Booking online was easy and everything went as planned. This is a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We are looking forward to relaxing in this hotel in all its amenities in walking the city and Rockefeller center during the Christmas time.
Deceptive web work had me thinking this was my Hotel's website. It was not. After the "non refundable" booking was made the confirmation came in with a specific item listed missing. Called the actual Hotel after speaking with reservation desk and got it corrected but, it ended up costing $100 extra that the hotel normally doesn't charge.
Super easy to navigate the website in order to book our reservation.

Nothing to comment. Not happy being directed to this site and having to pay a fee.
I didn’t! It somehow defaulted to this site. I was not happy having to pay a $15 dollar fee. I thought I was in the hotel site.
