Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Love the ease with which I was able to find the appropriate accommodations and book the reservation.
I thought it would be quicker and easier.

User friendly
I will be at the Saint John Regional for appointments on Wednesday and Thursday. My wife will spend Wednesday and Thursday nights at the Holliday Inn and drive back to saint Andrews Friday morning.

I had a Quick email response to a reservation I booked and my credit card expired. The company declined my reservation and sent me 2 emails.

Straight forward and easy the web site made it nice it would be nice if the pictures of the rooms was more specific. Or more detailed.

It was easy to see the rooms and to book it. It appears from the pictures that each room has a good view of the city.

They lead you to believe that are the actual reservation desk for the hotel you are trying to book. Then they bait and switch you. Fooled me once

I like the fast booking and confirmation. Saved a lot of time booking with the hotel reservation desk than with any of travel booking partners.

Just thought instead of calling I would try this. It is my first time making reservations on my on as my husband passed away this summer.
Booking online is very easy and the price per night was the same as booking directly through the hotel.
