Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Very easy way to book. Would like a receipt for the 15.99 booking fee.

Worst, must useless and imcompetent company I have ever tried to deal with. After 30 minutes of wasted time, they still could not complete my booking. NEVER use this garbage site!

Scam Stole my entire room reservation of almost $1500 did not pay the hotel and refused to return my money.

I just thought I would give it a try.
I asked if I was talking to the front desk at the hotel and told yes. I was billed $45 extra fees on a $89 room.
Tip for consumers:
I asked directly if I was I was talking on the phone with the actual hotel front desk and making my reservation directly with the specific hotel. The Reservation Desk representative on the phone assured me I was which was not true. The email with the fees also has the appearance of a direct hotel reservation. The additional fee was $45 on a $89 room.
