with the undisclosed "property fee", and "service charge", as well as the inflated daily hotel rate, I was met with rudeness and arrogance by the CSR. He was completely unable or unwilling to explain these extra excessive fees & charges or inflated daily rate. He was extremely rude and started yelling at me. I asked to speak with his manager but he said she was unavailable. This site should be shut down for unscrupulous and unethical business. You should avoid this site at all cost... as it will cost you plenty extra to boom through them. I also plan to contact the Better Business Bureau.
Tip for consumers:
The site failed to disclose the total cost for the reservation, the delineated fees for this reservation and that it was not the actual hotel for which the booking was made.

I arrived at the hotel and the first room that I was assigned was on the 4th floor where I stepped off of the elevator and got a horrible smell of weed. I went to the lobby to request a different floor and had to take a different layout (downgrade) to be accommodated. The room I was shown was not the room I was assigned. I went to the room and it was completely disgusting. There was mold on the lampshades, surfaces, curtains, and blood spots on the walls. I left the hotel and found a new place to stay after reporting the concerns to the desk attendant and showing her the pictures. She recommended that I reach out to obtain a refund.
I reached out via phone to discuss these issues with your company on October 5,2023 and expressed my concerns and requested a refund. I asked for a confirmation number for the call and was told there wasn't one but I should hear back in 7-10 business days. I have had no correspondence since then from your company. What can I do now besides reporting this to the BBB and the health department?
