Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.

Be careful! I thought I booked my Delta ticket directly with Delta as that is the number I called to get my son's ticket book since I couldn't do it online for a minor. I had NO idea it was through Reservation Desk until I called Delta, who told me it's through an agency and I needed to call the agency. It took going through 3 other places to end up at Reservation Desk. I needed to cancel our ticket to figure out what we were doing due to the Covid situation at our visiting destination. I called Reservation Desk, they told me my ticket was a cheap ticket ($2,000+) and so I can't cancel but get a credit. It has to be for the same individual but departing city or destination can change. The next day I called to rebook for two months later departure date and was told, the original ticket was an expensive ticket so I need to rebook in that class and will need an additional $500. WTH?!?! First it was a cheap ticket when they wanted to keep my money, then it was an expensive ticket when they wanted more of my money. In the end I asked for a refund and was told they taxes won't be refunded but taxes will be about $700. I am in SHOCK! This all just happened literally 5 mins ago. I am writing this review as during the current climate, it's unethical for companies to be taking money from us, just unethical so please be careful. I will continue
to see if there are any other options to getting my money back...

I was traveling across Canada and called a hotel to book for the night. How i got on this site I don't know. Anyways, I told the girl on the phone there will be 3 of us and 3 animals. 2 cats and 1 small dog. The girl said yes the motel says they accept pets. We pulled in around 7pm after a very long day and was told they used to accept pets but they no longer do so my animals will have to sleep in the car. No I said that is not acceptable. I said just give me a refund and I will find a different place. I was told they didn't have my money yet as this company did and to go after them as there is nothing they can do at their end. Next morning I called this company and was told no refunds. I said I was told it was animal friendly and the motel told me they were not anymore. I said to the girl I just want my money back. She said she has to talk to a Supervisor because she agreed with me and said she was going ahead to update their site. I received a callback stating yes I will receive my money but it will take 5 to 7 days. 7 days later I received a letter saying sorry but no refund because the motel kept the money and wouldn't refund it. So knowing all this they still gave my money to the motel knowing they were in the wrong and told me too bad so sad now go away.
This company STOLE my money.

After making reservation, found similar room at Holiday Inn Express where base price was $28 less expensive.
Needed to be in Hudson by 9:00 AM on 2/5
