Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
All seems to work out fine and happy to be on new adventure.
Reservation desk was easy to use and gave me a booking with no trouble at all.

This was pretty simple! I did see earlier a senior discount but did not see it at the end of my reservation.
We brought our daughter here when she was very young and she has came back a few times. She has had a stressful teaching job the last couple of years and I just want to treat her to a special time at the Elms!
