Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Quick and easy process! It was super quick and easy to make our reservations. We are excited for our stay and appreciate how easy it was.

We called and asked for a reservation at Quality Inn
In Morganton, NC. The representative tried booking a

My late twin brother and I have been coming to the Silverton for 5 - 6 years. He was the organizer and discovered the Silverton when SouthPointe was filled. For every trip to LV it has been the Silverton - Bass Pro Shop!
It was very simple and fast. I rarely made reservations because my brother liked doing the detail work for our trips.

Hello, I had a work trip planned and when I attempted to cancel (work plans changed) and accept the cancellation fee the customer service rep (Alexandra) became passive-aggressive and rude and kept speaking over me and repeating the cancellation policy when I wasn't even disputing it. In fact, the trip was made already after the date for the cancellation policy. I was just trying to get the amount to be refunded when she again repeated the cancellation policy that I was not disputing. She then called me back and accused me of hanging up on her and said she would not cancel my reservation and then asked me if I wanted to cancel it. So very strange. After attempting to escalate it to a manager, she said none were available and I had to call back. Well, every time I did, she answered and repeated the same and said I could not be called back by a manager. Is this correct? If future business is important, I would really like to talk to a manager, so this unnecessary and unpleasant experience does not happen to someone else. Looking forward to a call from someone to resolve this! Have a great day!

Thought I reserved a room thru Doubletree. When I asked for the receipt at the hotel, they informed me it was thru a separate company. Doubletree in Phoenix was great, make no mistake.
When I obtained a copy of the receipt from Reservation Desk, there was a $149.03 charge for Taxes and Fees. When I asked for the breakdown, they advised they could not furnish this information.
This stay was work related and I need to get reimbursed, however my company stated without a breakdown, they can not properly process my receipt.
So not only am I having to take a loss, but I question why the Taxes & Fees are almost as much as one night in the room. I did not require or commit to any additional services and Double Tree stated they would charge on a separate document, not the reservation one.
So please beware...
