Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
The booking process was simple and straightforward. One hopes that the occupancy will proceed accordingly.
Knew that Wyndham Garden was the old Holiday Inn where had stayed in 1994. So, just Googled it and clicked on making a reservation. Hope it works out, as this is a bit "sight unseen".

Everybody else said the hotel was full on the requested days. But Reservation Desk found just what I was looking for!

I'm handicapped and need ground floor or an elevator but no where to indicate this Not happy There is a fee, I was under the impression that I was talking to the Hotel, not a service.
