Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Good, super quick and easy. Looking forward to using again.

I intended to book with the hotel directly. My google clicks somehow brought me to a "reservation desk" which to my knowledge seemed like the booking page for the actual hotel. What a surprise to find out it is an external third party manipulative website charging me $40 in "taxes". I should only pay HST on any goods and services. Then the kicker, a service fee for the privilege of allowing them to redirect me in such a sneaky fashion. My emails to *******@reservationdesk.com went unanswered. To be clear, the first email was pleasant and just a little confused about the charges. When I heard nothing back, I called the hotel. Who actually laughed and told me they hate third party websites and wish people would just call the hotel directly. I mean seriously, the hotel would match the pricing. CONSUMER beware of this one in particular. They are arguably the worst I have ever experienced when it comes to third party booking sites. If you get directed to anything that says "reservation desk", trust me, back out and shop through another avenue. If I could give zero stars I would. Shame on you!

I would give them a BIG NEGATIVE 5 star rating. TRAVELPASS is a big fraud! They reserved the incorrect dates. They have defrauded us while booking a HOTEL reservation by providing us with incorrect dates and now will NOT refund for their mistake or change to correct dates. I asked for a voice recording of me asking for the incorrect dates and was denied. Their customer service is horrible!
Please stay away from them if you don't want to lose your hard-earned money.

DO NOT BOOK THRU THIS COMPANY. MY EMPLOYEE GOT TO HOTEL AND THE RESERVATION WAS NOT THERE. HAD TO PAY AGAIN ON MY CARD SO THEY COULD GET A ROOM. THEY DO NOT RETURN EMAILS OR ANSWER CALLS FOR REFUND. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND AND IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. JUST CALL THE HOTEL STRAIGHT UP! LESSON LEARNED. I WILL BE DISPUTING CHARGES.
