Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
It was efficient and fast. I had to make several reservations and of course I'll be getting some points. Anywhere we travel, we choose La Quinta, we especially like the ones in San Antonio Texas.
Making sure I'm getting my reward points, plus is very convenient.
I'm still calling the hotel, I always like to double check, plus talking to a person gives me peace of mind about my reservation.

Best Western Buda Texas lost my property while staying there and when I contacted Reservation Desk where I made the reservation they said "Sorry, we don't have any control over what happens in the hotel"

Pop ups from other booking sites overrode several attempts to get my booking done, should be some way to block those after a customer has made their decision.

Experience was ok, but unsure as to why, the 19th July was repeated three times for nightly rate for a four night stay. Ie, 20th, 21st, and 22nd wasn't on itinerary. Is this a glitch in the system?. Not sure why full amount is charged for a four night stay once booked. Stayed here before.

My family and I stayed here in room 200 March 15th through18th 2023, my granddaughter and I left with bedbugs and about 150 to 200 bites each. When we called to let them know, the manager told us they would shut the room down for inspection and email us with information, this never happened. I called again Monday and spoke to Laura another manager and she told me she would have a GM call me, well that has yet to happen. Laura continued to tell me that "other guests have stayed in that room since your stay and they haven't reported bedbugs" I thought that was funny because we were told on the 18th that the room would be shut down for inspection. My guess is they never shut down the room nor did they take it seriously! We also noticed that the pool was nasty and smelled horribly. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom which we were told that they treat the pool daily my guess is, that's a lie as well. We will never stay here again!

Reservationdesk.com is the worst
I have had problems with our reservation & customer service more than any other site I have ever used.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was on hold 1/2 hour the first time. The second time I was told they needed a week to resolve any issues. Tried to upload my receipt and the side does not take adobe. GET IN THE 21ST CENTURY FELLA'S

Poor Customer Service, When I asked for a supervisor one never came to the phone. Then the customer service person got on the phone and said I will get someone to call you later today. No call ever came. I called back 3 days later, and now I am being told it will take 5 to 7 days to resolve the matter.

The hotel was unable to find the reservation, So we paid for it from out credit card, I have not been able to get satisfaction.
