Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.

I mistakenly booked with this scammer website. I thought I was on booking.com. - the Reservation Desk icon kept going clockwise then counterclockwise but never went through. So, on my end on the computer, it timed out. On their end however, it went through. Not knowing this, I switched over to booking.com and made my reservation and got the 2-night stay for $95 cheaper. At this point I received an email confirmation to which I immediately cancelled. To confirm, I called their customer service care team and received unprofessional feedback. I could barely understand the Indian woman, as she attempted to explain their totally screwed up cancellation policy, which is basically a license to steal. They did absolutely zero work on their end to accommodate me. They literally wanted $466 out of the $582 to cancel 15 minutes after I mistakenly made the reservation on their site. HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL? Buyers beware! Do not use this RESERVATION DESK website EVERRRRRR! You have been warned! Save yourself the time and money before getting involved with them. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

these people suck big donkeys!

VERY POOR COSTOMER SERVICE...!
I MADE RESERVATIONS FOR A MOTEL THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND EVEN SICKNESS DURING THESE COVID-19 TIMES I'M ALLOWED NO CANELATION, NO CHANGES, AND NO REFUNDS.

Please Online Web on Holiday Inn require set up Parking Charge $ 25 X day
Front Desk never told me that charge. Bad service in the Room the TV and Coffe make was not working.
