Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Booking through reservation desk was simple and fast.
The hotel I used steered us to this company! When I tell you they charged me almost 600 for a room that was 450 for the same days, and then stated I have to pay a day for the having the reservation for 1 hour, I hit the roof! This is unacceptable. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

They made a reservation for me, had it for less than an hour, tried to charge me for 1 night, then 1/2 of the stay.
* Reservation Desk attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Complete crooks, charge 30% more for your room then change a separate 16 dollar booking fee. I generally don't give reviews, but these guys are CROOKS!

It was easy to book a room without any problems. We are praying our stay is comfortable for us, that the surgery goes well and that we are happy with our room before and after my husband's procedure.

When I committed to the reservation they were waiving the room service fee and it was initially $15.99 and then went to $9.99. Why should it go lower? Just a question.
When i committed to the reservation the by service fee went from 15.99 to 9.99
